Always a pleasant time at Fiora. Service was attentive and gave good recommendations for the dishes. We stuck with calabria pizza- this is a must! Creamy ricotta paired with spicy sausage and hot honey, the flavors all complement each other so well. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted good too. The ricotta dish was a big portion. This is a good dish to get to share for the table. The herbs salad was only okay. Service was a bit slow , it took awhile to get the appetizers out which is why I docked a star.

It was our first time here and this place did not disappoint. A group of 12 of us came on a whim, got there right when it opened and was seated immediately. The staff were supper helpful and attentive the entire time and even with how large of a group we had. My favorites were the fig and ricotta pizza with prosciutto (they made it extra Crispy for me). This saltiness from the meat helped balance out all the amazing sweet elements of the pizza. I also loved the bbq chicken pizza on their specialty menu. We tried so many things and everything was amazing! We will definitely be back!

This Pizzeria is the best in the inland empire. Seriously. The food is immaculate. Everything we ordered was absolutely suburb. Fresh, cooked very well, and the flavors are just *chefs kiss* From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very lovely woman who arranged our table to include one more person who was not originally counted on the reservation. Our server was incredible. Very attentive, answered all of our questions, was very engaging and overall an immaculate vibe. (I WISH I got her name but I do remember she was wearing purple macrame earrings lol). The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the wait time for our food but seeing how it was very busy, we understood. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend Fiora to anyone with a hankering for delicious food and great service.

Enjoyed our visit. Food never disappoints. Definitely enjoy the garlic and ricotta appetizers. Also had a pasta and a couple pizzas. Everything was very tasty! Friendly staff and cool owners!

So good . No complaints . From the hospitality to the food everything was great . Salads have so much flavor . Cocktails are so fresh . All the ingredients pair well . Loved the pizza and sandwich . Still need to come for dinner

We went again last night for a little date and tried the short rib pasta - delightful! And as always, got the Caesar salad and the garlic. Excellent service, I also highly recommend the rootbeer they offer too (which I don't remember seeing before!). Everyone was friendly as usual and we thought it was a nice evening.

Second time coming here. Flavors, vibes, music are so good! They even said "Welcome back" which was a nice touch. Definitely coming here every time im in the area! Everyone is attentive & seem to enjoy working here, which make the vibes better. Appreciate the hospitality. Ps. Please try the PIZZA-TINI. This drink blew my mind. If youre open to flavors and trying new things, and like gin. Please try this! Salty savory drink ive never had anything like this. A little oily but if you can get past that you will definitely enjoy this drink. Very rare and different.

Restaurant provided a welcoming environment with an aesthetically pleasing decor. Service was amazing everyone was friendly, explained the menu very well, & since it wasn't busy our server checked up on us frequently. The real candlelight dinner provided a very romantic date night. Started off with their specialty cocktails and a seasonal cocktails which was perfectly made. Received a generous portion of food for the entree. Highly recommend the Rigatoni Alla Vodka! Ended dinner with dessert there was many options but we chose the Chocolate Lava Cake which we ordered early because it took 20-30mins to bake. Looking forward to coming back and trying the pizza next time! Thank you Fiora Pizzeria!

Cool place. Menu looks amazing! The food tasted great and the drinks were good. The only downside was how long it took for the food to come out after we ordered. When we sat down, our server took our drinks and appetizers order pretty quick but then things seemed to slow down. Drinks took a while to come out. Appetizers came out and we were almost done with them before we could place our entree order. It seemed like the food took a long time to come out. We were there for over 2 hours which seems like a good amount of time but when you go with kids, it is too long. They are a new business so will try again once they are more settled.

I ordered a pizza to go and it was fantastic. It was so flavorful, so crispy and had so many toppings! I literally ate a piece before I was even able to take the picture as seen below! Everybody I met while I waited, from the hostess, to the servers, to the bartender, and even their spectacular head chef were friendly and so welcoming! The owner was super down to earth and I'm pretty sure he even made my pizza! I had been here previously and I feel like it's just as good if not even better than it was before under this new ownership and with the new head chef!!! I love the ambience of the restaurant and the seasonal menu's. If you're looking for a phenomenal place to go on a date night, or family night, or take out for yourself... you found your place!

    MEATBALLS

I was very skeptical trying this place i was pleasantly surprised, i enjoy the food the ambiance and the service was top notch! Must try the meatballs !!!

This is how many tables were available. Not busy at all.

My family and I were turned away while having plenty of seating. Was told it was the wait was 1.5 hours. I was excited to try this place out and post about it, but now I won't be taking my business there any time soon. Seems suspicious since there was a lot of seating available.

It's a perfect place for a date or a night out with friends or family. The focal point of the main dining room is the bar, which faces the restaurant's entrance. Meticulously designed with a nostalgic feel, the bar features blonde wood shelves holding hundreds of vinyl records, carefully curated design objects, and a DJ booth neatly tucked into a corner next to the bar. The beer taps are elegantly minimalist, and every detail in the bar--for example, the old-fashioned glass syrup bottles--seems planned to give a nod to history (specifically the late 19th century, when Redlands was founded). The main dining room offers plenty of comfortable seating choices, including a long bar along the center of the room. The patio is spacious and well kept. All of the spaces inside and out have music piped in from the bar. There are two restrooms just off the patio, and these are well-maintained. On busy nights, patrons can enjoy a drink in a standing bar area just off the patio. I love that the Overland provides a choice of setting depending on the kind of night you're planning. A romantic date? Get a reservation to sit inside, and it feels intimate. Just hanging out? The bar is fun as the mixologists make excellent drinks and friendly conversation. Sitting at the bar after 7 PM, you can watch the DJs spin the platters. If you have a larger group or just like to eat alfresco, the patio is perfect. The menu offers a really nice variety of drinks, including the pricier craft cocktails, more classic, moderately priced beverages, nonalcoholic drinks, and all sorts of beer and wine. The food menu is solid, with plenty of appetizers, salads, entrées, and a dessert. The real star is the tacos! These are very moderately priced at seven dollars apiece, and all three varieties are delicious! There is a potato taco, a beef taco, and pork chili Verde taco. I highly recommend these! The green salsa they provide is extremely mild, but they do have a variety of hot sauces on hand. It's worth mentioning that even a humble plate of tacos is served on nice ceramic dishes, along with good flatware and napkins. The espresso martini cheesecake is creamy and delicious, and the portion is really generous. The staff seem to enjoy working at the Overland. The servers work hard to make sure your order is to your liking, and food comes out pretty fast. There's a good sense of teamwork among them. The staff is also accommodating about seating or any special requests. We've been there on a busy Friday night, and on a Sunday evening and late night. The Overland is always at least moderately busy, so reservations are strongly recommended. The city of Redlands should be very proud of this establishment. Go and have fun!

We made reservations for four, and as soon as we arrived, we were seated right away, which was a great start. Unfortunately, I noticed a few cleanliness issues almost immediately. The tables were pretty dusty, and the glass water cups we were given still had food residue on them. One even had what looked like a lipstick mark on the rim. I let our waitress know, and she apologized and quickly brought us new glasses. Those were still dirty as well, with (food residue) so I asked if she could replace them again. After the third attempt, the glasses finally came out spotless. It seemed like there may have been an issue with the dishwasher filter?, but I really appreciated how kind and apologetic our waitress was throughout the entire situation. The drinks were good overall. I ordered a couple of nonalcoholic drinks, and they were refreshing and flavorful. We also tried the cheese fries and the fried onion, and both were really tasty. Overall, I'd give this place a 6/10. The rough start with the cleanliness definitely affected the experience, but the service helped make up for it. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making things right, and that went a long way. I absolutely loved the vibe and the music, and I think this place has a lot of potential. I'd definitely be willing to give it another try because I think it could be a great spot for a fun night out.

We seated ourselves at our favorite raised table in the corner on the far side of the bar. My husband and I stuck to traditional cocktails, and old fashioned and a Negroni. Our friends chose signature cocktails: the Turbo Granny and the Electric Feel. Now the Electric Feel was not just a drink, it was an experience. Our server explained to our friend that he should sip a little of the drink, then chew the Szechuan buzz bud for about 15 seconds, letting it coat his whole tongue, then enjoy the rest of the drink which would taste different afterwards. Our friend went through all those steps and said it was incredible, like all the flavors were enhanced along with different sensations in his mouth, kind of numb and tingly. His wife was not satisfied with his description of the experience, so she bought a Szechuan buzz bud for $2 and she said it was kind of like pop rocks. These buzz bud looks just like a little flower bud like the end of a dandelion once the seeds are blown away. It comes from a plant. Totally fascinating! We decided on weekend brunch, especially since there were endless mimosas. Our kids have a recollection of being down the class umbrella alleyway, so they were amazed when they saw it. A short while later, we were in front of the restaurant and were quickly seated by the staff. They didn't ask if we preferred outdoor or indoor seating, but we were seated inside right next to the kitchen. We heard that indoor seating was better for service anyway. The interior of the restaurant was "very fancy," and my daughter thought we were in a date spot. We knew we wanted French fries and opted for the garlic Parmesan fries. At first, the kids were weirded out by the arugula, but my daughter ended up enjoying it, noting the bitter and salty notes. My son devoured the entire plate (not the arugula) and asked for another round. We also ordered the lemon ricotta French toast, made from Brioche bread, lemon blackberry butter, whipped lemon ricotta cream, blackberries, mint, and maple syrup. They perfected the crispy exterior, which contrasted well with the fluffy bread. My wife ordered the breakfast pizza--a focaccia pizza topped with marinara, ham, spinach, fresh tomato, red onion, a sunny-side-up egg, and herb-infused maple syrup. This was really delicious with the tart, fresh tomatoes, the salty ham, and the sweet maple syrup. I ended up eating the sunny-side egg by itself, so we didn't get to try the pizza with the egg. Lastly, I ordered the steak and eggs, but it was sadly a small portion. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out medium. The seasoning was a bit strange and would have been better with simple salt, pepper, and garlic. The mimomas really made my wife happy. She started feeling it pretty quickly. She chose the pineapple juice while I got the traditional orange. Not sure if the alcohol made the food better or the other way around. I was brought to reality when I saw the expensive bill, though.

Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. Service was the main issue. The bartenders seemed inexperienced, and our server wasn't familiar with the drinks, often needing to check with someone else. It took about 20 minutes to receive our first round. Our reservation was at 10:30, we were seated until 10:40, and the place closes at midnight so timing already felt tight. Because of the wait, we asked to order two drinks at once for the next round, but were told it's limited to one at a time. That would be understandable if service were faster, but it took another 20 minutes to get the second drink. We were also told drinks from the regular menu take longer, so I tried one from the specialty menu...still a 20-minute wait. It was a frustrating experience. That said, the space itself is smaller and more intimate, which could make it a nice date spot. I do think this place has potential, and I'd consider giving it another chance, hopefully with smoother service next time. Oh Beignets were amazing!! Yummy little donuts!

When we walked into this speakeasy, behind a movable shelf, I was greatly disappointed by the size of this place. It literally was the size of a walk in closet. Probably a fifth of the size of the one in Rancho. The room was so small and cramped. We sat at the round tables which was small for 2 people, and they were spaced so close to each other. Another couple sat next to us and we could here their entire conversation. The space is just so cramped. Maybe 6 round tables with barely a foot apart. Then the bar top basically when someone is sitting there, theres less then a foot of space to go inbetween. The decor is beautiful. I did enjoy the library theme. Service here is a disappointment. There was inly 2 groups (including ourselves) when we arrived and service was excessively slow. On their featured cocktails which was the same as the one in Rancho (6 drinks?), they were already out of the first 2. And mind you, they've only been open for 2 hours. We asked them to prepare unique off the menu drinks. They basically gave us drinks from the main restaurant menu. Rum for the hills and an old fashion. The bartender at the Rancho location is so much better and nicer and way more creative. Able to create unique individual drinks off the top of his head. Not here though. She asked us what we were ordering at least times. And she still got our orders (food) wrong. The glass was sticky from the sugars. We ordered no grilled onions on the burger and it came with grilled onions. She was so unsure of what they carried (alcohol wise) that she had to go ask the other guy on multiple occasions. When the bill came, we didnt get a pen to sign it with. So we went to the bar area. The guy was a total A-hole. He was like what do you want? Woah guy. We're trying to give you more of our hard earned money via tip and sign this check so we can get the heck out of here. Like chill bro. We should be there ones angry with how bad the evening went. Not you. There were multiple flies flying around our table and food. A large fly, and then a small gnat around our drink. It was gross. Overall, it was a terrible experience here. There was mystique (I give you that, love the books). But nothing high end or exclusive about it. Usage of the space and their knowledge of the drinks reminds me of a run down dive bar. They need the bartender from Rancho to come here and revamp everything about this place. The only good thing here is that we were able to order burgers (full menu availability) in this speakeasy as suppose to the one in Victoria Gardens. But besides that, I am 100% not coming back. It just isnt worth it.

To be honest.. I was next door about to order fast food and it was gonna run me $20 for just me so…read moreI walked over here to Fire Rock Burgers.. It was what I expected for a $20 Burger.. It was good... I ordered the whisky in the jar burger with fries and an Ice tea.. It was a decent burger.. The toppings were tasty, the burger patty itself was a struggle for flavor.. The fries where piping hot and crispy. The fries were actually really good.. They had a nice coating and crisp to them.. I also had an ice tea (brewed ice tea) and it was refreshing for a hot day.. I was in there early for lunch so there wasn't very many people inside.. My server was very friendly and attentive.. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms were as well.. Would I come back? Yes.. The prices were reasonable especially when food in the same parking lot is somewhat close in price, go to fire rock and enjoy the ambiance..

What a terrible first experience at this place. We were here to look at a new home so decided to…read morestop here for a bite to eat before we see our possible new future home. I stood inside for 4-5 minutes without seeing anyone that worked there. So I went to the side of the kitchen where there was a door and saw someone in there. I peaked inside and said hello, and this female staff member lost her marbles and basically said how unacceptable it was that I did that and basically chased me out of the restaurant. I only did that because we had my 83 year old handicap grandfather and our small dog with us on a hot day so I was hoping to just get some water for both of them. Instead she continued to have the worst attitude I ever experienced from a restaurant staff member. To the owners, I highly recommend you watch tape of her attitude towards me, and watch my poor grandfather have to hobble out of your establishment due to your terrible employee. She claimed to be the only one working so it should be easy to figure out who she is, she didn't have a name tag on. She should be fired. We were there today, which is 6-1-26 at 11:40am if you have any aspiration to better your business, I encourage you to watch camera footage of her terrible attitude towards your customers. We'll never be back but you should honestly fire her.

Food was delicious!!!…read more I had the nachos and they were very substantial. I asked if the sauces on top had mayo and was told they only have cream Our waiter was great as well, very attentive! I wish I'd gotten his name The music was good but it was a little too loud I couldn't hear the other people at my table, and they are not quiet ladies. The walk to the bathroom was an experience though. It felt like you were entering catacombs so weird. Otherwise everyone working there was nice, all 3 of us love our food, the starter portions were more than enough for one person to have as an entree. Sharing between 2 people would be a good portion but idk the size of entrees because we only got starters. Seemed nice and clean too Enjoyed our time here, we will be back

this place is pretty much what you'd expect from an american mexican sit-down restaurant. the food…read moreis quite bland, so if you're expecting good mexican food this place is not it. this is a personal preference, but i disliked the loud atmosphere. they had a DJ playing, which i understand is some people's vibe. seems like the place to get some drinks and appetizers during a night out in downtown redlands. so if you're into that sort of thing and like the ambiance of a higher end restaurant, you might like this place! our waitress was amazing. so friendly and willing to recommend dishes and chat with us.
