I ordered a red gummy and the first time it was watered down. They remade it and it was light pink. If you've had the red gummy then you know it's a deep red. I told the employee that's not how it looks any other time I get it. She said "oh". She was lucky my uber was already waiting or I probably would have went off. Place opens at 7 but today they opened at 8:30 when I ordered an oatmeal was told owe sorry we dont have that ready our manager opened late. I ordered a carrot juice and orange juice mix they charged me for two juices refunded me for one. I told them I was missing and extra 3 dollars they gave attitude as it was my fault they were late. I put in my number and it showed that i have a reward available, i told her if i can use it and she just said it doesn't show on her screen. This is the closest jamba by me. I am here often and the only problem I've ever had was someone didn't know how to use the buy one get one free offer when you do the receipt survey, also the FIRST time I ever used online ordering they didn't have it ready because "it didn't print out" whatever that means. Staff is nice but service isn't all there. They were making drinks, only like 4 customers there, one person in line when I showed up, they helped that customer and then they said they would be with me in just a moment 5-7 min went by and I could see they were just more focused on getting the fruits and juices refilled versus assisting me. I was only one person, takes two min tops to get a drink order in. I just then decided to leave since it felt like they didn't care to assist me, and not the only time I've experienced this at this location. I've worked in customer service several years and I get it, you get busy. But assist the one customer in line then do what you need to do. I'll be avoiding this location read more

Just left this store,two employees there.one working front other in back doing something?she came out and looked at me and turned around and kept talking to the other. I was at the register and left. I hate stores that can't train people on service two employees and they were talking. This place stinks as far as CS goes. What are the reasons the min wage is going up?? Better service? I'm so sad to be writing a bad review on one of the locations I frequently go to but I was very unsatisfied with my visit. When I arrive to this location there's a sign stating that they only accept cash which isn't their fault but when I go to ask about ordering online so they can still have a paying customer the person that was helping me out was clueless about the online ordering, and later come to find out he's a manager. When I receive my order both drinks were watery, had no flavoring and wasn't a smoothie consistency. Overall It was a waste of time and money and was a huge hassle for me considering I didn't receive the best customer service from their manager. Waited for my drink as everyone who came after me got theirs first. I asked if my drink has been made yet and the girl behind the counter stated she had not even started on it. I went here yesterday because I wanted to try the new Watermelon Breeze smoothie. I order the drink and the tell me that they don't have any watermelon juice so they couldn't make that smoothie. Then I ordered the blue sky smoothie and they told me that they are out of the blue spirulina boost powder. I was so aggravated because what company comes out with a new drink and then has a problem getting the necessary ingredients. Finally I decided to get a Blue sky without the blue powder because they said it would taste the same and my sister got a strawberry whirl but asked to substitute the strawberry for extra banana. We try to use the rewards system and they tell us that they can't use the rewards program at this location!!ughh So finally we try to use our military discount which we have used at this location before and they tell us that they don't except Military discount. WTF!! Finally we get our drinks and they gave us both the same drink and when we go back in there to get it fixed they tried to charge us to get it fixed!! Spent roughly 35 minutes and walked out with nothing. Came in to purchase 25 gift cards for my staff. Each gift card comes with its own cup...hence 25 cups. After ringing up my gift cards, I was told there were no bags to carry them out and I could go next door to Chipotle for a bag (Really????). I spend $125 in your store....and you tell me to go somewhere else for a bag. I requested a refund which took forever! The refund receipt stated $120. I asked why and was told...If the correct refund doesn't show up on my card in 7-10 days then contact the general manager. Are you kidding me??? Then... the guy in back of me was offered a free drink for waiting so long. I was offered absolutely nothing for my inconvenience. When I inquired about it... I was told to call the manager in the morning. I advised the clerk to have the manager call me instead. Meanwhile...my card is charged for at least 7-10 days. The staff greets you as you enter and is very friendly. However, the staff was not able to make the drinks correctly. My drink had large chunks of ice and fruit. The staff decided it took too long to blend. One staff said told her coworker, "I left the drink with ice and fruits chunks because the customer wants it thick." I wanted my drink thick not chunky. On top of having a chunky smoothie, there was no flavor to my drink. Disappointing. read more
