EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I came into this location last night and saw them doing the most unsanitary things and contaminating the ice cream we all are scooped from . Before we were served a guy was preparing an online or over the phone order. So he got a bag sat it on the counter behind him and started packing the ice cream in it. He then takes the bag to the register counter and sat it there. (I guess to print the receipt) From there he literally put the contaminated bag that were on multiple surface's into the ice cream case where customers are scooped ice cream from and sat the bag on top of the ice creams. The germs and debris on the bottom of that bag that sat on top of open ice cream could get everyone sick. So many people approach the checkout counter coughing, sneezing touching and where money is exchange is NOT clean or sanitary at all. I asked the guy is that sanitary to do and he just said, "this is what we do here". There are many freezers in that store to put bags in until the customer arrives, yet they think it's okay to place a dirty bag on top of open containers of ice cream . And image if I wanted ice cream from the buckets that the bag was on, he'd slide the bag over to contaminate other flavors of ice cream. So disgusting! The worst part about this is that a store manager was there!!! read more

Last time I visited was about 5 yrs ago. Not a good experience. On 6/1, I ordered a 16bday cake online for 6/10. It was ready and very happy with the design. Only drawback, I requested Lakers colors (purple/yellow) forgot to add the yellow. But cake tasted great. Our son was pleased. Visited again today 6/18 and bought a cold brew and Oreo cookie shake. Best service. I spoke with the new owner to commend him and his staff on the great service. They were awesome!! All in all, B&B has really stepped up their game!! Will definitely be back to try something new. No need to travel to RC. Supporting my local Fontana business! Love the new renovations. Kudos!!! read more

Alright a mocha blast fan over here and this place does not know how to make it properly. It always has too much ice and they never put the chocolate syrup in the mocha blast. Plus they charge you extra for the chocolate syrup for the mocha blast. But according to the Baskin Robbins website that is part of the recipe of the mocha blast and at this store here, they rip you off and charge an extra dollar and possibly without telling you. So check your receipt whenever you "add" something that is technically not extra for this drink that's been on the menu for years.....and he's not that friendly either. It's probably the owner or something. He needs to study his Baskin Robbins drinks. read more

Second time did got a two tiered unicorn cake. Cake in a box with frosting all smashed on the sides. Not really presentable. Boss, phoned after going back and forth with employee. He said I have waisted enough time with this cake. 20% or full refund. 62 dollar cake. Asked for half of since order done wrong twice. Boss said no I have a business to run. "Went in on Friday night with my family. There was only one young kid running both Togos and Baskin-Robbins even though the manager and other employees were in the back seemingly doing nothing. I didn't catch any names, but I wanna say to the young guy who served us is doing amazing. Excellent customer service, patience, and maintained his composure when someone incompetent is treating him unfairly and unprofessionally. From what I gathered, it seemed as though the kid was new & still learning, probably his first job. Someone came in to pick up a DoorDash order and I guess the employee gave that DoorDash order to the wrong person/made a mix up. MISTAKES HAPPEN. Well here comes the manager, don't know his name but he was a short middle-eastern looking man. He start reprimanding and insulting this young employee in front of everyone, clearly making him uncomfortable. Rather than helping him or instructing him, all the manager did was start complaining how "I have to make it all over again" and "bro are you serious?" To that specific manager: do better or find yourself a new line of work. You are there to manage, train, and lead. Clearly that doesn't seem to be something your capable of. This is 2022, and you need your employees a lot more than they need you so I highly suggest you start acting accordingly. read more
