Placed my order online for several drinks only to be told when I arrived that they ran out of strawberries. 4 of the 7 drinks I order included this topping. How about a phone call instead of having me drive there only to find out that you don't have what I ordered? My next visit was the same but this time they were nice enough to call minutes after placing my order. I didn't want to substitute toppings this time, so I opted to cancel. The order wasn't voided and I still have a charge on my debit card. They need to get the inventory issues squared away. The employees are always friendly but I'm not sure I'll return. Horrible customer service by the manager Michelle. I have been coming over a year to this location and always show my virtual veterans ID or physical veterans ID to receive a 10% or 20% and today manager decided to tell me I couldn't use my virtual military ID. When I asked for the manger she said it's me and then I asked for franchise owners info and she said look online with a rude attitude. Parking: Plenty available as it's located in a plaza with other eateries. Ambience: It's a relatively small place with only a few tables / chairs, so more of a grab-and-go. Nicely decorated with various fruits and plants though! Service: Standard, no complaints! Taste: I got The Zone smoothie, and it was by far one of the worst smoothies I've ever had. The frozen banana wasn't blended properly, so the bottom half of the smoothie was just gooey, still slightly frozen overly ripe banana bits . . . I love this Juice It Up! It's right in my neighborhood so I go often. Whether I'm ordering online or inside they always get it right. Every employee is great. The atmosphere is great and they always play songs I can sing to while I wait lol. I'm surprised to see such a low overrall rating on such a great establishment! If I could show no stars I would. This place had poor customer service and the guy who answered the phone was clueless about what to do and lied to me! I ordered a bunch of drinks there my app for some reason ordered waaay out on foothill when I was in San Bernardino. I explained that there's no way I'm driving 15 minutes or so to pick up my order when I have school and I'm no where near there. It was a mistake from this app. I waited for a $50 refund for a few days. So I decided to call them, the manager had an attitude and said I called 2 minutes to late and they cannot refund my money. No service was rendered and I'm disgusted on how I was treated! If they played with my money and drank my drink out of my expense then I could only imagine what they would do to my drinks. It's like they hired anyone and made them manager and decided to play store at a corporate company. They're clearly young with little morals I am not into establishment that play games with my money.
