My smoothie tasted great but the only 2 workers here were standing around talking about who makes better bowls so I waited a lot longer than I should have. read more

Its my first time here and the second I came in it was hot inside like there wasnt any AC and right away I could tell I wasnt going to have a good experience with the worker she was rude didnt say anything and just stood there at the register until I said something didnt ask are you ready to order or anything just staired at me and when I started to order and told her my toppings she said it rude because I wanted so many topping and right after I was done ordering didnt say anything just took the recipet and through it in the trash very angry and just slammed everything in the store and then we got out bowls and did a pour job with the bowls didnt do what I asked very nicely to do and even put honey on it when she asked me if I wanted any and I said no so I couldn't eat my fruit toppings because they were covered in honey. I wont be coming back to this location again she shouldn't be working there if she is so angry about it and has such a bad attitude. read more

Came in on my lunch break with one person ahead of me, and somehow ended up leaving 25 minutes later. They took 4 orders after I ordered 1 smoothie and 1 Açaí bowl. Each person was served their items BEFORE ME. That's when this guy finally decided to make my bowl! Wtheck!?! I had to wait for other people's orders when I was there before? Why should there even be a line if you don't get served that way? To top it off this guy I swear was moving in slow motion. Never again. read more

Called 15 minutes in advance so I can hurry back to work during lunch. Arrived at set time, and was told it'll be five minutes, they haven't started it yet. So I was late back to work today : ) read more

Disappointing experience. I have some coupons and I made a point to call ahead to make sure they would accept the coupon, telling the person on the phone in detail what coupon I had and that it did not expire until July 1st - he said the coupons were good and they would take them. I waited until I had the confirmation before telling the kids that we were taking them to get smoothies. The girl at the register tells us as the kids are making their choices that they won't accept the coupon. Having the coupons I left the house without cash or a card to pay.....and quite honestly I wouldn't give them my money at that point because that is just bad business and they don't deserve my hard earned money. UPDATE: The owner contacted me today after corporate gave them my info from an email I sent through the website. That experience was just as bad as what I had when I was in the store. Someone needs lessons in providing customer service. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Was just there for 40 minutes for 3 items. Because they forgot we ordered. And there wasn't even anyone else in the place. The workers did not care at all either. Every time I go it's horrible. HORRIBLEEEEEEE. GO TO JAMBA JUICE ACROSS THE STREET. read more

2nd time I've gone into this location.. first time ordered the Starburst which tasted NOTHING like what I've had at other locations. Stopped in today ordered the Raspberry Craze. Again nothing like I've had before. It actually tastes like old fruit, very sour, doesn't even taste of Raspberries. Called and spoke with Emily, she didnt really listen, when I explained the issue. I got an UMMMM ok.. then she said she would take down my information and see if the Owner would call me. Sorry with her not even paying attention I doubt the issue would be addressed. The best bet would be to just stay away from this location and go to the one off of Orange St. read more

If you like the taste of the patron's drink before in your juice then you'd like this juicery. They don't wash the juicer so there's a strong taste of ginger. I personally don't like ginger so I order a juice without it. But no matter it will always taste of ginger. I also prefer a juicery which is more sanitary and washes their machines after every patron. They did make me another one. read more

Never had any problems here except my most recent visit on 3-20-14. There were only two other customers in the store and there were three employees in the front and one guy that kept coming in and out from the back in regular clothes (the owner maybe?) It took them almost twenty minutes to get my drink finished when I was the first one that ordered out of the three of us. Other than that; I do enjoy this location more than the one off of orange. They use fresh orange juice and even have a menu for raw juicing. read more

Great customer service. Rachel is always friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Redlands is by far the cleanest location I've been to. Great way to start the day with a bowl or a raw juice. read more

The smoothies are outstanding, especially on a hot day. The drinks are delivered ice cold and fruity. Service is fast and consistent .Get the word out, "Dump all other juice places!" Go here! read more

If you don't mind waiting over 10 mins for a drink with nobody here then this is where you want to come. Worst juice it up I've ever been to. It's like everyone's first day at work which is pretty sad, better do more than this or you won't last long. Actually since I just posted this 5 mins ago, we are still waiting, now 15 mins read more

I go there at LEAST once a week and the atmosphere is great, you're greeted as soon as you enter and the drinks are made fast and delicious!

I had a coupon for buy one get one free and the girl charge me for both. This happened almost three weeks ago and they still have not given my money back for the free one! read more

This store is extremely inconsistent. Always a hit or a miss here. One thing that they are consistent with is being SLOW. Please learn to make drinks in a reasonable order, don't skip a customer's drink just because it takes longer. I expect better, not from the POV of a previous JIU manager but as a regular customer. Not only did I spend most of my lunch break here waiting for one drink, but my raw fusion came out very thin AND chunky. I have a history with the company and I got love for Juice it Up, but the untimely service makes me just want to go to Jamba down the street. There are some workers here who do a great job, maybe arrange the schedule better to have shift crew balance. read more

This is the most disappointing juice it up I have ever been to by far, I came here with my daughter and called ahead one of the drinks were protein and after I hung up I thought he didn't ask what type of protein I would like. When I got there the store was empty no customers and I waited for awhile finally he came out and I told him I called in 2 drinks. I get to my car and try my drink only to find it all wrong it tasted like orange sherbet with maybe a little juice.Soooooo bad I called and said how wrong my drink was and the girl who answers was super rude and after I explained the entire story she said "um I didn't hear anything you said".I said ok thank you. II will be going to Nektar or Juice it up in Beaumont which is great from now on. read more

So much better than Jamba Juice! I like their bowls and my go to drink is the Lava Flow with a protein blend in. Sign up for their rewards--you get points for every drink you purchase that can go towards a free drink/juice/bowl. read more

I went to juice it up yesterday and the cashier sarai was very helpfull, she knew exactly what drink i wanted to cleanse my stomach, and she spoke spanish too so that really helped.. GREAT cashier read more

I always get the Ultimate Acai Bowl, best item on the menu hands down. Always great customer service whenever I go and special thanks to Christina for the great service and the recommendation for the acai bowl! read more

Sarai was my cashier yesturday. She was fast &friendly,She made me feel welcome&knew exactlly what smoothie I was referring too. Juice it up at this location is now my favorite place to go! Thanks Sarai! Great experience! read more

I went on my lunch break, a worker named Lucila helped me, her customer service was quick and friendly.

I went in this store this past Saturday and was surprised to see that the menu no longer offered the Delightful opinion that cuts the calories by 1/3. Seeing my disappointment, Christina stepped up and assisted me in making a creation that met my nutritional needs yet still tasted amazing! Wonderful customer service, I would absolutely recommend this location! read more

Great drink for a hot day like today 97 degrees. I was really indecisive, but the woman named Lucila gave me a couple choices she recommended she was really patient & had excellent customer service skills. Definitely would come back to this juice it up! read more

Yay for juice it up! Its conveniently located next to my work place and I particularly like this location because the employees are really fast with their service and extremely nice! You'll be lucky if you go in when Shanda is working! She's very sweet and helpful! Thanks for the amazing service! read more

Typically this is my go to juice it up store & I stop in at least 3-4 times a week but after tonight I just may need to go to the other one in Redlands . For starters the staff was very rude one and let me stand at the front waiting to order for 10 minutes without even acknowledging me with even a hello or we will be right with you. Then the girl walks right up to the register & still says nothing to me and just clocks off and walks out . Super unprofessional! Then it took another 15 minutes just to get my order taken and given to me . Seriously irritated with the service tonight! read more

This juice it up is the cleanest facility I have ever been to. You can really tell they spend time and money on making sure this place is spotless. It's rare these days you find a place this clean. The juice was awesome I purchased the mango mania and had them throw some tajin in it! I recommend this . I will be coming more often for the ginger shot after being educated by the owner about the health benefits and my own research . The staff was very welcoming and was very awesome to finally see some smiles today. I wish more juice bars matched this one . read more

I have to talk about a time when I called in an order, because even though this place is never busy when I walk in, there always seems to be such a long wait to get your smoothie or juice. So I called in an order for a green juice (the Immunizer), and when I arrived, the employee tells me that he's going to charge me for a smaller size than what I ordered. I thought, "Okay, interesting. I wonder why he's charging me less. What a nice guy!" I pay for my drink and leave. While I'm driving home, I start drinking my juice, but suddenly realize how chunky the drink is! And that's when I figured that the boy must have charged me less because he made my drink using the blender instead of the juicer!!!!! The manager was standing right there when I paid for my drink too. Instead of doing what's right and remaking the juice the proper way, the manager probably told the employee to charge me less for the juice instead! Who enjoys a CHUNKY GREEN JUICE? Not me. I have never been back to this location since. read more

I love smoothies! It was my first time here, I don't think we have any in the bay. Rochelle told me about the orange julius and it was PERFECT. Thank you so much! I'll be back. (Amazing customer service as well) read more

We LOVE the smoothies here, but we have smoothies for breakfast every morning and 9am is way to long to wait, we end up going somewhere else. Please open earlier, you would get so much more business if you were open when most people are headed to work. read more

There was a specific employee by the name Ricardo that I put in my order with and he had an attitude with me and was be smart with me and all I came in for was a smoothie. He then preceded to say stuff as I walked away from the counter. He was speaking in Spanish and said something in Spanish towards me as I was sitting at the stools in there and he then continued to say stuff in Spanish. The employee was very rude. Please make sure you don't let this go unnoticed. I'm please asking for consequences. If nothing happens to this employee this place is a disgrace read more

Was greeted by a dorky older guy with a real cool attitude looks to be the owner or one of a possible few owners as I looked around. The staff was real friendly. I got a Piña Colada with Energy boost...the grand opening sign got me to check it out and I like it better than Jamba Juice....I work across the street so its within reason to go here than Jamba which is closer read more

I always go to the one closer to my job but today I came to this one and I'm glad I did! I go multiple times a month and not once have they asked me about my rewards card (I forgot I had it) and they weren't always as welcoming and kind but here they asked and were super friendly and welcoming and very clean :) I talked to Christina and Daniela and they are such sweet girls! I could have made more than enough points by now if the other store had told me but it's okay! I'll be coming here often enough to get those reward points read more

I had the most amazing experience at Juice it up! I was helped by Daniela she was so nice and had a big smile on! The service was amazing.

Not happy, go to juice it up frequently and am part of their eclub, and while this location is listed as a participating location they said they could not take the eclub coupon because their location was not on it. What? Either you participate or not, if I was not already there with hot food in the car I would have left and went to Jamba Juice around the corner. I must mention that the girl that helped me (Adrianne) was very polite and apologized that the owner said that they could not take them or would get in trouble. This location owner is a bad representation for the Juice It Up franchise. Don't think I will be going here again, and while I could easily put their location on the coupon by changing my preferences online I do not think I will because there is another Juice It Up down the street and a Jamba Juice around the corner. To the owner if you read this, either honor the coupons or take your location off of the list of participating locations on the corporate website. read more

Went in and had very good customer service from Lucila and really enjoyed my piyta passion bowl

When I went in to get a smoothie at this juice it up I was greeted with such a friendly hello. When I ordered the girl at the register, Samantha, was super efficient and so friendly even though there were people waiting for their orders. I felt like I was the only customer there. The strawberry drink I ordered was excellent. From now on this is my preferred juice it up and I hope to see Samantha again read more

I would not recommend this juice it up. Cashier acted upset that there was even customers and rude when taking our order. He sighed and rolled his eyes as if it was such a hard task to take my order. Then while we were waiting another employee was wearing her gloves while cashing out another customer. She was handling money and touching the register screen with her gloves and then proceeded to make my juice and grabbed the carrots with the same gloves she had just used to handle dirty cash. When I spoke up she changed her gloves before continuing my drink but still threw in the carrots that she had just previously touched with the contaminated gloves! Also they forgot to put the ginger in my drink and the juicer had not been cleaned prior to making my drink because it had a lot of spinach and kale floating in my cup which was not in my order and was not added on accident because I watched as my drink was made. I have worked at a juice and smoothie bar so I know the protocol and how things should be done correctly. This place doesn't seem to follow that or care at all! All the employees seemed pissed off to even be there. If you don't want to do a good job and actually do your job, quit. read more

I have edited and updated my review of this location. After receiving a far cry from what would be considered decent customer service on my first visit I have visited this locations on several occasions. Each time I have come in to the store I have been greeted with a cheerful hello and a smile. Each visit only gets better, I am pleased with the turn around in customer service. I recommend this location to anyone. And yes, the smoothies are fantastic! Way to go Juice It Up! read more

This is long over due after I promised months ago to up date the review. After talking to the owner over the phone and able to iron things out she handled it amazingly and proud to go back now. read more
