Sticker drop day! Woohoo, one of my favorite days. Pulled in and there were 5 cars in front of me. Not too bad for a sticker drop day. The music was playing and everyone was having a good time. The broristas were on point and took my order correctly and made them correctly. Today I'm trying the new Rose City Myst Zero Sugar. It's Sparkling water with SF Peach and SF Strawberry. It also has electrolytes and antioxidants. I think this is my new favorite drink when I want something bubbly. It's so refreshing and the carbonation gives it a little extra burst. Next time I'm going to add a splash of coconut milk! You must try to new Myst - they offer different flavors and you can customize them. read more

DUTCH RUNS ARE A MUST! This is one of my go to places for a quick caffeinated drink. I love the sticker drops and the cute items they drop every once in a while. Service is quick even when the line is backed up. This is not a sit down place this is a to go place. Nevertheless, it's a good option for coffee. Will say, it is not caffeine forward, I suggest asking for an extra shot if you love coffee forward drinks. read more

This used to be my favorite dutch bros but i don't think im coming back to this one. I ordered a blended freeze drink and i asked for it hand blended and double blended. I also specifically told them i didn't want it to be chunky. When i got my drink you could literally see the chunks of ice in there, and i practically had to chew my drink... When i finished my drink a quarter of the cup was still just big chunks of ice, if it was blended properly it shouldn't have been like that. I ordered the seasonal peppermint mocha iced and asked for HALF sweetened. It was delicious!!! I think I didn't like it the first time because it's just way too sweet. When Dutch Bros first started coming to Southern California, I was soooo excited to try it! When 2 quickly opened up by each other in Rialto (and a third in development), I scoffed--but I GET IT. Regardless of the line, weather, etc., the staff is always incredibly friendly and quick! This was the third time my boyfriend and I have gone. Each time, our drinks have been just what we've needed! This was my first visit here. Came on a Friday morning around 10:30 and got into the drive thru line. After about 10 minutes my order was taken on a tablet and I paid via the app at the same time. It took about another 10 min to get my drink. So the total time was roughly 20 min which is already a little long for me, especially for one drink and considering you are basically stuck in the drive thru. That said, the young lady who took my order was friendly and efficient in doing so, but maybe they are just somewhat slow " behind the scene" making the drinks. I ordered the Cocomo, coconut mocha. The flavor was good, not too sweet, I enjoyed it. But I am not happy with the crazy amount of ice. My cup was about 70% ice. I've seen other reviewers mentioning the same. read more

Less is usually always more. Except not at Dutch Bros. Over here, you have to make sure you ask them to go easy on the ice. Because if you don't, then they'll fill up your drink with so much ice that within a few sips you will have finished whatever it is you ordered and be left with a cup that has way more ice than any drink you've probably ever ordered in your life (see attached photo). It's pretty obvious, but I must explicitly state that less ice means you get more of the drink that you ordered. No matter how delicious the drink is, you don't want to taste it for a measly 30 seconds and then be left with the feeling that you just got totally ripped off because all you see is floating ice cubes (see attached photo). Anyways, the service was good, the people were extremely friendly, and the ambiance was positive. Even the coffee that is in their actual name was pretty good, but there just wasn't enough there for me to quench my thirst. If I happen to be back here again, I will give them another try, but I'll have to remember my own advice to tell them to go easy on the ice! read more

EXCELLENT service and AMAZING coffee. So for the coffee, I like my coffee sweet so I did some research and ended up getting an iced flap jack breve latte, made extra sweet with cold foam and caramel. It was heaven in a cup. Tasted just like pancakes. Also love that dutch bros does larger sizes. My bf and I ordered 2 mediums and 1 large coffee and all 3 came out to $16. Great deal for the amount we got and it was fun to try their flavors. Their large is actually large, when I said light ice they honored that and gave me lots of drink which I so appreciated. Love the extensive menu, it's never ending with diff flavor combos and lots of extras. You can mix and match combos so it's never dull. Now the service, the servers here are really really nice. We have been 2x and both times the people who took orders and the people who delivered our drinks were very kind. They actually are happy and really helpful when it comes to the menu. They even made sure to double check on my bf's slightly complicated order and offered to remake it if it wasn't what he wanted. What a great business, can't wait for the Fontana location to open AND I really hope they make their way over to Rancho in the future. Only con, we went on a sunday and it took 45 mins in the drive thru but I will say it was 100% worth the wait imo so I will def go again. read more

I mean, I don't care for all the banter that seems to be a requirement to get your drink, but they were extremely friendly and that's not a bad thing. If you're an introvert, you might not like the drive-through. A real person is standing out there to not only take your order but also to make small talk. Then when you pull to the window, there's a LOT more small talk with that person. Now I know why they always have a long line-- they're taking a lot of time being friendly with each customer. To my surprise, they don't serve drip coffee (it was my first time here). They suggested either an americano or a toasted cold brew, which is what I chose. It was good and very hot, which I liked.
