Mongolian Noodles - Beef, Chicken, pineapple, cilantro, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, lemon sauce, lo mein noodles

Super good mongolian noodles! The service was good & fast. You basically build your own bowls & there's also other dish options. Very few mongolian bbq spots in the IE, come check them out!

Always looking for great new restaurants! Based on the reviews we read, this one seemed like a good place to try while in the area. It's small and the interior is outdated, but very friendly service. The gentleman explained the process to us - we chose our proteins, veggies, noodles, and spice level. Then they take it back to the kitchen to cook it all up. The bowl comes with egg drop soup and a spring roll. Our plates came out piping hot and delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent Mongolian BBQ. The restaurant is nothing fancy and the name pretty much summons it up. The menu is pretty simple. A, choose your meats, B, choose your veggies and C, choose your noodles and then they cook it fresh for you. We also ordered some of their side items. Everything was very flavorful and fresh. The gentleman working also provided us with excellent customer service and ABC is located in a good area. We will be

Great experience at ABC Mongolian. I have been craving Mongolian for a while but Mongolian restaurants are disappearing. There aren't a lot of options, we decided to drive to this location because of the reviews and I'm so glad we did. I got beef veggies and lo mein and it was delicious. The egg drop soup was not the greatest but I'm not a huge egg soup fan either way so I didn't mind not having it.

The food was amazing for the price and portion size. I ordered tofu w/ lo mein noodles I think. Also, our orders came w/ egg soup that I didn't know about. The server was very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is very relaxed. Many seats available and wasn't too packed on a Saturday afternoon. I also ordered edamame and veggie spring rolls. It's not the most aesthetic place as it appears rundown inside. Some of the seating booths have seats that are ripped and torn up but that doesn't take away from their delicious food. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent service, great food, price is amazing, can get a lot of good quality food for really cheap! + sodas aren't overpriced!!! Meal also comes with 2 spring rolls and egg drop soup :)

They are stingy with the vegetables and expensive skip this place. It's not worth it, paid almost $50 for two plates, and no drinks.

My absolute favorite is the wonton soup because you get all kinds of goodies and fresh veggies in it and it's so comforting. We ordered several different dishes: Honey walnut shrimp, lemon chicken, Mongolian beef, and house chow fun with chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was crispy and juicy, the prawns used were large and the nuts added to the dish were a nice touch, Mongolian beef was also flavorful and well made, and the chow fun dish reminded me of Pad See Yew in its use of wide flat noodles but the Chow Fun had a nice smoky flavor, wasn't spicy, and the beef was tender. As you enter the restaurant the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff that took my order was knowledgeable and patient as I perused the menu. I would come back to this place with family and friends.

Don't want to be sweating while you're eating. Coming from highland/redlands, I am happy that there is a ayce kbbq spot in close proximity. Starting with cons: the parking is absolutely terrible. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. Those were the days. I'm also glad that they allow single dining during the week. Not something that I'm able to take advantage of most of the time bc of work but I'm glad it's offered. To all the kbbq snobs (I'm one of them still). Go pay 40 for ayce somewhere else and be happy. Red castle is my go to for a quick fix that is close to home and affordable.

I wouldn't call this place BEST in the IE even if call it a place that's somewhat budget friendly in addition to a service fees and adding on the tip for service that's bare minimum. Quality of meats very fatty & poor & the ban chan (side dishes) are extremely overly saturated with sauce and Kim chi that wasn't fresh it was more on the SOUR and just disgusting in flavor , texture and color it doesn't seem Authentic if you know the difference of real Kim chi from other restaurants. Made several attempts to flag our server which seemed flustered and overwhelmed just for ordering extra meats and replenishing our beverages was such a huge in convenience. For KBBQ definitely in this order I'd say .. local restaurants I'd rather go to Wang Cho in riverside or chino hills U grille 2 spots in Rancho Cucamonga and As far as ayce self serve Koreana grille Riversde . If you wanna travel out hit up Orange County , Rowland heights , LA , SGV for the real deal . Would i dine here again , negative it's disgusting and poor quality of meats very fatty and rubbery texture and ban chan & soups that aren't authentic this restaurant is catered to a particular budget demographic and everything isn't just poor quality. Food not good, staff hygiene questionable…read more As I'm building-my-own bowl, I get to the ingredients. The meet looks like most Mongolian BBQ places (frozen chicken, beef and pork). The veggies were ok looking, except for the white onions (which were greenish) and the carrots (which were dried out, brown, wrinkly and had liquid and brown stuff sitting in the bottom of the tray). When I ask if they could bring fresh carrots, the girl brought out the container from the back and was about to just fill up the container that was already there. I pointed out that the carrots in there were bad; she then took out that tray and brought a new clean tray and began to fill up l. Those carrots were almost as dried out and wrinkly. While cooking my bowl, the guy ask if I wanted to add anything. I wanted pineapple, but the tray was empty, so he went to the back to get more, leaving the other 3 peoples food cooking before mine to sit on the hot grill for ever a minute without stirring. He came out and said someone else is bringing out the pineapple. The woman (owner or manager) comes out without gloves and touches the old tray as she sets in the new tray with her bare hands. Our entire family grieved the loss of one of the best dim sum and Chinese cuisine restaurants in the Riverside area. But lately, there was a lot of talk, good talk, that the same owner had reopened here, a tinier bistro setting, not as flashy interior. So here we are, finally, late to the party, but sublimely happy. First things first. An order of their siu mai. Still just as plump, with their signature, wonderful pork- shrimp filling, my taste buds let out a big sigh of relief. I've had to endure some pretty horrible ones from other restaurants lately. Big Skyy's is superb. Next, the black bean pork ribs. Wonderful, just as we remembered. A healthy portion, plenty of meat in spite of the bones. Great gravy. Finally, the eggplant with beef. This one was extra special, made with generous amounts of filet mignon, eggplant cut in spears, cooked in a salty sweet garlic sauce that is very special. It was melt-in-your-mouth, swoon worthy. One of my favorites. They still accommodate large family groups, a few big round tables for 6 or more. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. They feature the same marvelous menu and the same chef who creates those traditional Chinese dishes with pizzazz. It's wonderful to re-acquaint ourselves with an old "friend". It's even better to know, the important things we remembered have not changed a bit. You would be right to assume we will be back!
