This is not fast food, fast casual, or some slapdash affair. Everything I've had was made with care, precision, and finesse. I'm over joyed to trade any concessions of speed for the flavors, textures, and balances I've enjoyed again and again. The staff has always been divinely friendly and I love seeing a family owned spot where they make site top take care of themselves and take time off. But the food and drinks are beyond compare. I understand why so many items sell out each day; this is a place that rewards early eaters. But every time I've gone, almost without exception each dish and drink was obscenely delicious.

GWe went with a crowd of 10, so basically had the chance to order most of the menu, and not one thing was mediocre. Our favorites were the house special wings (& I'm not a wings person!), chicken katsu, curry noodles, and salmon Sinigang. But the green beans were also delightful. Kat, who I believe is the owner and chef, was so kind and friendly! Their only drawbacks were that they have no liquor license and you can't bring your own (despite the liquor store across the street), and that they close at 8pm on Saturday night. But I'm giving it 5 stars and will definitely go again!

No, I could place a second order to get the fried rice. Ok, whatever, I'll take the steamed rice. The Orange Chicken was like rubber. I tried to bite a piece in half and it wouldn't pull apart, so the whole piece went in my mouth and I had to use my fingers to pull it apart which was embarrassing on a first date! It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.

The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, fresh, and flavorful. Portion sizes will leave you feeling happy and full every time. Employees are friendly, welcoming, and always appear happy. The vibe here is relaxing and fun. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and the menu is rather large, so guests have many food options. I always leave here knowing I just had a great and delicious meal.

Read below for specifics. Me and my family came to Soboba for my birthday. Arrival at the counter--wait took a long time because the restaurant was busy. Totally understandable. (Especially considering that this restaurant is within the casino.) Table is clean and presentation is nice. I love that the staff greet you from the outside, very good score on customer service. The dining atmosphere was honestly amazing. Decoration is very fancy in a modern vibe and captures a comforting Asian restaurant very well. My issue with the restaurant is their food. I have tried all kinds of Pad Thai. But never once...did I expect a restaurant to make the most bland Pad Thai I have ever tasted. I didn't even think it was possible. The pad thai tasted more soft than chewy, it tasted as if I was eating soba noodles because there is no umami flavor, let alone the sweet and savory taste to the noodles. Not even the chili paste can add even a hint of flavor. The tofu is too soft for my tastes, and lacking in flavor. Same thoughts about the bulgogi, which was also lacking flavor. For quite a large price, I feel very disappointed. However, there was one thing I did enjoy, was the calamari and sauce. Calamari was the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. I savored every bite of that texture. Sauce was tangy and sweet, the kind of flavor I expected in the Pad Thai. I can confirm that the calamari, the atmosphere, and the customer service are recieving the stars. Thank you Noodle Bar for the experiance.

I wouldn't say it's the most traditional (granted, it doesn't claim to be), but overall, it was decent. The Combo Fried Rice and Sticky Ribs took center stage, followed by the Poke Nachos. The Shrimp Wonton Soup fell a bit short, with some of the noodles bundled together, causing parts of it to be undercooked. As for the Salt & Pepper Fish, I personally thought it could have used a bit more salt... Service: Amazing! We sat at the bar and were waited on by an attentive person, with a great demeanor. On top of that, the sauce was way too salty. The dish ended up terrible. I also had crab fried rice. It was virtually flavorless and used flake meat from the crab body. Yes, the flavorless cheap parts from the crab's body cavity. Again, this was a disappointment. The server and hostess were both really nice. No complaints there. Both were the best part of my dining experience. The restaurant is nice and clean. The seats are somewhat uncomfortable, but look nice with the rest of the decor. I sat at a table in the dining room and not out front on the higher stool seats. I may or may not try mozen again. If I do, I will stay away from the drunken noodles and crab fried rice.

The waitress who greeted us explained to us how the two sides of their restaurant works as this was our first time visiting. We opted to eat at the Lemongrass side. We were seated by Jennifer who explained how things worked. Then were had another waitress who took our drink order. I can't remember her name because it was an unusual one, but a nice one. She did help us order an appetizer, we got the pork egg rolls and they were good. Then we had a third waitress take our dinner order, maybe she was the owner. I ordered the CHILI BASIL FILET (S) $26 Filet mignon / Sunny side up egg / Green and red bell pepper / Mushroom / Thai basil / Thai chili / White onion / Sweet soy sauce / Jasmine rice I was excited to try this dish mostly because of the egg on top. But I was disappointed because the egg was not 'over easy' as it was over cooked with brown crispy edges., but the filet was cooked good and it definitely had a bit to it. But because it was my first time eating here, I wanted to ask the waitress how the egg was supposed to be cooked. When I finally caught her attention to ask her how the ape should have been cooked. She seemed a bit preoccupied with another table because she kept looking over my shoulder. But when I asked her, she said 'yes, it was supposed to be cooked over easy ' I said well it wasn't and all she could say was 'oh I'm sorry about that. I'm sorry about that'. She could have said something to the effect ' it was supposed to be cooked over easy, I'm sorry that it wasn't, let me tell the cook and maybe we can get you a new cooked egg that's actually over easy' but instead, there was no offer to fix the problem just an apology saying I'm sorry about that. My feeling is if you go to a nice restaurant and you pay for a dish that is as expensive as that was then, it should be cooked according to the description on the menu no apologies needed. Not sure we'll be going back. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of my disappointing meal.

Absolute Gem in San Bernardino!…read more From the moment you walk into this clean, quiet, and relaxing spot right across from CSUSB, you feel right at home. The food is on another level. We ordered: * Mongolian Beef: This was easily some of the best I've ever had. The beef was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and sautéed with fresh carrots, bell peppers, and onions in a special sauce that hits all the right notes. * Vermicelli Combination: You can tell everything is made to order and uses high-quality ingredients. Their spring rolls with rice vermicelli and peanut hoisin sauce are fresh, light, and packed with flavor. What truly made the night, though, was the phenomenal owner working behind the counter. She was welcoming and positive and very helpful. The service here is immaculate--the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the owner clearly takes immense pride in the business. It wasn't particularly busy when my wife, her mom, and I came for a visit on a Monday. But it was nice to eat rice and noodles, without having to have leftovers. Like most food court restaurants, everything is geared towards having individual portions cost $15 or so. But since a three choice combo plate only cost an extra dollar than the two choice ($15.99 vs $14.99) and we were a family not mind sharing, we got the former, with each of us choosing an entree. The shrimp entree cost $1.50 extra and was worth it, with large jumbo shrimp provided in a tasty brown sauce. The orange chicken was what you would expect, with decent pieces of white meat, but a coating that gets soggy sitting around in the steam table. The chicken and broccoli had small pieces of chicken, but provided a good amount of wok-fired broccoli which I enjoyed. It comes with a choice of non-descript lo mein noodles, rice, or both. Seating is shared across the other restaurants: not a huge amount of seating, but easy to find open ones since it wasn't too busy.
