This is the second time that I've gotten bagels from this location and my order was wrong and honestly just done poorly. The female worker with red/pink hair has messed up both times a month apart. My bagels are cut super uneven & she gave us the wrong cream cheese. I do like Panera! Don't come here often, but sometimes I do crave the food. The food was delicious! So this review is solely for the drive through. I placed an order to be picked up at 8:25 on my way to work. I get to the drive through and there are 5 cars ahead of me. The fact that it's supposed to be rapid pick up, it's not. We end up merging with people who are just placing an order. So I've been here for about 15 minutes because there are people in line that just placed the order. Next time I'll just go in and pick up. I just figured it being called rapid pick up would be quick, but it is not. read more

I can depend on this Panera to always get my order wrong 10/10 times. Today I asked for a salad and got a sandwich, in the past they've forgotten chips and utensils. Panera bread has great food, but their ordering system is not good. I have placed my order only to arrive and then tell me they sold out of the Soufflé' that I had ordered and paid for. Well, that means you should make another and make sure I get the food I ordered and paid for. Maybe there needs to be a change in how this is managed or an update to the online system. I've been here three times so far and have not been disappointed yet. Food has always been hot and orders have always been correct. Staff is friendly and seem to really care. I love Panera bread there food is great but I ordered online for rapid drive throw pick up and I was stuck in line for 10 minutes because the drive threw line merges with rapid pick up. Returned to have lunch at Panera Bread, which has been one of my favorite lunch spots here in Yucaipa. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the menu had been changed, impacting the Tuna Salad sandwich in a very negative way. They switched from using Black Pepper Focaccia bread to Sour Dough. There was no indication of such a change posted on the large menu (behind order counter). It completly changed the taste & texture of this one-time favorite of mine. Last time I order this item. Sorry to see such a 'winning' menu item spoiled by someone's decision to make such a change. I guess they missed the, "If it's not broken, don't fix it" memo! read more

Food is decent considering the premium prices, but still lacking in value. This review is for this particular location, where they often get my order wrong. Just now, I noticed they checked the box for 2 items on the attached order receipt, but they were missing in the bag. It was only the two baguettes, but I would have had to drive all the way back to Panera to get them. If they can't follow simple directions, how are they going to handle the more complex challenges of life? Grade schoolers in other countries can do a better job than these "adults". l realize they are only average Americans, but surely they can do better. My suggestion here is to always double check your order. read more

Well here we are several months later. Nothing has changed. My Greek salad was wilted. I ask for no croutons on the French Onion soup (it was on the receipt correctly) but was in the soup anyway. Soup is always cold. Also my husband's bread on his sandwich was soggy. Nothing worse than WILTED lettuce and SOGGY sandwich bread. This time I am totally done with Panera here in Yucaipa. read more

I don't normally eat at Panera but I received a gift card and I said let's give a try. I ordered the pick 2 so I got the Pepperoni flatbread pizza and broccoli cheddar mac and cheese in a bread bowl. The flat bread pizza was amazing, It was crispy and cheesy and the pepperoni has an amazing flavor. The broccoli cheddar Mac n cheese was good, it was creamy and the shells were cooked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back for the flatbread pizza for sure. The service was great and fast. 10/10 read more

Went there today around 7:30 am and they were already out of bagels. Employees were nice but what is the problem.

Joined the Sip Club in February to save some money going out for daily coffee, and I'm really grateful I did! August is now approaching, and I am still coming most everyday. I love the staff and peaceful vibe at the Yucaipa location. Misty, Kaitlyn, Mary, Kiara, Tabitha, Presley and more... all excellent employees and dedicated to customer service. Kudos to the kitchen staff and management too! From my perspective, they are always doing their best to make things right and keep their customers happy. read more

Really great food and service here. Have ordered in the drive thru and ahead and picked it up. Both were quick and easy. The large sandwiches are enough to split with my wife and super tasty. Morning black coffee was a real nice flavor also but my wife liked her coffee but also thought it was a little sweeter than she'd like, saying a lot for her. Their cinnamon roll tastes like it has almond in the icing so not really a fan but the rest of their breakfast items were pretty delicious. We're glad we have this in town now read more

Overall the food's pretty good I really enjoy Panera but I prefer the San Bernardino store mainly because there's this older lady at the Yucaipa location & whenever I decide to order at the register she will tell the customer next to me, "I'm so sorry it's taking so long bear with me (meanwhile l'm trying to finish my order) then stops again and says "did you just want to get something to drink, I could get your drink for you" (to the other customer). So I'm trying to finish my order and she keeps talking to the customer next to me and makes me feel as if l'm taking forever yet I never get this treatment at the San Bernardino or Redlands store so I know it's not me . And by the way nothing against older women because I'm 62 years old myself and I am very well versed in good customer service. This is a good example of very poor customer service, to interrupt someone who is trying to order to tell the customer next to them several times " I apologize for the wait or I'm so sorry it's taking long bear with me and are you just ordering a drink" . I truly believe there's some people that just don't belong in the front and maybe they need to be back in the back of the store stocking merchandise . This is the Yucaipa location. I had some extra time this morning, so I had breakfast at Panera. I ordered a drink I thought was hot and found that it was not. I tried it anyways and didn't care for it. I let the employee know my issue, and they said oh, you ordered the drink and just looked at me, so I went and sat down and finished my breakfast; a min or so, a worker named Covie came over and said, I noticed you threw away your drink what happened so I told her, and she offered me a new drink for free. I was ready to rate this place a three-star, but Covie changed my mind. read more
