Wow!!! PAGE did the best job on recommending the perfect drink. I came in on a very hot day and I'm on a low carb / no sugar kick.... PAGE recommended the Iced Latter / non fat with vanilla... and OMG... this is my new favorite drink. The service by PAGE was super fast and efficient. I usually never have an issue with this starbucks. You can tell who's new and who's been there for a while based on their attitude and how they handle things. I haven't had a bad drink here recently but definitely have come across a few sour attitudes. I don't like the new workers at all, they're too slow for a fast paced environment. I believe that's why they have little patience and why they speak so rudely. Anyways, kudos to the workers that have been there longer. I notice them every-time and know I will get a good drink and service. Elliot is one of the good employees. i always get the best service from them no matter what. I've noticed the afternoon 1-3pm (from what I know) are not the best. Thursdays and Wednesday are usually a no go for me. read more

absolutely love this starbucks, never had a problem with any of my orders or drinks but for the last two times i came it hasn't been the best. A worker was very rude and giving attitude thinking i was stealing a drink even though it was mine. i had payed for it and she didnt want to give it to me which was very wrong. Aside from that time i had ordered a sandwich and yes i know the sandwiches come frozen and they warm them up but this time the sandwich was completely frozen as if they didnt even try to warm it up. everything else is fine but be careful with rude workers and check your food before leaving always! read more

The fall menu has arrived! Starting yesterday. I grabbed the pumpkin cream cheese muffin asap. Was eating it while driving home. I tend to eat around the center cream cheese, nibbling a bit off at a time 360. towards the end the cream cheese ball rolled off my muffin and dropped into the forbidden abyss btwn my seat and my car door while i was driving. i had to eat the rest of my pumpkin muffin w no cream cheese. Go to ANY OTHER Starbucks. All the other bad reviews are true. I gave this one multiple attempts at being better the next time and now I give up. All iced drinks come with like 80-90% ice. I mobile order and request "light ice" and it still has about 75% ice and they say it's "light". I asked to get them re made and the barista just wanted to remove the ice but when removing the ice only half the drink remained. When asking them to remake the drinks they almost refuse to do it. It's to the point where I get there early because I know I may have to ask them to remake the drinks. I understand I ordered an iced shaken espresso but this much ice is crazy and not even full. read more

Placed my order two separate times and barista didn't place it on the system the first time and after placing it the second time the drink was not made at all. Team had to be reminded to make the drink. Name of barista was Margery. Not a very nice experience. read more

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The service here is garbage. You can count on the employees having a bad attitude, forgetting your items, or messing up your drinks. I've had to go back multiple times for items they did not give me or for drinks that were made wrong. If I could give this location and its employees zero stars I would. It's my fault for coming back here (I only did so out of convenience) but last week was the last time. Dutch Bros's coffee and service is 10/10. Don't waste your time and money on Starbucks and especially not this location. read more

Nothing beats an ice cold drink after a long day at work! I work at a hospital and have ZERO time for mishaps concerning caffeine.. SHOUT OUT TO LUCAS for making sure my mobile order is ready and perfect!!! I don't know why this place gets bad reviews, they've never messed up my order and have GREAT service (thanks for noticing my excepttaste in cool sunnies!). I always like coming to this Starbucks but today was the last straw for me I am never coming back that's for April sure. It was my birthday they first said they will give me my drink if I showed my Driver license I got to the window they deny it I tried downloading the app mind you I was holding the line so I never got my birthday drink. I come today I asked for the protein box they don't have it honestly they never do so I just asked for a water the manager gets on the speaker asked me would you like to buy a water bottle I was like no just give me as n iced cup of water ...what she says next got me fuming "in order to give you a iced water cup you have to purchase something new policy." I was I tried buying something but you guys do not have it, she still went on ranting about how I have to buy something. But anyways they lost my business for sure!! read more

Girl at the window with pigtails and curly hair got the order wrong and gave a mean atitude with new drink giving it poorly made and when asked to redo it again got mad and rushed us in the drive through when it was empty and no cars were behind us. She got the order wrong three times. The service was bad came here with my family and this was at 8pm. read more

Service: Poor. Bathroom closed, we tried to ask the baristas about it and they wouldn't take 2 seconds to answer our questions. Baristas were all just clearly talking to each other. There was someone at the drive thru window but it really couldn't have been so busy you can't acknowledge people when they enter or ask questions. So rude, would never hire them. This was at 3.30pm on 2/15. Going to a different Starbucks this is ridiculous. read more

Ordered 2 Sugar cookie almond milk lattes, and both drinks looked totally different. Went back to the store for a refund, and the barista refunded me less than what I paid on the app. She was rude and didn't even apologize for drinks being made wrong....all she said was, "Sorry, you are having a bad day." Whoever was working today at 7pm terrible customer service. Manager needs to get on them and do better with times. Went inside to order three drinks, no line in the drive thru and inside, yet my drinks took 10 minutes. I seen the female coworker on her phone showing stuff to her other co workers rather than making my drinks. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time... the guy who went took my order went outside to clean maybe not sure and when he came back they barely started making my drinks. Just terrible. Won't be coming here again read more

This location was great when they just opened. But now the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Drinks are always made so off. Yes partly it's my fault because i keep returning but it's so unfair to me to have to go out of my way to get my morning coffee when i work RIGHT next to this location. Two young ladies in particular named Valerie and another blonde young lady named Jen or something close to that are so disregarding. Hasn't only happened to me but to other clients of mine.Starbucks policy is if you don't like your drink or it was made wrong they will give you a remake no questions asked just ask for a remake. They LITTERALLY make it IMPOSSIBLE to do this and by the time they're done asking you millions pf questions, even though I have literal receipts, by the end of their interview I don't even want my coffee anymore. And once again end up losing my money. As someone who works customer service, I really think you shouldn't work this job if you don't have minimal decent customer service. read more

I love this location! during certain hours it does get packed in the drive through and in door, so I see why baristas might get a little stressed out. I always go here to do some studying and grab about 2-3 items to drink and snack on while I'm there. I'm always served with respect and kindness. I would say though.... there are some young people who come out of school across the street who are very rude. They take up most of the seating, which is fine I understand their parents are coming to pick them up, but they are sometimes having inappropriate conversations out loud, sitting on each others laps while making out, or staring and making fun of costumers walking in. Great place, that is my only complaint. I'm not sure if there is anything you can do about it. Thank you! read more

Great place to come if you're wanting your Starbucks kick. However, if you're wanting your drinks fast, think of another spot maybe ornorder ahead and give them plenty of time to make your drink(s). Somehow, this location takes a long time to make anything. Yes, they're always busy but still slow. Also, they're always out of strawberry pieces. To me, if there's a high demand for something, order more of that item so drinks are complete. Especially, if you're not getting what you pay for but only get limited ingredients. read more

I love Starbucks, but has to be one of the worst locations. Ordered three drinks they screwed up one of them and told me I ordered it wrong. I asked them if they wanted me to record myself ordering because it was very clear and my daughter was with me. I was there this afternoon and I have to say the girl at the window just made my day & put a smile on my face. She was so pleasant and in such a beautiful mood. I was not in a bad or good mood but after I got my have order and got my items I was in such a great mood that I took that same attitude she gave me and I spread it when I went to Stater. Starbucks you have a lovely person there with a great positive beautiful soul give her a raise. I didn't get her name but I was there at 1:34pm and she was working the window, if that helps. read more

Everything about it transports you to a different universe. I just love coming here.

I ordered the Ube Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée, and it was SO good! Creamy, rich, and the perfect balance of ube and brown sugar. My husband got the Mango Oolong Tea with Coconut Jelly, which was such a unique combination and surprisingly delicious. The mango flavor was refreshing, and the coconut jelly added the perfect chewy texture. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put care into their drinks. Definitely a new boba spot we'll be coming back to! Highly recommend checking out The Alley if you're in the area!

I currently live near the drive-thru location in Fontana, which is so nice and convenient for my early-morning commute. I recently tried the pumpkin matcha, and from the very first sip, I was in love. I savored every last sip! I absolutely love this place, not only for the quality of the coffee but also for what Klatch stands for. I really appreciate their commitment to fair-trade, high-quality coffee and their direct-trade relationships with coffee producers. Everything was SO good and reasonably priced; the wrap was the perfect size for us. The avocado in the wrap had a slight lemon-y flavor that worked well. The lemon loaf was delicious and moist and loved my iced oat latte. You could actually taste that the coffee was pretty strong. I would definitely get this all again!!

I don't understand why people leave bad reviews at many of these Starbucks in the area. People do not realize how hard the employees work all day to serve all the people, and cars you see at the drive thru. You should expect to see a long line at any Starbucks. If you are not patient enough simply go elsewhere. I have never had an issue with my drinks. read more

Everytime I go at 930 before working night shift they never have salt for my husband's coffee and my pumpkin cream cheese muffin. Even in the morning I've came after work and they still run out of things. What's that about. read more
