My second time here and the staff seem friendly but have no sense of urgency. I came in on a Thursday evening and it was very slow but yet I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink while the 3 girls were cleaning. The cashier had to make my drink and I don't recall her washing her hands, walking back and forth to make drinks and ring on register. The manager of this place really doesn't know how to manage anything here. There is always one person no matter what time of day I go, working there. And always flooded with orders, and multitasking. Like other reviews this Jamba Juice is slow, and it's not because of lack of staff or "business" per se, but rather, their method of work and efficiency in making their drinks. My boyfriend and I got a drink when there wasn't much of a line. It took at least 25 minutes for us to get our drink. I'm in food service and am a barista and drink person myself, and the methods the employees use to get the smoothies out take FOREVER. They just pat the juicer till it lands in your cup, and I watched them take 5 minutes to do that--oh and they re-blended it as if that would help. Why not try getting those long spoons so you don't have to touch, constantly pat, or even re-blend the drink? Or at least tap it on the counter for it to loosen up better. If one drink takes 10 minutes and you have 4-5 people working, that's a huge problem and management needs to retrain or rethink their method of work and efficiency. The Caribbean smoothie wasn't that great either. Not much flavor and the girl touched our drink. Also, they don't call out any orders, so you don't know which one is yours. We went up about 2-3 times and the first time the girl said a drink was ours and it wasn't! Good thing we're the type to ask twice otherwise that would've just screwed them over and have had an angry line of customers. Why not take names for drinks or at least call it out? Just pushing out drinks expecting people to know when it's ready is poor customer service. I want to give this place a 1 star, but the smoothie was decent. Deishanney was super helpful I told her I didn't want some items on the açaí bowl and gladly asked if I wanted more of the other toppings and as for the cookies and cream protein shake she made substitutions to the things I didn't want ! I LOVE Jamba Juice, so I was thrilled they opened this new location closer to my home. I walked in this afternoon and there was no one there but me. I ordered my go-to drink, Greens N' Ginger. Since I order this all the time from different locations, I know what it is supposed to taste like. The pros: The place was spotless clean, the staff was pretty friendly. The cons: I don't think the staff was properly trained on making drinks. The ratio was clearly off. They put the filled, unmixed blender on the Vitamix and turned it on- it didn't blend. They added more juice, it didn't blend. They added more juice again, it started blending. When I took the first drink of it in the car, I got a chunk of something in my mouth. Still not mixed well. And all I tasted was ginger. So much ginger! The ratio was way off and I couldn't drink more than a few sips. I was left super disappointed because I had to throw away my Jamba fix. read more

They are so slow, idk if they were short staffed but only 2 employees working and it was just me and my boyfriend ordering two drinks and it took the girl 5 mins to ring us up!! This location is fairly new compared to other spots. The place was clean and inviting. I had to have a Matcha Green Tea Blast (my fave). I was able to subsitute the soy milk for the almond milk. It obviously didn't taste the same BUT it wasn't bad. In the future, I will opt for the soy milk which is the way it is originally prepared.
