Not overly sweet had a tartness with slight sweetness. Had an allergy to ingredients and informed staff. They were able to take out the allergen. Usually when I request an allergy at juice bars and other smoothie locations my drink has no side effects of cross contamination from other ingredients. I'm not sure this was the case I still had some reaction from the drink purchased. I would think they would take a little extra care for their guests with the price point being a little on the higher end. After a few sips of my drink had to toss it after leaving due to allergic reaction.

Not sure if it's a way to keep up with the rent, but this is absolutely unreasonable. I generally get saddened when I see stores close their doors, but if that was the case here I'd understand why. I will mention the staff is generally pretty friendly, it's due to them getting paid fair wages then it's a bit more justified.

Whatever I order usually comes out great but there is always issues with the app and then it has the audacity to charge 3% service fee when it doesn't even work that well. In my opinion the employees can't or don't answer questions because they either aren't trained well or are lazy at their job. Really pays not to just hire anyone.
