Is it me or have most of the Jamba spots been replaced by these peeps. Anyway, there's still some out there after the bankruptcy,Ouch! Besides their smoothies I wanted to try out their Açaí Bowls even though I know they're not good for me but why the Fug not. After all it was my cheat day. The bowl was good and it was basic because if you add all the extras then those gains go down the drain like I said before. The service was good as well as my usual smoothie. And that's my take on it, Peace out my peeps... read more

It was a day in the upper 80s and felt like a smoothie for lunch instead of a sandwich or something else. When I entered the staff greeted me but told me it would be a little bit- she seemed a little irritated at something. Younger person took my order and it came out right away. It was cold and good tasting and hit the spot. Would have given higher marks except for attitude when came in. read more

Ordered the Evergreen smoothie, based on the staff recommendation, it was fantastic, not too sweet, not too tart, it was great. Only took a few minutes. I also ordered a pretzel, but was told that it would take a bit longer to make so I really appreciated that and decided to cancel it since I was in a rush. The store is clean, I enjoyed the music playing in the background, and the beautiful chalk drawing. Prices were around the average range for this size and type of drink, I think you can get it for cheaper, but it's also not the most expensive, I appreciate the taste and quality. read more

Very disappointing customer service. I had to repeat my name multiple times, even slowly and clearly, and she still kept calling me by the wrong name. She then questioned whether I was at the right location and when I placed my order, which made me feel very uncomfortable. read more

Delish smoothie! Super kind customer service and very quick! Always a classic and good price here!

1 star service from a dedicated customer fit over 10 years. Absolutely ridiculous experience. It was 40 minutes before closing, and the staff had already covered the entire entryway in thick, sudsy water. It's incredibly unsafe and unprofessional to create a massive slip hazard while the doors are still open for business. Mopping the floors to get a head start on going home is fine, but drowning the entrance in soap while customers are still coming in is an accident waiting to happen. This is deep-cleaning territory that should happen after closing time, not while people are still trying to walk through the door. Horrible management (who stood by and watched), and a total lack of concern for customer safety. I won't be coming back. YOGURTLAND HERE I COME! read more

So my daughter ordered the Berry Acai bowl with Pineapples, bananas, and strawberries. I ordered thr Chia Pudding. Sounded yummy. However, the fruit came frozen. My blueberries were frozen together. The honey froze to the blueberries. It was very hard to eat. They should at least defrost the fruit before they serve. It also happened to my daughter. Her fruit was hard and frozen as well. Very disappointed at the food here. I have been to other Juice It Ups with no issues. I will not return here until they change up the food. read more

Ordered a Açaí bowl. The Açaí was completely melted, the blue berries were frozen and welded together by the now frozen honey. They even forgot the granola. Poor quality not even fresh. Definitely doesn't care about what they are selling. read more

Came here a little before noon. It's been yearrrrrs since I've stepped foot inside of any juice it up, not sure why, but I was happy I had the time. I got my favorite drink which was the strawberry wave. It tasted just like I remembered it and let's just say it brought back my old college memories. The fun times, not finals week. It was made perfectly. I wanted to cry. An older gentleman made it and when I find myself in town. I pray he's there when I go back to make it just like this again! Thank you sir! read more

Ordered a fresh squeezed orange juice in the app, order went through with no problem. Got there and they were busy, not helping anyone at the register, but working on orders. I waited for 10 minutes for them finish the orders, mine wasn't on the rack. Asked about it and they said they didn't have an order for me. When I showed my order confirmation she said they had to cancel it because they didn't have fresh oranges. 1) why did my order go through? 2) why didn't I receive a notification that they couldn't fulfill my order? 3) why are they out of oranges? 4) there is a Sprouts in the same row of stores to purchase more oranges. 5) why do I have to wait 48 hours for a refund? No offer to get me something else, no suggestion for a replacement, she just told me and went back to making other orders. Overall, a very poor experience at another Juice It Up. Overall just read more

This juice it up is excellent! the employees were very welcoming and they made my smoothies quick and good. Ashley and Alex were great employees and treated me and my family well despite our large order. After an unwelcoming experience at another smoothie place, it was refreshing to have a great experience here. Everything was clean and organized and they made sure the blenders were very clean before making each smoothie. Thank you guys! read more

Amazing service , very nice environment and very helpful with choosing options ,very welcoming

This time I tried the Lava Flow. It was tasty. It kept me full until dinner. I still love the raspberry classic smoothie the best. The service was a little slow. There were 2 people working but one stayed in the front fulfilling a door dash order. This made the wait long and I had a woman in front of me. I know the employee was trying her best to get the order together then take care of customers in the store. read more

I was craving something cool and refreshing on this hot day, and my obvious choice was Juice It Up! I absolutely love their smoothies. The Raspberry Craze is my favorite. It has just the right amount of tart to sweet. I always say I'm going to try other flavors, and then when I get there, I always go back to my old faithful...lol! Next time for sure though, it's all about the Mango...lol! read more

Accidentally ordered from here instead of the usual One I go to off of foothill. Very disappointed, they didn't have wheatgrass and I came 10-15 mins after ordering and my smoothie was not even started. Two workers nobody in the store. Sad, I hate these are franchise. I guess my other store is just awesome. I even tipped! Before I came in and their tip jar was empty. Paid for strawberries added and got none read more

I cannot believe this location!!!! The girls here don't care about the business! I will never bring my kids here again I just spent $23 and threw away my smoothie in the store! Why? Because she argued with me when I told her my drink was not made well. It tasted just like orange juice. She kept adding orange juice she made enough for 6 drinks instead of 1. I don't understand. She said that's because you wanted orange. No when you mix the ingredients you get a different taste! Don't waste your time and money take it to another store! Shame on this management second bad experience. Now we are officially customers that won't come back! She didn't even offer to remake it. read more

I love coming to this Juice-It-Up. Part of the reason is because of their peaceful outdoor seating area that features a small waterfall. Not to mention they have a Sprouts next door and a couple of other small shops. The other reason I love coming here is because of their ability to make delicious fruit bowls. I've gotten fruit bowls at other places, but Yanus (Asian lady) has a special skill and makes every bowl to perfection. I asked which one was their more popular bowl and Yanus pointed out the "Acai bowl." You can make the Acai bowl any way you choose, but I got it with bananas, strawberries and granola topped with a little bit of sweet honey. It took a few minutes to make, but I could see why. Yanus took the time to make my bowl not only delicious, but berry presentable!! I can't wait to come back and try some of their other refreshing bowls!! read more

I NEVER get tired of their Always Fresh, Juice Bar. I like Juice it Up because (unlike other places) they use REAL fruits instead of powder to make their smoothies. I've had different types of smoothies from Juice it Up but Strawberry Wave is my favorite. Strawberry Wave - Made of strawberry juice blend, non-fat yogurt, banana and strawberries. I always add mango at no additional cost for extra flavor & nutrients. It's my FEEL GOOD Non-Alcoholic/Non-Caffeinated drink or meal replacement drink whenever I'm feeling bloated, crappy or hung-over. Their drinks are good heat & drunk cure. You can add one boost (Immunizer, Calcium Plus, Fat Burner, Energy, Vita Boost, Protein Powder or Memory Surge) to any smoothie for free. Want a super energy boost? Be daring & take a Wheatgrass shot. Wheatgrass is extremely high in oxygen (a super antioxidant) which is good for the body overall. The taste isn't too bad either. Most Juice it Up offers a stamp card - Buy 10 smoothies & get 1 free. The only thing this place don't have are chairs/indoor seating area so you're standing the whole time while you wait. But this particular location have outdoor, patio seating. I frequent this location because it's close to home. ALL Juice it Up locations makes exceptional drinks! I prefer Juice it Up over Robeks & Jamba Juice.. ANY DAY! Their smoothies are so good, I even drink it during the Winter time. Since it's currently Summer, anytime of the day is a good time to have a drink from them. BooYa! I'm having some BOMB JUICE aka Juice it Up tomorrow! =) read more
