I see now why this location only has two stars. I ordered off the Jamba Juice app and chose delivery. I kept checking my order that was set to arrive at 9:47a. At 10:17, the order was not here, and the only option the app gave to seek help was contact the store. So after being directed to the store by phone after clicking the link from their app, I was directed to the store. This is where it all went south. I asked where my delivery order was, and the associate told me that they don't deliver. I explained the Jamba Juice app has the delivery option and nothing denied the order, and she doubled down that it does not and my order was in the store ready for pick up. I asked why the app said it's on its way and has an estimated delivery time. The associate tried to tell me it was the pick up time. I asked why did I get charged a delivery fee and tip if it was for pick up, she explained it was a service fee and they didn't receive any tip. I asked then why Jamba Juice would charge $6,99 service fee for orders online, she had no answer. The associate asked for my name and asked if I had the right location. I explained I used the app to call and the phone link was connected to my order. At this point, I was mad at the blame shifting and denial of responsibility. I asked to refund my order because this is ridiculous. She told me that she could write my name down and I might get it refunded in 1-2 weeks. I said ok and I would also like the number to customer service because it's ridiculous to have a delivery option that the company doesn't do. She said ok, and then hung up on me. At this point I was pissed and got ready to head down to the location. As I stepped out my front door, the driver was there delivering my items. Well, 2 out 4. I ordered empanadas and they gave me mozzarella bites. So after all this, I was given the run around by someone who clearly doesn't know customer service and needs to be educated on not only how to do their job but how to handle customer inquiries. So if the person in charge of this store sees this and would like to review their call log or find out who it was that I talked to, this happened 4/22/26 @10:17a. Acai Bowl day was drawing a crowd, but the 3 ladies inside handled it with ease. Seemed like they already had it planned whom would do what task, so the flow would be easy and fast. I don't usually write reviews like this but I HAD to for Jamba Juice. I went on March 28th and got an açaí bowl, and I'm not even exaggerating when I say it was PERFECT. Like everything was fresh, the fruit was actually good (not soggy or weird), and it just looked so good too. But honestly the best part was the workers. There was a short girl with curly hair and a Caucasian girl who I think was the shift manager, and they were both SO nice. They had such good energy and didn't act annoyed or anything, which you don't always get at places like this. They made my bowl super fast too, like I barely even had to wait. You can just tell they actually care and aren't just there to get through the shift. It made the whole experience way better. Definitely coming back just because of them deadass. read more

No no no! I hate canceling or getting refunded because food goes to waste so I compromised! I wanted the chunky strawberry so I paid for it. After like 10min tell me they didn't have strawberries so they substituted them for Blueberries... I don't like blueberries.... So they apparently scooped them out and put extra banana .... This location has bad reviews but it's not that bad. For me, it's convenient to where I work so I come here often. Yes, they don't always have all the ingredients in stock so I make sure I have a back up smoothie I want to order, but the employees are nice, knowledgeable about the menu, and offer great recommendations. I've been to this location on a number of different instances, and most of the time it's good however out of a handful of times twice now I am getting smoothies that have Apple juice however what I order does not have Apple juice in it. This leads me to believe they're either not cleaning the blenders properly or they're adding ingredients that aren't listed. I am allergic to Apple juice and the last time I ended up having to go to the ER and getting medication and an EpiPen. I went again yesterday and ordered the Watermelon Breeze smoothie and unfortunately about halfway through I realized I was having an allergic reaction and it made me completely sick. I had a pleasant experience here, contrary to other reviews that I have read about this place. I had the pleasure of being a guest to Jennifer G, who held herself in the most calmest and welcoming of ways. Even when business seemed to exponentially get busier, she was composed and treated each customer with respect. When we arrived, there was only one customer ahead of us. We were kindly greeted and made aware that she would be right with us as she handled the earlier customers order. Once available she calmly took our order and let us know that they were currently out of pineapples, but would be happy to substitute another fruit in in which we chose mango for our large Vanilla Blue Sky smoothies with a Daily Vitamins Boost. Soon after our order the shop became extremely busy, but that didn't phase Jennifer one bit, she calmly took orders from each of the customers that bombarded the shop. and made each instance intimate and special for each customer. When our drinks were finished she called us up to the counter and wished us a great rest of the day. Thank you Jennifer for your hard work today. When I arrived on my destined time, the employee was just finishing putting my drinks in the cups & putting tape on them. Talk about fresh. The blackberry was very delicious, executed perfectly. The apples n greens was ordered for a family and they couldn't stop drinking it. Was very sad when it was consumed. Definitely worth the price and wait times. Employees were very nice. I LOVE Jamba Juice, so I was thrilled they opened this new location closer to my home. I walked in this afternoon and there was no one there but me. I ordered my go-to drink, Greens N' Ginger. Since I order this all the time from different locations, I know what it is supposed to taste like. The pros: The place was spotless clean, the staff was pretty friendly. The cons: I don't think the staff was properly trained on making drinks. The ratio was clearly off. They put the filled, unmixed blender on the Vitamix and turned it on- it didn't blend. They added more juice, it didn't blend. They added more juice again, it started blending. When I took the first drink of it in the car, I got a chunk of something in my mouth. Still not mixed well. And all I tasted was ginger. So much ginger! The ratio was way off and I couldn't drink more than a few sips. I was left super disappointed because I had to throw away my Jamba fix. read more

They're super slow and always have a big line in front (not because of the quality but because they're SO SLOW making their smoothies).
