I had the most delicious Orange Chicken and fried rice!!!!! The rice was so tasty like my mother used to make growing up half Asian I know what it should taste like. Just had this! Super tasty but I ordered Mongolian beef with no onions and literally got the beef with the gravy and green onions (which I love) and no other vegetables. I was very disappointed. We ordered the Orange Chicken and it was amazing--crispy even after 15 minutes. Definitely better than Panda Express. The Spicy Beef was packed with flavor, and the Pho my wife ordered had a rich, comforting broth with super fresh ingredients. Walking in you get sketchy; but we are glad we decided to just go all in. We order vegetable spring rolls, as you can taste it's homemade even to tasting the ginger. One of the very few pho places out in the Beaumont area. This place is located in the corner of a shopping plaza. It isn't very busy so finding an open seat is easy. I ordered the combination pho and a boba milk tea drink (/w brown sugar). The combination pho had enough noodles+meat to make me satisfied. The broth was flavorful and the meats were cooked just right. This is pretty much your standard good pho. Service was great as well, the owner chatted a bit with me as I ate. The brown sugar boba drink was too sweet though. I like sweet drinks but this one was overkill. However most people come here for pho so it shouldn't be an issue. read more

The broth itself was so smooth and delicious. The beef was very tender and tasted so good. We got such a hefty meal for such a great price. We spent less than $40 for this filling meal! Very good food and large portions. I used to go to chili thai but their portions gotten smaller and their prices went up. I went to try this place and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Beijing beef and the orange chicken. They were very good but the orange chicken was some of the best I've ever had. We didn't have time for an extravagant dining situation so we headed over here for a quick lunch. This is a little hole in the wall in a little strip center, so it doesn't stand out immediately. We got there right after they opened and just took a seat at one of the booths available. Keep in mind that there is very limited seating at this restaurant two booths and possibly a couple of tables. This is the kind of Chinese food that I grew up with on the East Coast, fresh and made to order, unlike a lot of the local restaurants where the food is sitting under heat lamps. On this particular day, the owner Sam was cooking our food. He was fantastic and very personable. This is the kind of small business owner that our community needs to support. i have a usual pho spot, but i was out of town and decided to try this new place. it was a cute, hole in the wall mom and pop spot. they serve chinese and vietnamese food. the first thing i noticed was how friendly our waitress was. she engaged in small talk and joked around with us while still being kind and respectful, which made me feel welcomed. i also started noticing that customers coming in and out seemed to know the waitress and caught up with her. overall, the vibe was very homey and seemed like a solid local gem. we ordered the combination pho with beef and shrimp, and i ordered a brown sugar boba. the food was delicious, but i will say the boba was a little too sweet for my taste. the combo pho i've had at other places is a combination of beef cuts, but the shrimp and beef together is an ingenious idea. i was also happy to know that the boba was made with condensed milk, which gives it a more traditional flavor. we will definitely be returning! read more

This quaint mom and pop restaurant serves Chinese food, Vietnamese Pho, and some Thai options. Their egg flower soup is the best on the PLANET! Whenever anyone in my house is sick, we go to Sam Hut. They are friendly, service is amazing, the people are really friendly, it is close to home...honestly, it is great. You won't regret a visit here.
