Yuthaipa is a very good Thai takeout restaurant in Yucaipa. The food is very good and the portion size is great for sharing with your family. The service is very friendly but they can get very busy with pickup orders. So walking up and ordering is not always the quickest as they get a ton of phone orders that will take priority. The ambiance is nice, but there is no indoor seating. They do have a very nice patio with table and benches which is great for most of the beautiful sunny days we get in Yucaipa. It is a little pricey but I think the quality and quantity of the food is well worth the price. My family and I love getting yuthaipa and definitely will keep supporting this business and the great things that they are doing. read more

I ordered tofu pad see you with mild spice and it was delicious. I tried the pad Thai and it was a little too dry for me. I'd recommend this place. My work did a large order online and they had our order correct and made in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to others. The prices are usual a Thai place. Let me start off by saying that me and my partner came here to Yucaipa to get a tattoo from little shop of ink and we where so hungry after we were recommended the places here then saw this one and said why not because it smelled divine The place was nice and the service was amazing they were so sweet and kind I loved it not to mention the Thai green tea was delicious I wanted to get another one after, btw live in Whittier and would drive all the way down there just to get this food again plus side portions are amazing they are big and we had so much left over we took it home and finished it over all it was a great experience and will definitely be coming back soon read more

After a successful trip to the pumpkin patch we wanted to find some vegan friendly food and this place did not disappoint. We tried the pineapple curry which was an excellent mix of sweet and spicy flavors that immediately satisfied my hunger. First time here the other day as it popped up as a recommendation on my Yelp. I tried the pineapple fried rice which was delicious, lived up to the hype! But then half way through eating I saw something out of the corner of my eye run by but thought maybe a lizard. It was fast! Few minutes later saw it again but I wasn't fast enough to see what it was. Finally I finish eating and as I'm standing up to throw my container in the trash I see it....its a mouse, not one but two! It runs by. Then out comes its friend from the side of the building. Goes by the trash can then runs back to the side of the building. I understand it's outside eating area but it's definitely not something I want to see as I eat. Who knows if they are able to get inside or not. So for that I won't be back. I'm so angry at myself because after all this time... why have I waited so long to try this spot right down my street!?!? I ignored all of my natural instincts, which is always try hole in the walls (no matter how close to home), and paid for it dearly. Thanks to the Thai restaurant near the laser tag zone no longer serving Tom Yum, one of my favorite Thai dishes, I decided to give this tidy Thai restaurant in old town Yucaipa. Tom yum with shrimp, medium spicy. That's it. That's all I ordered and it did NOT disappoint! First thing that popped in my mind were the local made Tom yum soups in Thailand... MMmMMmmM... so delicious. Now will have to come back and try other items, especially their pineapple fried rice and curry dishes. Have a new favorite Thai restaurant and it's the closest one to home! Couldn't get any better than this. Customer service is excellent and I called in for a pickup order which they answered promptly and had it ready in 30 min. Excellent and prompt service, hot and delicious food. If you wanted to eat there, they have some nice and cozy tables right next to their kitchen. Highly recommended for Thai food cravings! Best Asian food in town! Quality of food is excellent, always fresh and very well packaged as well when ordering to go. Most businesses miss the mark when packaging to go but these guys are on point. When it's still piping hot when you get home (5-10min) drive, that's quality preparation but also quality packaging. Our go to's are the kung pao chicken, black peppered steak and either fried rice or the chicken pad Thai! Besides their close-fisted tableware manners, their food is very delicious and authentic. Out door sitting is all they have and free parking in the rear of the establishment. YuThaiPa is a very unassuming walk-up food vendor, but be forewarned. Just because this place is a walk-up with outdoor only seating, don't draw any conclusions about the food until you give it a try. YuThaiPa makes Thai food if the name had not already given that away. The food is made to order and features big Thai tastes, and the portions are pretty good with dishes being easily sharable, which is nice because that allows a couple to order different dishes and then share so that both get the experience of trying two of their Thai favorites! After lunch, YuThaiPa's food supplier pulled up and started unloading to the side door. I took a chance and looked into the door and noted that it was nice and clean behind tge scenes! That's nice to find and appreciated. It looks like YuThaiPa packs all their food to go, even if you are eating in their outdoor seating area. The To Go packaging is done expertly and should allow you to get your food home or to work spill free. Bottom Line: YuThaiPa is a great lunch or dinner stop in uptown Yucaipa! The staff was friendly. The service was prompt. Those are the two pluses. I ordered the Pad Thai with three meats. I specifically said beef, chicken, pork. The girl who took my order said ok. She said I had to pay $5 extra for multiple kinds of meat. That seems fair. So I went to pick it up and paid $27 for my meal. Only to get home and find it had shrimp and calimari instead of pork and chicken. I did not like that but I had just come home from visiting my friend at the hospital and did not feel like leaving my house again so I just didn't really get dinner. Yu Thai Pa appears to have opened on Thursday, March 25, 2021 and while they are currently running with a limited menu there are still plenty of options available including a comprehensive vegan menu. We ordered the Pad See Ewe and Glass Noodle Pad Thai, both with chicken and were pleasantly surprised. It's hard to mess up either of these dishes and they were spot on in flavor and not overly salty or too Americanized. We also ordered the green Thai tea which was a tasty surprise in its own right, blending floral green tea notes with the creaminess expected of a more traditional Thai tea. Staff indicated they expected to expand the menu and have more of the "Coming Soon" options available within the next month as they get their foothold. I'm particularly looking forward to Eastern Dry Rub (larb flavored) wings! This place is definitely worth a shot for those who haven't been there and a future visit from us. read more
