This place never disappoints. They've always got 8-10 flavors and you can get them mixed too. The topping area was a mess so I opted out on the toppings. I like the fact that it's self serve on everything. Plenty of places to sit and they even offer outdoor seating. I used the restroom while I was there and was surprised it was very clean. All ice cream and toppings are on a pay-by-weight schedule. On Wednesdays they have what they call "no weigh Wednesdays" from 3 pm to 11 pm. All the ice cream and toppings you can fit in a bowl for 9.00. Wow did that price go up. It used to be 5.00 in 2020. read more

If I could give this trash hole a zero star review I would... so today I decided to use my birthday reward for $5 I asked the cashier to weigh my cup because I want to keep it at $5 so she told me it was at $4.50 I said ok and told her how do I use the birthday reward so she got the manager The manager walks up and rings my stuff up and tells me $9.87 I asked her why did the cashier tell me a different price and the manager started to yell at me " YOU HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OR GET OUT RIGHT NOW " I told her I just wanted to know why she told me a different price and she screamed at me again. Every time I have been to this location the staff have been friendly, service in the most part has been okay. I just don't like how the hours online say it closes at 12am even posted in the door but I have gone at 11:15 and the staff say it's close. If it closes at 11 I think the hours should be updated online and in the store. read more

WOW! CLEAN AND FRIENDLY! This has to be the best yogurtland I have ever been to! The workers were so friendly, and happy! It's so rare to see workers like that now days, and I truly appreciate it! They offer so many different toppings, I was so shocked to see how different their selection was. Whole Pop tarts, mini cinnamon buns, and even peaches!! I can appreciate the many yummy options! We were in Fontana for the first time in a very long time, and before we hit the 10 freeway we saw this cute little hidden yogurtland with decorative lights and had to stop by, and I'm SO glad we did, and anytime we are in the area I'll be glad to stop by! Yogurt is delicious here and it's most of the time clean. BUT the customer service and the people working there are horrible. I have gone twice, both times during the night, and one hour before they close they already have all their chairs put away and everything cleaned almost as if they don't want people to come in. I get that they want to go home but they signed up for this. I think management has to let them know that it's not ok to do this. I would understand if they start cleaning 30 mins before but an hour before they were already cleaned ready to go home. I almost felt that they were closed. read more

This location is the closest to my house & for the high traffic of customers it has the staff always manages to keep a clean environment. They greet you when you walk in have conveniently place sample cups at your disposal. Hats off to the employees! 100% they have great tasting flavors and get the taste right of whatever flavor they're going for! My only complain is they downsized the cheesecake bits. I waited 10 mins before she moved then I proceed to the toppings and I asked if they have peanut butter, replied yes but we have put it away in the back. I figured it's fine and went to get the hot fudge and it was empty. I asked you must be out of this too and the reply was yes. Close your damn store early if you can't keep it open till your advertised time! Save Your time and money and AVOID THIS STORE unless you want ridiculous customer service and crappy melt down yogurt! I am a frequent visited at this location and alway came back before of the great experience and interaction I have with all employees plus they always have the best flavors I alway have the luck of having the same casher Bryant he's always happy always moving and trying to keep the store clean even when me and my partner are the only ones in the store we've seen him keeping him self busy and always playing the best music, which is a bonus on top the the great yogurt. Worst experience ever. Came in with my 7yld daughter and no one was in the front, which is fair because it was empty. Started getting our flavors and the tart flavor was not coming out although the light indicated it was ready. Anyhow, decided to call out " hello, excuse me" waited 3-4 mins before anyone came out. The young lady was so rude and ill mannered she told me "what?" That completely caught me off guard, I proceeded to tell her if the tart flavor was working and and told me "it should" so I told her, it's not coming out and pulled the lever, she told me "let go stop pulling it if it doesn't work" she then went to the back and yelled something out and walked up and said " you need to wait, choose another flavor" and walked to the back. My daughter looked at me and even asked me "why is she being so rude mom" my 7 yld was able to distinguish the no manners she had. I then went to the registered and waited 5 mins until she decided to come out. She asked me if I had rewards, I said no and she just handed the spoon to my daughter, I was about to grab my keys and she then told me " no no no, don't leave your trash, the trash is over there take it" mind you I didn't get anything since they didn't have the flavor I wanted and I was going to throw it away but I literally was getting my keys to go take it to the trash that was by the door. I have never experienced such behavior at a place that welcomes and attracts families. We ALL have bad days and I understand as I've been in customer service for many years but there is no reason for this person to be so shitty and make my daughter feel uncomfortable. My daughter and I were going to sit and eat in there but my daughter begged me to leave because she felt so uncomfortable. There needs to be etiquette training, if you don't like your job, find a new one and do not make someone's enjoyable experience shitty because you hate it. I'm still in shock, there is no reason someone should act like that and I've never experienced this even at different low level servicing locations. I went in today, Monday around 1 pm.
