Stopped in yesterday for a smoothie! The customer service was phenomenal and my drink was ready fairly fast. It is very clean inside and they had many options to choose from. I got the melon madness with extra banana it was delicious. I will definitely be back read more

This is the second time I walk in and the "manager" which is a very young girl has an attitude. She will cut you off as you are asking a question and she is in a rush to get your order. It's just rude. I thought the first time she was having a bad day but it happened again. I'd rather drive to a different store that has better customer service because its customer service is everything. Today is Oct 2 I walked in at about 9:30am read more

The lady who helped me rude, no smiles, when I asked her to repeat something, gave me an attitude. I will go back to juice it up closer to work. read more

Smoothie was good. However, I came in and there was one lady in front of me who had already ordered her smoothie. After I had ordered, 4 more people ordered and they all got their smoothies before me. Then when I was the last one left, they had to ask me again what my order was. read more

I want to shout out for Giselle (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She has an amazing hustle. From the online orders flowing in to all the people in store to the pick ups she hustled to meet everyone's needs. Normally it's slow in the am but today it wasn't. She is a true rock star! Great location all the time. read more

I'm a big acai bowl girly, so I came to this establishment leaving Target. Came inside they were busy with restocking, no big deal. Today is Wednesday, so they have 1oz immunity shot free with purchase. So I ordered my bowl and asked for the shot and attempted to use my gift card bonus when I was told I couldn't use two rewards. I'm not using 2 rewards, but I never heard of that before. Decided to leave, go down the stairs to another store, and guess who got to use their gift card and get their free shot. At a lower price point. Tipped the 2 dollars difference. Won't be coming back to this location. Bowl came from Hertigate location. read more

I have received one of the worst services from Gisselle B. She slammed my small mango mania smoothie on the pickup section and was very cold with each response she made. This was on Easter Sunday, and I noticed that she did not greet or say thank you to any guests. Gisselle B thank you for letting me know not to come here again :) read more

All my pineapple fruit was rotten and I wasn't able to go back to get a new one or a refund. So expensive and I couldn't even eat it :(

As soon as I walked in the manager had the biggest smile and very warm welcoming! Super grateful and pleased with my visit today! Thank you for making my day! read more

Service is generally good but the two girls working in 7/29 @ 8:15 were more concerned about getting off at 9:00. They looked upset when I came in a half hour before closing and gave me attitude when I asked a question about my drink. They were dismissive. Need customer service trainings. read more

Came here a few times and smoothies are always on point. Special shout out to Samantha because I came for my daughters bday, and she was able to help us get the complimentary smoothie through the app. My daughter was looking for to that smoothie for a week. Unfortunately, I saw tiny roaches crawling towards the fruit area where the bowls are made. I also saw a dead roach by a table that I was sitting at. It seems like there is a roach infestation that should be checked on :/ read more

My husband got the Mango Mania, he was a little disappointed he was expecting it to have a more mango prominent taste. I got the Lava Flow without coconut, I did enjoy it. I like the fact that a small size was available, most places start at medium and I just can't finish a full smoothie. read more

Disgusting. old yellowed celery, discolored apples, sub-par service. Nothing encouraging me to return ever. Tasted the product and thru it out. I was afraid that I would get sick. $15.00 for a product I usually love is not normally an issue, but I feel like any other location would have been much better quality. VERY DISSATISFIED. read more

I came twice in the past few days and both times my smoothies came out melting, the AC was broken both times that I went and I am concerned for the quality of the products inside the establishment. I appreciate customer service above and beyond. I ordered my usual Ever Green smoothie, but accidentally placed the order to another Fontana store -- charged it via thier App. No worries. This store honored my drink request regardless. From the parking lot, I immediately called the store manager to explain the situation, and to say how professional his team was inside the store. He wasn't in so I left a detailed message. I offered to pay (again). No worries; it was my error. I didn't expect a call back. I'll be ......he called me back a couple days later to say all is good. He asked how my experience was in his store. 5 stars to the store team inside. I always have pleasant experience here. 5 stars to the manager of the store. I appreciate the attention to detail and the follow through. read more

This is usually my go to juice it up. The young workers are alway pretty nice. Today I had an older guy.. thinking it was maybe the owner. They always fill the smoothies up all the way but not today. Organic wheatgrass shots, delicious acai bowls, bomb smoothies, and energizing fresh juices. Evergreen is my favorite smoothie, and I love all green juices. Add boosts of kale for added nutrition or ginger for a kick! Expect to wait at any Juice It Up location, because everything is freshly prepared, so that only makes sense. Customer service is great, all people who work here really know their recipes, and they are quick with each order they prepare. They are even willing to accommodate when you would like to add an extra ingredient. My only qualm is the fact that I've lost many points with the forgetting to swipe my card before they process my payment. This matters a lot to me only because I go daily, spend a lot of money, and depend on my points to add up so I can get my $5 off with each $50 I spend. Other than that, everything is great! read more

I've never taken the time to give any place a bad review but today is special. I was indecisive today and the two girls here seemed like they wanted me to hurry so they asked what do u like I said I want something healthy but I noticed they looked alike so I asked is that ur daughter I know I was wrong for that. She was obviously offended so I said u have the same eyes .. it was kinda awkward but I didn't think anything of it' til after.... Anyways they're in the corner heeheein making our stuff and I'm with my friend it's my bday I'm happy not thinking she passes me my drink which is supposed to be the raw green juice and she's all SUS before she hands it over it has more grapes than usual that's why it's not as green. I'm not paying attention I'm w my friend like yea it's fine she's like noo some people complain. We leave I don't even realize I'm drinking a smoothie texture drink not a juice til I'm finished w my cookie. Lol and it's SUPER sweet. I know what sherbert Ice cream taste like. I'll attach a picture of the drink. It's clearly not a raw juice .. it looks more like the smoothie w spinach and ice cream I call to talk to her I tried to give her a chance to be honest becuase I know I did offend her asking if it was her daughter. But I don't know if she spit in my drink if she's willing to give me ice cream when I told her I wanted something healthy and I decided on the green detox juice. I just wanted a healthy juice the day before my bday and this woman who I didn't get her name but she looked like a BRENDA ruined that. I told her I know what the green and red juice taste like I ordered them many times before!! Juice separates u have to mix as u drink she kept denying there's ice cream in my drink. Also the first girl recognized my voice and I had to say hello 10 times. They knew they were wrong. She put the older one on the phone and I had to say you remember me I'm the girl that asked for the healthy juice and you have me spinach and ice cream. They know they're wrong. I don't know if there's spit in my drink Her only defense was you saw me make it didn't you? No ... I wasn't paying attention at all and they were both in the corner being weirdos making a big deal cuz I asked if that was her daughter. Coming from a woman turning 29 tomrw I get it. But she didn't even offer me my correct drink. read more

Honestly, not as bad as I expected but for a better taste I'll be going to jamba juice - the taste was just too much on the generic side for me & sadly not enough fruit. The place was clean & the staff was great! Especially during the rush of customers they got! So I may give them another chance or two ;) read more

Sooooo. Nothing has changed here I guess. The person in charge was too busy doing her drop to look up to say hi or take my order. She was looking down the entire time she was taking my order. The young lady making the drinks was also looking down and never looked up to say hello. Come on people! All you have to do is say hi to your customers and make them feel welcome. Anyway, I only came here because they were out of spirulina at my location. If you want friendly service, this ain't the place. Again....just gimme my juice!!! read more

Walked in. There are three workers. One person ahead of what I think is a line. I stood around waiting for someone to say something. None of the workers communicated to anybody that they would be right with you. Could be a bad group of workers o came into, but it looked like I wasn't going to get any help anytime soon. And honestly with that vibe I didn't want to waste money. This is review is solely based on customer service and not the taste of the product as I did not wait around to find out read more

The smoothies here are awesome, problem for me is the employees do not wear mask and that's a high concern for me!!!

This branch went above and beyond for me. My husband took my car to work and I didn't notice until after I had already placed my order. Ever green smoothie is what I had first in mind, Vegetable-like appearance, boi what a surprise. Sweet and healthy that refreshes my taste buds, In sweet, not too sweet, overall is not a dud. For healthy or not so healthy reasons I take this drink, I stand by and think, "Oh! This won't go in the sink." "Haha, very funny," is what I replied to myself, I'll try other drinks as well as this drink is good itself. read more

I had a terrible experience at this juice it up today I ordered online as I normally do and the store opens at 7 am. I called ahead of time to let them know that I would be coming in a few minutes to pick up my order and he said it would not be ready until 8:09 and I placed my order at 7:44 which was fine but when I arrived I walked in just to let them know that I was there the man that works there said very rudely "I told you it wasn't gonna be ready until 8:09 so I said that's fine I just wanted to let you know that I was there in case my order was ready before. So it was ready by 7:54 and he waved to me to let me know it was ready I walk in and he says "you're lucky normally those bowls take 30 minutes to get prepared". I should have said something but I was already upset already this mans attitude and I left. Anyway, he said he makes his customers wait thirty minutes to get a açaí bowl wow that's ridiculous I have never had any issues like that before juice it up is really consistent about getting their orders out pretty quick. I will have to find a new store now. read more
