Cold Stone Creamery - Cake Batter w/ a banana topping in a Like it bowl. Yum!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Fontana, California

We've got dessert at Cold Stone in the past, and it's fine. Expensive, but at least tastes pretty good. The kind of place you go every now and then when you want a nice sweet treat. My wife and I bought one of those little coupon books from a kid in our neighborhood. Cold Stone was on there, so we figured we'd go this afternoon. The employee informed us that the restaurant manager doesn't accept these coupons??? We've used them at a few different local businesses; it's the same kind of booklet that's been sold for decades. Now suddenly they refuse to accept it? The coupon was for a free "Like It" if you purchased a "Gotta Have It." Honoring the coupon would have "cost" them about $6, but we still would have paid full price for the large ice cream. Now they've driven away a customer. Hope it was worth it. read more

An oldie but goodie. Hand made ice cream creations is such a treat. The combinations are endless but I'm a creature of habit and tend to stick to the same rotation of flavors lol. The mint chocolate and coffee lovers is a family favorite. Recently the kids have also enjoyed the refreshing mango sorbet. There's usually just 1-2 team members working when I've stopped by after dinner. The place is always clean and the line moves fairly fast. When it's a nice evening out we also enjoy sitting outside at the table to enjoy our creations. Parking is easy, we usually get lucky and park right at the front row of the shopping center where Cold Stone is situated. Staff is nice, never any issues. read more

So my husband and I decided to try this place one more time, and well we were cheated again. Ordered 2 love it ice creams and a pre made Reese ice cream sandwich. The bag was sealed up so we didn't look and when we got home we were left without our ice cream sandwich. So someone didn't get there order. Things are not cheap here. Anyway I'm not driving back now. Buyer beware! We won't ever be back and will drive somewhere else from now on. 3rd time is not a charm here. read more

My go-to spot! Thank you guys for always taking care of me. The staff are always polite, and the shop is kept very clean. I've never had an issue with an online or in-store order. I love the location of this Cold Stone -- my ice cream is always made to perfection, and they offer so many great flavors for everyone to enjoy! read more

You can't go wrong at Coldstone. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and "how can I help you". I treated my grandson and my aunt and then myself. We all had the gotta have it size but I did a create my own. I love adding those little things like cherries and or butterfinger snickers almonds or peanuts and fudge to my ice cream. I did not add all of that but one can. I love the ice cream here. And this place can get very busy as the heat rise but these owners were super sweet and had a moment for a quick conversation Stop at cold stone for some really good ice cream and a smile read more

Two cups of ice cream for almost $40! That's outrageous.. no thank you, won't be back.

This is always a great idea!!!! Currently addicted to the banana pudding ice cream !! Overall cold stone is a good option especially being able to get creative having endless possibilities of flavors. And I live for waffle chips lol read more

It's a beautiful Southern California day in Fontana! We decided to stop by Cold Stone for a sweet treat. A man with his son held the door open for us, chivalry isn't dead. :) It wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon but then again the ladies seemed to have a nice rhythm and were working as a team to reduce the line pretty quick. One took the order and made the frozen confection while the other quickly and efficiently rung up the customer. The storefront was clean and we didn't have any issues. I feel like Ice Cube, "today was a good day!" read more

Im not sure what happened to cold stone over the past few years but the prices are crazy, the service is just "okay" and the ice cream is the same thing you can get at any supermarket or store these days. Its not premium, but they sell it like its premium. This location is no different and I don't think they deserve my money anymore. read more

This location actually deserves an "ZERO". Never order from this location. I place an order online to have it delivered And their online delivery service did not deliver my order. I had called the store and the manager says I need to call Cold Stone corporation. I called and open a case back in March 2025. The store manager has not responded in any way. The store refuses on refunding my money back, even though I purchased through the stores website and they provided a delivery service. The store should be responsible for the charges since I paid them. Never returned back to this store again!! read more

Ice cream was basic but oh my goodness $30 for two ice creams in a cup. It's ridiculous not coming back again. Then They still ask for tip when paying read more

It's a Cold Stone. It's good. I think you have to wear a 90's rock band shirt to work there. I would give them a 5-star, but they have a Peeps flavored ice cream. Unrespectable! read more

i met the worker jocelyn she was kind and really helpful would definitely recommend visiting cold stone

DO NOT GO HERE The employee (who I won't name out of decency) picked up ice cream from the floor and put it into a cup and served it to the person in front of me and acted like I didn't see. My ice cream was old and was completely comically disgusting but I was scared to speak up because of the rude manager. read more

Second time they messed up my order. In person! I ordered a love it chocolate devotion tonight and they asked me to go pay while I wait for my ice cream. I arrive home, with no brownies or fudge in my ice cream... only chocolate and chocolate chips. I'm getting the feeling they're jipping customers. Not trustworthy location. Will report. read more

This place was absolutely horrible. I have no other words. The owner of the store is so rude, did not greet me when my family and I came in, and did not converse at all with us. Im honestly shocked this store is still in business due to a mix of the outrageous pricing and the behavior and attitude of the owner. I've been to other cold stones and never have I had such a bad experience as I had here, I'd rather drive an hour to another location than ever give that man my business. read more

We ordered ice cream to be delivered (again)... and yet again, they got our order wrong. Basically, they stole money from me, for one of the toppings. My daughter specifically wanted chocolate ice cream, chocolate brownies and fudge on top. So that's what we ordered. What we got was, NOT chocolate ice cream , she said they gave her the silk one that's gross, and some fudge on top. NO BROWNIES!!!!!! WTF! What a rip! AGAIN!!!! read more

Don't go here! Don't go here! Don't go here!! Employee was yelling to tell next order when already with one employee who was making the order. Kept yelling next! next! next! All ice cups were given to me dirty with ice cream. I rather buy cheap store bought ice cream than to come here. read more

The workers always pack up my cup ! Never disappoints. Always friendly even when I have a huge order

What a disappointment I ordered my daughter her cake for her birthday and the theme was Barbie and what I expected and what I got not even close. Never again buying a cake from them. For the price is not worth it read more

Not a bad location to get ice cream to go. Unfortunately, the seating area outside was lacking in cleanliness with trash on the ground and the tables in need of wiping. I decided to bring my daughters in for a treat and selected this location because it was empty . The employees are friendly and they have a lot of foot traffic on a Saturday afternoon. Most people took their ice team to go from what I observed. read more

When you go to Cold Stone, you come here for one thing, and one thing only: ice cream (or an ice cream cake). And they exactly fulfilled that. My experience with this particular Cold Stone location is up to standards and I have no complaints. They always have a wide variety of different flavors in stock, and the staff are friendly/polite. I've come here in-person numerous times to place orders, as well as ordered from here using third party delivery services (Postmates aka Uber Eats). Every time has been satisfactory and prompt, even when ordering delivery. The only "downside" is that sometimes, on weekends / late nights the line can get quite long if you're ordering in person. These are the days you might want to consider using a delivery service such as Uber Eats, rather than finding yourself waiting in line behind dozens of people (unless you're up for that). Did you know you can make your own custom creations, and take it to-go in a larger container? That can save you a trip down the road to Cold Stone and allow you to enjoy your favorite flavors for many days to come. They accept Apple Pay, credit cards, etc. read more

So much parking here, friendly service. A little on the higher end for ice cream but a plus you create your own.

I had a craving for my favorite childhood ice cream! This place never fails to fulfill my sugar filled cravings. The pricing is still overpriced for what you get. My husband and I each got a premixed item off the menu with a waffle bowl. It cost us around $18!!!! The service was very nice and helpful. If you want to try any of the flavors, they are more than willing to offer free samples. They have a variety of flavors and an endless amount of mix ins. They have expanded to smoothie and cakes also. This is not a must do all the time because it is unaffordable for my family of 6, but it is a nice date night treat that should not be missed at least once in awhile. If I do return, I will be heading to Costco to get their Gift Card deal. Also, they have amazing seasonal flavors! Pumpkin and Peppermint are to die for! read more

Do not come to this location if you get a coupon from Cold Stone via email. I received a birthday BOGO coupon, so I decided to splurge on a waffle cone bowl for my sister and I. As soon as I show my email coupon at the register, I was told that they don't accept coupons through email. I stood on the side for 5-10 minutes as they asked me to login to the rewards app to find the reward and watch the ice cream melt. When I asked for a manager, I was told that there was no one at 7:30pm. Terrible experience. read more

All Cold Stone Creamery locations do not have Banana ice cream. Luckily, this one does. This is my second trip in a week. Thank you.

We did not greeted, we were not told they'll be right with us and they didn't have stock ingredients like pecans and almonds. But I was not told till she was already making my coldstone choice, leaving me only the choice to say yes to her alteration of my germanchocolatecake.
