I recently had what I view is the worst customer experience and potentially dangerous situation one can have at a business establishment.  It began when I ordered my usual by phone.  Arriving 15 minutes later I walked in line to pay for my order.  I gave my name to the young lady at the front and she came to the counter with my order.  When I looked at the bowl I noticed it was the wrong size with the wrong toppings.  I let the young lady know that the bowl was not made according to my order.  I asked her would I have to wait again?  She said yes, in a smug sarcastic tone.  I did not understand the reason for her attitude.  I told her that I was in a hurry as I was on my lunch break and she did not seem to care that I was in a rush.  During our interaction, she never attempted to apologize for her bad attitude or the order mistake.  I then asked her for her name so that I could call the manager at a later time to report my experience.  The young lady refused to give me her first name and she was not wearing a badge.  I then turned to her co-worker to ask her for her name.  While I was asking her co-worker for her name, she was whispering to her to not release her name to me.  Then she said that I was being aggressive.  I then asked her what about me asking her name is aggressive.  I was calmly asking her first name which she refused to provide, she then said that if I did not leave that she would call the police.  She went from 0-60 in an instant.  I let her know that the only reason she was calling the police is that I am African American and that she was racist.  She then said that she was Hispanic and what not racist against black people.  I told her she was and that Black lives Matter and that she should weaponize the police against a paying customer who was simply asking for her name.  I guess she was afraid because the "big black man" asked for her name.  I then left thinking I would just call back and get her name from the manager at a later time.  I later found out that this employee's name is Sydney.   Before I decided to write this review, I called Juice it Up's corporate customer service number and left a voicemail and no one called me back (no surprise there).  It's been about a week or so I decided to write about my experience.  I eventually called the manager Sebastian, who I must say really tried to apologize for Sydney's behavior.   I leave it up to you if you still want to visit this establishment where you may encounter an employee like Sydney that does not wear her badge,  does not apologize when mistakes are made, and will not give their name so they don't get reported to management for reprehensible customer treatment.  Apparently this location has had many customer service issues in general, just read the other reviews on Yelp.  Maybe the owner does not care about customer service as customers are still having bad experiences.  Please do yourself a favor and visit the San Bernardino or Rialto locations (I've had great experiences there) instead to save yourself a bad and potentially racist experience.  This is for my black people, please don't get disrespected giving your hard-earned money to a business that does not respect its customers. read more

I love this place! The guys behind the counter are super nice and I didn't have to wait long for my smoothie. I've always passed by this place for years & finally decided to give it a try a few months ago. I regret not coming here earlier! People like to compare this place to Jamba Juice, but I think Juice it Up! stands on its own. The menu is a little smaller but the smoothies are yummy as well as their bowls. The workers here are a lot nicer than their other smoothie competitor. Plus I love how they have pitaya (dragon fruit) here!!! You can't get that at Jamba. Will be back at this location whenever I'm craving a pitaya bowl or smoothie. read more

My fave juice it up smoothie to get is The Zone, which I've gotten at several juice it up locations. For some reason this is the only location that makes it super watered down (basically tastes like watered down banana). It doesn't even taste like any protein powder or banana was added. I thought maybe it was the worker that day that forgot to add something, but it's everytime I order it from this location, no matter which worker. I wish it tasted as thick and flavorful as all of the other locations. read more

In search of a post workout healthy breakfast option, we chose here. We were the first to arrive and they opened right on time. The store was clean and neat, not one item out of place. We were welcomed in by a bright and friendly employee, who was very knowledgeable. She answered all questions about different options and offered suggestions. Once we made our selections she prepared the bowls right away. Our only complaint was that the fruits were semi frozen and that made the bowls icy. Other than that, we were satisfied. read more

This was by far the most disappointing purchase from Juice It Up. The young lady who helped me appeared to be in a grumpy mood but we all have those days. I ordered a large rejuvenater with extra ginger. Once I got on the freeway, I took a sip and realized there was NO ginger what so ever and it tasted more like dirty carrot and beet juice with extra dirt. Very very disappointed. Update: I gave this location a second chance. I eyed the staff to see if the same young lady was working and she wasn't so I went for it. Today was much much much better. Employees chat with each other and slowly make your drink in between sentences. They also make a few things cost extra (like whey instead of soy in the protein shakes) that other locations don't charge extra for. The one in Orange is better service. They are friendly though. read more

I've been a fan of juice it up for quite some time and usually go to this location to pick up a treat for my girlfriend and I. The store is always clean and presentable, but I really feel they could use a table or two in the wide open floor section. Perhaps some shelves with some sort of merchandise, etc. and maybe even a chalkboard on the wall like the other location in town. I also wish they made secret menu drinks at this location as some of the others do...gummy bear, etc. The workers here are always very nice in greeting and helping with drink suggestions and the products my friends and I have tried so far have always been very tasty, which is enough to keep me coming back. There was two girls working one was in the back doing whatever and one was taking orders this females name is Esmeralda M . My friend proceeded to take her order and i was right behind her so mine can be taken which it never was . After taking my friends order she made her smoothie and gave it to her while i stood standing at the cashier and NEVER got my order taken , After she gave her the smoothie she proceeded to walk to the door and stood by door for At least 2 min. First time here. I had the Piña-koolada which could have had a bit more. Coconut flavor. The place was empty. It was a very cold night that's probably why. We were the only ones in there which I enjoyed because not being in a juice place before, gave me ample time to read the menu. I had no idea what the boosted were for. I was asked if I wanted one but never explained anything. I would have liked to be more informed.
