We were customers and we wanted to use the restroom, and it's not even 9:30 and the girls working there would not let us use the restroom because she said she already cleaned it and she didn't want us to use it and she was so rude. 7/21/2025 Was out running errands on a very hot day per usual. It was a perfect day for a cold sweet dessert. Yogurtland has entered the chat. First time at this location and it's on the smaller side. The variety of flavors weren't bad and there were enough flavors to enjoy at least one flavor. When I saw the Guava Passion Tart, I knew I'd had to get it. Got a fruity variety including the new seasonal Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet, Plain Tart, Pistachio, Strawberry and of course the Guava Passion Tart, my favorite! Added toppings: Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Bubble Burst Strawberry, Maraschino Cherries, and Rainbow Mochi. All delicious and not too sweet. I guess my one complaint is that the yogurt ice cream is a bit watery and not as frozen. The only one that was perfectly frozen with a good consistency was the Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet, since it didn't have any yogurt in it. It did have a little bit of a spicy kick at the end. Can't say it was a harmonious flavor of strawberry and watermelon. Although it leans more strawberry. Overall, enjoyed all the yogurt ice creams tried today. Customer service was great! Only one person working, but she was friendly and kind. Reward system is offered by signing up online or in-store. You get 50 bonus points when you sign up online or via app. You get 2 points per dollar spent. Earn 100 points, you get a $5 reward. Free birthday treat. Yogurtland has great flavors to choose from, however this specific location has not been the cleanest. I choose this location because its closest to me, however I prefer going to Menchies. My kids and I went yesterday and there was only one employee present it seemed, poor girl was trying to clean around the machines and deal with customers. I don't know why there is not 3 workers working at a time, cleaning register and refilling ingredients. It smelled like vomit or rotten milk. The machines were not very clean. The toppings area was good. But please step up and clean your place. The employee was pleasant and patient, just had to many duties for one person to complete. Hope it improves. read more

This is the second time going to this location. Both times the floor had trash everywhere. The floor was filthy. The dispenser area was all dirty with yogurt overflowing down the walls. The girl that worked there did not even clean it. She was cleaning the glass wall even though nothing was there. Cleaning it with napkins. It makes me wonder how things look like in the back where they prepare the ingredients for the yogurt. If it looks filthy in front then most likely dirty on the back. Visited mid-afternoon and was happy to be in there to pick and choose without the crowd. Kids' school gave him a coupon to encourage students. That's very cool! we tried pumpkin coffee (I think that's the name) wife's pick, Cream Chocolate my son's fav. right now and my fav. is plain. Went to get yogurt and went to sit down for a little bit before the closed and the kicked us out 15 minutes before they closed because the said they had to "mop"? Not cool. They kicked out a big group right after us too, they had to eat it outside standing up. I have come into this location twice in the last month and it is extremely dirty! Trash everywhere inside. The machines are filled with melted product all over trays. And this last visit is what took me over the edge on how management or owner doesn't care about cleanliness or customers. Went to this place for a brief snack. Walked in, the girl didn't speak. I sprinkled a topping and she came and stood in front of me, still didn't speak, and walked off. I placed my items on the scale, she reluctantly spoke and gave me my total. I paid, and asked for a pink spoon in this case. She became combative, argued the spoons closer to me were clean. Refused to give the spoon of my request, and stated "I'm not going to give you a spoon because I don't like the way you're talking to me!" Mind you, I asked for a specific spoon that I paid for and it should have been handed to me. She placed a different color spoon on the scale to exacerbate the situation. Not to negate all the germs on the scale. I grabbed the spoon that I asked for and asked her name and for her manager. I told her she lacked people skills and left with no intention to ever drop a dollar at this place. It cost me about 30 dollars for an irrational experience for two items. I wish companies would stop hiring people who behave like they are on some street corner and lack customer service abilities. It We were surprised since the weather has been cold lately but my wife wanted to try the new seasonal flavor. As we in line waiting to pay, the customer in front of us started yelling at the worker behind the counter. She was friendly when we came in so were shocked as to why the harassment. My mom is battling diabetes and a life-threatening disease. I know that Yogurtland's yogurt is one of the only treats she can eat, which brings her joy. I purchased a gift card for her birthday in cash, something I rarely do. The cashier took my money and swiped a gift card. I was not offered a receipt. I requested one, and it did not include the gift card balance. A few hours after purchasing the gift card, my dad went to redeem it and was told that it had no balance. I immediately went to Yogurtland with my receipt, thinking this would be resolved promptly since I had just been in the store. I thought surely they would speak to the cashier and resolve this with an apology. First, they made me wait thirty minutes for the manager, who informed me that my purchase was not showing up in the system. I was stunned; how was that my problem? Their rinky-dink system was not working; I had a receipt. I could not believe my ears; I saw the cashier swipe the gift card. The manager called the owner over a $20 gift card purchase. Really? She told me the owner would look into it and get back to me the next day. It has been 2 weeks, and I have not heard from the owner. I hate being taken advantage of, and more importantly, I hate that my mom did not get to indulge in one of the few treats that brings her joy. All of this is over $20 funky dollars, but that is MY $20 funky dollars. I paid in cash, which is a rarity. Had I used my credit card, I could have disputed the charge. This company is unethical. All money is not good money. I was defrauded of $20, but a company cannot be successful stealing from its customers. God forgive them. Dirtiest Yogurtland I've been to in my life! Couldn't believe how dirty everything was: the counters, the tables, and floors all sticky with spills. Health dept would shut this place down if they saw it in this condition. My kids got their yogurt before me, but if they hadn't I would have walked out. I felt I needed to pay at that point but wish I could have walked out bc the toppings counter looked so dirty - as if it hadn't been wiped in more than a day! The fruit toppings seemed spilled onto each other. The kiwi didn't taste right. I got the vanilla ice cream and my daughter the rocket one and the taste was off. So the owner decided to get much smaller cups and no lids for wednesdays only. This is the worst ran yogurtland in the area by far. I cant believe how cheap the owner is by getting rid of the regular size cups on the fill your cup day. Hopefully contacting corporate will help. what a joke Response: The employee said the lids were in the back, but that the owner has informed employees to not give lids out on Wednesdays anymore. Other Yogurtland locations have the regular size cups still for Wednesdays. Even before the smaller cups, we used to just be charged the amount of weight if it was below the 7.99 mark. It seems the store is down to the same one and new employe that may have not been trained very well. Been here 2-3 times in the past 2 weeks and have never seen it so dirty.
