Overpriced and not professional. Sadly, I've encountered this experience at another location, and I was hopeful that this would have been different. Unfortunately, it seems that they just don't make a true effort to implement custom service as a priority. I placed my order online, which is a convenient way of ordering. Being 10 minutes away would place me at arriving with the order being complete upon arrival. When I did arrive, I was not greeted. Then, after the cashier stopped talking to the girl from the grocery store, he asked what I'd like to order. Clearly, he had never seen the receipt that was printed at the register he was standing at. Once I let him know it was an online order, he pulled the receipt from the register and said, "Oh, I'll get that out soon." Then, he proceeded with his conversation as he handed off the ticket to the guy behind him. The guy behind, unaware of any online order, grabbed it and made it within 5 minutes. No apologies from anyone for the delay or minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, I would not recommend nor would I come back. I got my Chia pudding parfait today and I was pleasantly surprised that the fruits were extremely fresh and the Chia seeds were plenty a lot. The workers were friendly and helped me choose my drink. I made an online order to pick up my juice as usual and I always hit the reorder and it usually always taste the same. It's always sweet but today it was off and I know bc there was different servers today. Not sure who made mine but I only saw a male up front. I'm honestly dissatisfied and disappointed that I used my rewards for this bc it did not meet the flavor profile that I usually get. DONT COME THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! My mom came in yesterday to order an açaí bowl with extra bananas and the worker agreed, asking if she wanted it blended( acai is a blended thick sorbet so why the question? Idk) and my mom said yes confusingly . The worker then hands my mom a smoothie with extra bananas. My mom said sorry i ordered an acai BOWL and the worker proceeds to bring up the blended part of the conversation but doesn't provide a solution. I think there was a miscommunication on both ends but the customer is always right especially when they are paying for the product. As someone who works in customer service, this was handled poorly. It doesn't cost the worker ANYTHING to give my mom what she actually wanted. To top it off, my mom said thanks for nothing because truly that was a horrible experience, the worker condescendingly says " you're so welcome!". HUH Do better! New to Southridge this was my first and last visit to this juice it up. When I walked in there were 3 customers inside, I completely understand the whole COVID issue, I was greeted with "Wait outside!" I waited 35 minutes just to order, 3 waiting customers walked away during this time. All the while these 2 girls moved so slow they almost went backwards. One changed her gloves 4 times to clean out the juicers but continued to grab her hair and put it in a loose band, no gloves at all then scooped ingredients in to drinks. They would take an order make the drink hand it out then take the next order. Finally I placed my order along with another customer that had just walked in and believe it or not his drinks came out first!
