It was a day in the upper 80s and felt like a smoothie for lunch instead of a sandwich or something else. When I entered the staff greeted me but told me it would be a little bit- she seemed a little irritated at something. Younger person took my order and it came out right away. Ordered the Evergreen smoothie, based on the staff recommendation, it was fantastic, not too sweet, not too tart, it was great. Only took a few minutes. I also ordered a pretzel, but was told that it would take a bit longer to make so I really appreciated that and decided to cancel it since I was in a rush. The store is clean, I enjoyed the music playing in the background, and the beautiful chalk drawing. So my daughter ordered the Berry Acai bowl with Pineapples, bananas, and strawberries. I ordered thr Chia Pudding. Sounded yummy. However, the fruit came frozen. My blueberries were frozen together. The honey froze to the blueberries. It was very hard to eat. They should at least defrost the fruit before they serve. It also happened to my daughter. Her fruit was hard and frozen as well. Very disappointed at the food here. I have been to other Juice It Ups with no issues. I will not return here until they change up the food. read more

1 star service from a dedicated customer fit over 10 years. Absolutely ridiculous experience. It was 40 minutes before closing, and the staff had already covered the entire entryway in thick, sudsy water. It's incredibly unsafe and unprofessional to create a massive slip hazard while the doors are still open for business. Mopping the floors to get a head start on going home is fine, but drowning the entrance in soap while customers are still coming in is an accident waiting to happen. This is deep-cleaning territory that should happen after closing time, not while people are still trying to walk through the door. Came here a little before noon. It's been yearrrrrs since I've stepped foot inside of any juice it up, not sure why, but I was happy I had the time. I got my favorite drink which was the strawberry wave. It tasted just like I remembered it and let's just say it brought back my old college memories. The fun times, not finals week. Ordered a fresh squeezed orange juice in the app, order went through with no problem. Got there and they were busy, not helping anyone at the register, but working on orders. I waited for 10 minutes for them finish the orders, mine wasn't on the rack. Asked about it and they said they didn't have an order for me. When I showed my order confirmation she said they had to cancel it because they didn't have fresh oranges. 1) why did my order go through? 2) why didn't I receive a notification that they couldn't fulfill my order? 3) why are they out of oranges? 4) there is a Sprouts in the same row of stores to purchase more oranges. 5) why do I have to wait 48 hours for a refund? I love coming to this Juice-It-Up. Part of the reason is because of their peaceful outdoor seating area that features a small waterfall. Not to mention they have a Sprouts next door and a couple of other small shops. The other reason I love coming here is because of their ability to make delicious fruit bowls. I've gotten fruit bowls at other places, but Yanus (Asian lady) has a special skill and makes every bowl to perfection. I asked which one was their more popular bowl and Yanus pointed out the "Acai bowl." You can make the Acai bowl any way you choose, but I got it with bananas, strawberries and granola topped with a little bit of sweet honey. It took a few minutes to make, but I could see why. Yanus took the time to make my bowl not only delicious, but berry presentable!! I can't wait to come back and try some of their other refreshing bowls!! read more

You can add one boost (Immunizer, Calcium Plus, Fat Burner, Energy, Vita Boost, Protein Powder or Memory Surge) to any smoothie for free. Want a super energy boost?
