Chicken and brisket pho with egg rolls
Jessica S.

Such delicious pho! The customer service is super quick and friendly. I really appreciate when I ask for cilantro and they also come back with jalapeno and limes, I can tell they know their audience! The servings are super generous and the egg rolls are delicious! Overall it's really clean inside and quiet. We come once a month!

My first visit here was ok, food was good but service was lacking. Unfortunately, on my 2nd visit, neither food nor service was up to par. First off, the server seemed grumpy and more interested in being in a booth while on her phone than in tending to customers. She never once asked if I needed anything during my meal, or even if I needed a water refill, which I had to get up and ask for myself (twice). She remained on her phone throughout my visit. I ordered the salmon dish which came with a serving of rice, which was ok. But I didn't go there for a meal of rice only. The salmon itself was dry and overcooked. When I told another server about it he only said he would tell the cook about it. What?! No desire to correct the unacceptable dish. So upon paying I repeated my complaint and showed the dry piece of salmon. I assume there was a language barrier because the cashier looked confused and said "ok." I was not asked if I wanted another better prepared piece of salmon or at least a discount on a bad dish that I plainly stated was too dry. I tried but just couldn't eat it. I think if there wasn't a language barrier I may have been better understood, or I might have at least felt heard, but unfortunately this was not the case. So I was charged $19 (including tax) for a side of rice. And no apology or at least any attempt to make the experience right. It's really a shame because I had high hopes.

Baby loved it!

Still my favorite pho in the area, hands down. The food and service are always wonderful. My go-to order: #1 medium, plus an order of spring rolls and an order of summer rolls. Never disappoints.

This is my second time having there Pho. It is so good and tasty. Today I'm having meatballs with shrimp. The service here is friendly and fast. The restaurant itself is very inviting. Would definitely be back.

food was great 10/10 and so was the service! I also appreciated how clean and pretty everything was. They also had music playing at the perfect volume, not too loud and not too quiet, I'll definitely be coming back!

Food and portion sizes were great! Really exceeded our expectations. Fairly affordable meal, spent under $120 for 5 people. We stopped by on the way home from a weekend trip and would definitely come again. The service was a bit slow after we got our food (we needed utensils, to pay etc) but there was only one worker. Definitely stop by and support this small business!

Tasty pho! This was actually my first experience eating pho. The menu is very large and they offer a variety of types of pho and other food items you can order. They provide the toppings on the side for you to put in the pho. The pho comes out very hot. The meat is already inside the pho bowl when they bring it to you. They offer a medium and large bowl option when you order. The price is fairly reasonable. They give you quite a bit. I am not sure if I would eat this as a leftover however due to the type of noodle that is in pho. I would order again and try other options. I do not have a comparison with other pho places, but this is pretty decent.

We arrived on a Saturday at 4PM sharp. Big place, clean, modern decorative touches. Only two other tables had customers, both Asian. A good sign. The second good sign is that while we dined, customers were pouring in. Ah... now I understand why the place was so big. We started with a tofu Spring Roll appetizer that was ample and made with love. I'm sure some vegetarians get this as a meal. My beef stew was delightful, plenty of noodles and meat. My partner in crime's veggie tofu vermicelli dish was big, fresh ingredients, wonderful. Both dishes weren't buried in seasoning as much as simply flavorful. Worth the trip from South Redlands for this. Bonus: a Dunkin' Donuts is in the same complex.

I went to Pho Long in Colton and ordered the Pho Tai Nam Sach. It was phenomenal. The broth was rich and flavorful, clearly simmered for hours with beef bones, onion, and spices. It had depth without being heavy, and every sip was comforting. The meats were excellent. The rare steak was tender, the flank had a nice beefy bite, and the tripe added a unique texture that worked really well in the bowl. The noodles were cooked just right and the fresh herbs and lime on the side pulled everything together. Service was quick and welcoming, and the restaurant felt clean and comfortable. This was one of the best bowls of pho I've had in the area, and I'll definitely be coming back.

I was seated pretty quickly and my order was taken immediately. The food was really flavorful and the meat was tender. It's a nice little mom and pop shop.

Great foods as always. Friendly service and fast. Inside the restaurant is clean, spacious and well lit.

I used to come here a lot when I went to college nearby and they've never disappointed before. They're located in a giant plaza with plenty of parking. It's a big restaurant with plenty of tables and seating inside, so I've never waited more than 10 minutes. Looks like a typical pho restaurant with the decoration at the counter LOL My friend and I came in at 6pm on a Tuesday night and were seated immediately. The food took a bit of time to come out, but it seemed like there weren't too many people working at the time. The server was super nice about everything and lovely to talk to! I ordered bo loc lac (9/10) and she got a pho dish (very standard).

They're obsessed with the pho and the rice dishes, and they lovingly call pho "white noodle," which isn't technically correct... but it is adorable. There's something comforting about this place...warm bowls, familiar smells, and that instant inhale-exhale when the food hits the table. I absolutely love Vietnamese food! Lately I've been locked into #34 Cơm Bì Chả Thịt Nướng. That BBQ pork paired with the shredded pork and the mystery meat loaf situation? I don't ask questions. I just eat. Every bite hits...savory, slightly sweet, deeply satisfying. No notes. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee with condensed milk is jet-engine fuel. One glass and suddenly you're operating at 200% productivity, answering emails, solving life's problems, maybe even reorganizing your pantry (I can attest to this). Meanwhile, my husband has been the most adventurous eater here -- Bo Luc Lac, fried chicken dishes, BBQ chicken rice, cha gio (those chicken egg rolls are SO GOOD). He hasn't missed yet. If you ever want to find us on a Saturday, just stroll into Pho Ha. We'll be there -- slurping noodles, sipping coffee, and thanking the universe for good food and amazing broth.

The employee was friendly but not very attentive. The food was mixed. The beef banh mi was pretty good and had lots of flavor. The pho unfortunately tasted like it was fake bullion broth and very mute in flavor. It didn't have that yummy beef bone broth or spices like star anise like we love in our pho. The meats were generous and had good flavor, but the broth wasn't what we want pho to be. It was edible but not good enough to return. It's a small place inside a strip mall plaza. Whenever I do come in to sit down, I'm greeted almost immediately and seated almost immediately. I like to order in Vietnamese at Vietnamese restaurants so that my order doesn't get messed up, but often times, the younger servers don't understand it so I end up ordering in English and describing what I want or pointing to the picture/number. Food comes out fairly quickly and when I'm done, I just go to the register and pay, all less than an hour inside the restaurant (although I tend to eat alone and quickly). I almost always order the bun Bo hue bc it's one of my favorite soups and theirs is pretty good. Their pho is also pretty good. I also like their rice plates, but definitely could use some work. The prices are a bit high for Vietnamese food in this area in my opinion but since this restaurant is prob one of the better ones of all the options in IE, I'm willing to pay for it.

I found that completely inappropriate. No customer should be told they are being charged extra simply because an employee remembers them. If there are pricing policies, they should be clearly explained, not enforced in a personal or confrontational way. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked another employee for his name and instead of helping resolve the situation, she told me he was the nicest one there and said that if I did not like it, they could cancel my order and I could leave. I had done nothing wrong and was simply asking for clarification. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and dismissive. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, not approached with attitude or threatened with extra charges. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant because of the poor customer service. Its the lil Asian guy who always is always upset when u ask something
