Have a nice metal 3D wall art on the right side wall. A mounted grass green wall to the left and flowing wisteria annd floral decorations with a blue neon " Feeling bubbly" sign. Leslie took my order. Tried the Taro Ice Blended with pudding snd pearl boba. Wow the boba was so soft and chewy. Most tea shops have clear cups ... so disappointing that here drinks are served in a non clear paper cups ... can't see the beauty of the drink !!! Deal not true! Bought the buy one get one 50% boba that they have advertised inside the store and I did not get that. After I brought it up when receiving my drinks the guy with the glasses just looked at me and apologized. Overcharging and not staying true to your promotions hurts your reputation. read more

I'm not sure who's at fault, but when I stopped by, I couldn't enter my phone number at the start to claim my points. The screen showed someone else's name, so either an employee entered their own number to collect points, or the person before me put in theirs to steal my points. Either way, someone else ended up with them. The employee apologized but still annoying. I ordered the pineapple honey lemonade, which comes with crystal boba. I saw their little as for rainbow jelly and thought, "How cool! Rainbow jelly!" Let's do that instead of crystal boba. But when I got my drink, the rainbow jelly didn't look rainbow at all. Instead, it resembled diced spam, which wasn't exactly appetizing, even though it tasted like normal jelly. I think I'll be skipping the rainbow jelly from now on. read more

Nice flavorful taro ice blended with pudding and boba. Not too sweet and soft chewy bobas makes a good combination (' like boba a lot). Cup container's art work is beautiful but can't see what's in it. It's obvious it's what we ordered but sometimes visual look makes food more enjoyable (subjective but my preference). Warm reception, good service. Place clean and organized. Gender neutral restroom. Regular and handicap parking available. Coming back to try other flavors. read more

I stopped by here for the first time. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered QQ happy family milk tea and Lime Mojito . My favorite is the milk tea one. The drink comes with a lot of toppings (boba, mini boba, egg pudding and red beans) which makes a perfect combination. You can choose your own sweetness and ice level. I'd recommend trying for 80% sugar is a perfectly sweet. I'll go back and try something new soon! read more

Fairly new location I wished the staff warmly welcomed their patrons . I wished they had more of their menu with pictures to make it easier for some ppl to order . I placed an order of Peach Black tea with jelly . It was okay .. nothing but pretty average . I wished they had more topping options & their staff was more familiar with their menu especially working at a Boba & Tea place. I personally like Ding Tea much better in menu choices & their friendliness of their staff and how they are more knowledgeable of the menu options . Each location is exactly the same across the bar . It's nice to see Rialto to have a Tea place but wished they spent more time on training their staff on their menu & customer service so that their experience is better quality. read more

First time here. I ordered the Matcha Creama. I usually get cheese foam but they don't serve it here. The girl said that the Crema was like the cheese foam and she was correct. It was actually much better in my opinion it was thick and it didn't melt and lasted through my whole drink. Definitely will be going back to try their Thai tea which I hear is really good. Service was good. Everyone was friendly. Not sure how their points system works. When you pay there's a section that has points but when I asked the girl, she said since they just open, they didn't have it set up yet. read more

For my order I purchased 3 drinks. 2/3 drinks had the option to add ice cream on top or blended. I asked if I could have the ice cream on the side for ONE of the drinks. When the staff denied I asked if the ice cream could be added to the second drink instead. A second staff told me it was corporate policy that they couldn't add my ice cream from my first drink to the second drink. The ice cream have to be manually added on top of the drinks. Don't know what the issue is if my order has a total of two Ice cream portions and that I would have received, just two portions in one cup. They over complicated things. read more

I ordered the "golden retriever" aka happy family 2.0. I watched the girl prepare the drink. Everything went well until the end when I saw her add approximately a cup of water for my drink to reach the brim of the cup. Basically, she didn't make enough to pour into my cup so instead of making more of the mixture she just added WATER! So my drink tasted very bland and watered down. After tasting my drink, no wonder this place had no customer except me (mind you, it was a Saturday night). Don't waste your money here! I would give no stars if I had a choice. I absolutely loved the vibe of this little place! The bobba teas are delicious! I got the mango passion fruit tea and it was supper bomb! You can decide weather you want it sweet or not or how much ice yiu want its nice. It was pretty empty at the time we went so no wait at all and the service was AMAZING!! Went today to order 8 drinks. The employees were very patient and polite. I love the point system every 11th drink is free! The boba is sooo soft and when you ask for light ice they definitely fill the cup up with no extra charge. Ding Tea usually charges you extra. Been coming here many many times and ordered the strawberry ice blended with ice cream all the time I asked for a spoon and was given one. Today as soon as we walked in the shift manager was no the most welcoming and when asked for a spoon she told us that the other times we got the spoon they were in the wrong that they don't have spoons here and that is against their policy.
