Worst juice it up I've been to period. I don't know who does inventory but they suck big time!!! This place will always be out of something. In addition to this, they are ALWAYS switching up payment methods like they are playing Russian Roulette ( I think they're only accepting credit/ debit charges right now not cash lol...). This place should be on Kitchen Nightmares. Avoid unless you like taking chances !!! read more

I love this place! The guys behind the counter are super nice and I didn't have to wait long for my smoothie. I've always passed by this place for years & finally decided to give it a try a few months ago. I regret not coming here earlier! People like to compare this place to Jamba Juice, but I think Juice it Up! stands on its own. The menu is a little smaller but the smoothies are yummy as well as their bowls. The workers here are a lot nicer than their other smoothie competitor. Plus I love how they have pitaya (dragon fruit) here!!! You can't get that at Jamba. Will be back at this location whenever I'm craving a pitaya bowl or smoothie. read more

Juice It Up! - Pitaya smoothie! So gooooood - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Redlands, California

Went in after a workout and saw the sign saying that new owners had taken over the place! I went in and was greeted by the workers inside. My drink was delicious and the girl serving me behind the counter was absolutely kind and wonderful. I appreciated my experience and I wish I got the name of the girl serving me but unfortunately I did not. The staff relations seemed to be very comfortable and friendly which is always a plus when I walk into a business. Had a great experience, can't wait to come back in for more juice! :) read more

A great place for a nutritious smoothie. It's especially good for a post workout drink. They make the drink in front of you which is also a plus. read more

First time here. I had the Piña-koolada which could have had a bit more. Coconut flavor. The place was empty. It was a very cold night that's probably why. We were the only ones in there which I enjoyed because not being in a juice place before, gave me ample time to read the menu. I had no idea what the boosted were for. I was asked if I wanted one but never explained anything. I would have liked to be more informed. I know I've walked by Juice it Up in the Inland Center mall and they are always willing to take the time to explain. So two stars for the price and the drink itself. read more

I recently had what I view is the worst customer experience and potentially dangerous situation one can have at a business establishment.  It began when I ordered my usual by phone.  Arriving 15 minutes later I walked in line to pay for my order.  I gave my name to the young lady at the front and she came to the counter with my order.  When I looked at the bowl I noticed it was the wrong size with the wrong toppings.  I let the young lady know that the bowl was not made according to my order.  I asked her would I have to wait again?  She said yes, in a smug sarcastic tone.  I did not understand the reason for her attitude.  I told her that I was in a hurry as I was on my lunch break and she did not seem to care that I was in a rush.  During our interaction, she never attempted to apologize for her bad attitude or the order mistake.  I then asked her for her name so that I could call the manager at a later time to report my experience.  The young lady refused to give me her first name and she was not wearing a badge.  I then turned to her co-worker to ask her for her name.  While I was asking her co-worker for her name, she was whispering to her to not release her name to me.  Then she said that I was being aggressive.  I then asked her what about me asking her name is aggressive.  I was calmly asking her first name which she refused to provide, she then said that if I did not leave that she would call the police.  She went from 0-60 in an instant.  I let her know that the only reason she was calling the police is that I am African American and that she was racist.  She then said that she was Hispanic and what not racist against black people.  I told her she was and that Black lives Matter and that she should weaponize the police against a paying customer who was simply asking for her name.  I guess she was afraid because the "big black man" asked for her name.  I then left thinking I would just call back and get her name from the manager at a later time.  I later found out that this employee's name is Sydney.   Before I decided to write this review, I called Juice it Up's corporate customer service number and left a voicemail and no one called me back (no surprise there).  It's been about a week or so I decided to write about my experience.  I eventually called the manager Sebastian, who I must say really tried to apologize for Sydney's behavior.   I leave it up to you if you still want to visit this establishment where you may encounter an employee like Sydney that does not wear her badge,  does not apologize when mistakes are made, and will not give their name so they don't get reported to management for reprehensible customer treatment.  Apparently this location has had many customer service issues in general, just read the other reviews on Yelp.  Maybe the owner does not care about customer service as customers are still having bad experiences.  Please do yourself a favor and visit the San Bernardino or Rialto locations (I've had great experiences there) instead to save yourself a bad and potentially racist experience.  This is for my black people, please don't get disrespected giving your hard-earned money to a business that does not respect its customers. read more

My fave juice it up smoothie to get is The Zone, which I've gotten at several juice it up locations. For some reason this is the only location that makes it super watered down (basically tastes like watered down banana). It doesn't even taste like any protein powder or banana was added. I thought maybe it was the worker that day that forgot to add something, but it's everytime I order it from this location, no matter which worker. I wish it tasted as thick and flavorful as all of the other locations. read more

They showed very rude customer service the cashier Layla rolled her eyes at me. She took forever to take my order and after took longer to make my smoothie. To top it off i found a rubber band in my smoothie. I don't remember seeing her wash her hands or wear gloves either read more

Very Slow. Only two people working there. One making all the smoothies and bowls, the other cashiering and managing.

In search of a post workout healthy breakfast option, we chose here. We were the first to arrive and they opened right on time. The store was clean and neat, not one item out of place. We were welcomed in by a bright and friendly employee, who was very knowledgeable. She answered all questions about different options and offered suggestions. Once we made our selections she prepared the bowls right away. Our only complaint was that the fruits were semi frozen and that made the bowls icy. Other than that, we were satisfied. read more

Walked in and waited for 5 minutes at the register. I get the staff was busy with online orders and getting drinks ready for those who already ordered and waiting in person. But hello, customer service?! Acknowledging the customer with " hello" or saying something like "I'll be right there" would be appreciated. I walked out and went to Starbucks a few stores down. In and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

I went to this particular Juice It Up! for lunch today for myself and my co-workers so my order was rather large and exhausting. The gal who took my order was Amanda and she was new. She did such a great job and paid attention to detail. She was also super kind and extremely thorough. The rest of the staff was very helpful and it was a very pleasant experience. The bowls and smoothies were delish and made with love, exactly the way I ordered them! Get the evergreen!!! read more

This was by far the most disappointing purchase from Juice It Up. The young lady who helped me appeared to be in a grumpy mood but we all have those days. I ordered a large rejuvenater with extra ginger. Once I got on the freeway, I took a sip and realized there was NO ginger what so ever and it tasted more like dirty carrot and beet juice with extra dirt. Very very disappointed. Update: I gave this location a second chance. I eyed the staff to see if the same young lady was working and she wasn't so I went for it. Today was much much much better. My turmeric smoothie with extra ginger was on point and all three ladies working today were great. Timely and friendly. read more

Employees chat with each other and slowly make your drink in between sentences. They also make a few things cost extra (like whey instead of soy in the protein shakes) that other locations don't charge extra for. The one in Orange is better service. They are friendly though. read more

First off... we LOVE fresh juices and all the yumminess that juice it up offers... but please don't go to this location. Every single staff member is rude, upset and annoyed with your presence. Now, you might say everyone has a bad day... " true" but I've visited this branch at least 4 times in the past few weeks and I have the same disgusting experience every single time. This location has definitely lost my business. read more

I've been a fan of juice it up for quite some time and usually go to this location to pick up a treat for my girlfriend and I. The store is always clean and presentable, but I really feel they could use a table or two in the wide open floor section. Perhaps some shelves with some sort of merchandise, etc. and maybe even a chalkboard on the wall like the other location in town. I also wish they made secret menu drinks at this location as some of the others do...gummy bear, etc. The workers here are always very nice in greeting and helping with drink suggestions and the products my friends and I have tried so far have always been very tasty, which is enough to keep me coming back. Thanks! Recommendations: Lava flow, Razzle Dazzle or the Seabreeze Squeeze. read more

We went in at 7:58pm on 11/11/21. We just wanted one juice. The female stated that juice machine was down for deep cleaning at 7pm.. I know they were lying. She was rude and was dawdling while we were standing at register. Rude. Won't go back read more

As I walked in, I was greeted by all the lovely workers. Straight away I felt more comfortable and at home. The worker kindly asked for my order and I asked for a Pitaya Bowl no honey. She was nice enough to make a few changes and even offered me a boost. Basically asking if I wanted anything else to replace the honey. I wasn't in the mood for anything else so I just left my order as it was. The Pitaya bowl was ready in less than 10 minutes. The bowl was presented so well and I loved everything about it! I recommend coming to this Juice It Up, lovely workers and great smoothies/bowls!! However there is a downside to all this positivity, the bowls are a bit pricy...
