Came in on my lunch break with one person ahead of me, and somehow ended up leaving 25 minutes later. They took 4 orders after I ordered 1 smoothie and 1 Açaí bowl. Each person was served their items BEFORE ME. That's when this guy finally decided to make my bowl! Wtheck!?! I had to wait for other people's orders when I was there before? Disappointing experience. I have some coupons and I made a point to call ahead to make sure they would accept the coupon, telling the person on the phone in detail what coupon I had and that it did not expire until July 1st - he said the coupons were good and they would take them. I waited until I had the confirmation before telling the kids that we were taking them to get smoothies. The girl at the register tells us as the kids are making their choices that they won't accept the coupon. Having the coupons I left the house without cash or a card to pay.....and quite honestly I wouldn't give them my money at that point because that is just bad business and they don't deserve my hard earned money. UPDATE: The owner contacted me today after corporate gave them my info from an email I sent through the website. That experience was just as bad as what I had when I was in the store. If you like the taste of the patron's drink before in your juice then you'd like this juicery. They don't wash the juicer so there's a strong taste of ginger. I personally don't like ginger so I order a juice without it. But no matter it will always taste of ginger. I also prefer a juicery which is more sanitary and washes their machines after every patron. They did make me another one. read more

2nd time I've gone into this location.. first time ordered the Starburst which tasted NOTHING like what I've had at other locations. Stopped in today ordered the Raspberry Craze. Again nothing like I've had before. It actually tastes like old fruit, very sour, doesn't even taste of Raspberries. Called and spoke with Emily, she didnt really listen, when I explained the issue. Never had any problems here except my most recent visit on 3-20-14. There were only two other customers in the store and there were three employees in the front and one guy that kept coming in and out from the back in regular clothes (the owner maybe?) It took them almost twenty minutes to get my drink finished when I was the first one that ordered out of the three of us. Other than that; I do enjoy this location more than the one off of orange. This store is extremely inconsistent. Always a hit or a miss here. One thing that they are consistent with is being SLOW. Please learn to make drinks in a reasonable order, don't skip a customer's drink just because it takes longer. I expect better, not from the POV of a previous JIU manager but as a regular customer. Not only did I spend most of my lunch break here waiting for one drink, but my raw fusion came out very thin AND chunky. I have a history with the company and I got love for Juice it Up, but the untimely service makes me just want to go to Jamba down the street. Typically this is my go to juice it up store & I stop in at least 3-4 times a week but after tonight I just may need to go to the other one in Redlands . For starters the staff was very rude one and let me stand at the front waiting to order for 10 minutes without even acknowledging me with even a hello or we will be right with you. Then the girl walks right up to the register & still says nothing to me and just clocks off and walks out . Super unprofessional! This juice it up is the cleanest facility I have ever been to. You can really tell they spend time and money on making sure this place is spotless. It's rare these days you find a place this clean. The juice was awesome I purchased the mango mania and had them throw some tajin in it! I recommend this . I will be coming more often for the ginger shot after being educated by the owner about the health benefits and my own research . I have to talk about a time when I called in an order, because even though this place is never busy when I walk in, there always seems to be such a long wait to get your smoothie or juice. So I called in an order for a green juice (the Immunizer), and when I arrived, the employee tells me that he's going to charge me for a smaller size than what I ordered. I thought, "Okay, interesting. I wonder why he's charging me less. What a nice guy!" I pay for my drink and leave. While I'm driving home, I start drinking my juice, but suddenly realize how chunky the drink is! And that's when I figured that the boy must have charged me less because he made my drink using the blender instead of the juicer!!!!! The manager was standing right there when I paid for my drink too. Instead of doing what's right and remaking the juice the proper way, the manager probably told the employee to charge me less for the juice instead! Who enjoys a CHUNKY GREEN JUICE? Not me. There was a specific employee by the name Ricardo that I put in my order with and he had an attitude with me and was be smart with me and all I came in for was a smoothie. He then preceded to say stuff as I walked away from the counter. He was speaking in Spanish and said something in Spanish towards me as I was sitting at the stools in there and he then continued to say stuff in Spanish. The employee was very rude. I always go to the one closer to my job but today I came to this one and I'm glad I did! I go multiple times a month and not once have they asked me about my rewards card (I forgot I had it) and they weren't always as welcoming and kind but here they asked and were super friendly and welcoming and very clean :) I talked to Christina and Daniela and they are such sweet girls! When I ordered the girl at the register, Samantha, was super efficient and so friendly even though there were people waiting for their orders. I felt like I was the only customer there. I would not recommend this juice it up. Cashier acted upset that there was even customers and rude when taking our order. He sighed and rolled his eyes as if it was such a hard task to take my order. Then while we were waiting another employee was wearing her gloves while cashing out another customer. She was handling money and touching the register screen with her gloves and then proceeded to make my juice and grabbed the carrots with the same gloves she had just used to handle dirty cash. When I spoke up she changed her gloves before continuing my drink but still threw in the carrots that she had just previously touched with the contaminated gloves! Also they forgot to put the ginger in my drink and the juicer had not been cleaned prior to making my drink because it had a lot of spinach and kale floating in my cup which was not in my order and was not added on accident because I watched as my drink was made. I have worked at a juice and smoothie bar so I know the protocol and how things should be done correctly. This place doesn't seem to follow that or care at all! All the employees seemed pissed off to even be there. If you don't want to do a good job and actually do your job, quit. read more

Not happy, go to juice it up frequently and am part of their eclub, and while this location is listed as a participating location they said they could not take the eclub coupon because their location was not on it. What? Either you participate or not, if I was not already there with hot food in the car I would have left and went to Jamba Juice around the corner. I must mention that the girl that helped me (Adrianne) was very polite and apologized that the owner said that they could not take them or would get in trouble. This location owner is a bad representation for the Juice It Up franchise. Don't think I will be going here again, and while I could easily put their location on the coupon by changing my preferences online I do not think I will because there is another Juice It Up down the street and a Jamba Juice around the corner. I have edited and updated my review of this location. After receiving a far cry from what would be considered decent customer service on my first visit I have visited this locations on several occasions. Each time I have come in to the store I have been greeted with a cheerful hello and a smile. Each visit only gets better, I am pleased with the turn around in customer service. I recommend this location to anyone. And yes, the smoothies are fantastic! Way to go Juice It Up! read more
