Located near Sierra lakes. Next to cloud 9 and MOD pizza. Plenty of parking right in front. Warm welcome, service was good. Inside seating available woth restroom for customers. Not overly sweet had a tartness with slight sweetness. Had an allergy to ingredients and informed staff. They were able to take out the allergen. Usually when I request an allergy at juice bars and other smoothie locations my drink has no side effects of cross contamination from other ingredients. I'm not sure this was the case I still had some reaction from the drink purchased. I would think they would take a little extra care for their guests with the price point being a little on the higher end. After a few sips of my drink had to toss it after leaving due to allergic reaction. read more

This was a newer juice bar when I was more frequently in the area. I had the Acai and granola smoothie. The employees are always kind and the ambience is superb. This would make a cool place for a MMPR themed or style. Such a cool vibe!! read more

The smoothies are great, service is quick for a smoothie spot, and the ambiance is nice nothing too great but good. I would come back for the acai bowl again. read more

The items were made correctly it's just the worker that was working today's shift 9/13/26 I came in to order at 6:15pm he was very rude I said hi and then my father after me and no response and then when our order was ready he just placed our order at the counter we didn't know if it was ours or not and we had ask if it was our order twice to get a thumbs up poor customer service read more

Time and time again I have to say this. CHANGE YOUR GLOVES. The employee today touched the register screen with gloves then I watched him scoop banana chunks with the same gloved hands and toss into my smoothie. He also had the same pair of gloves on when I arrived so who knows how long he had on the same pair. Nekter has been letting me down lately not to mention the lack of help. There's always only 1 employee working. Unacceptable. They need an employee on register and cleaning. Another employee on food prep. Period. read more

I was at MOD Pizza ordering a couple pizzas. While I was waiting, I noticed Nektar Juice Bar was next door. I love acai bowls so I thought I check them out. This isn't my first time trying Nektar. I've been to one at another location. Upon entry, the staff member was working on another order. He appeared to be the only one working at the time. I waited about 5 minutes or so at the counter before the gentleman took my order. Ambiance was bright and has good vibes. It has one all gender restroom which is always good to have IMHO. I went with the Acai Superfood. It was decent. I was hoping it would be a bit sweeter though, but then again, it has ingredients that probably aren't sweet in general. Luckily, the bananas, granolas, and agave gave it some sweetness. Even though this bowl is full of healthy goodness, I probably will not get it again, but I'll try another bowl or maybe a smoothie next time. Thanks Nektar! read more

Visited this location after a hike and Jeremiah and Tia went above and beyond with making my order. Jeremiah made sure to double check our order to make sure it's accurate and they did a great job with making it, even with a last minute substitution that I requested. Service was excellent, Thank you! Location is great, clean and well maintained. read more

Came in on Sunday afternoon. Dirty floors and trash around.. yup, not appealing at all. Walked right out. It's not busy so I don't understand how the establishment cannot be kept nice and clean! Yuck. read more

Walked in with my mom at 6:33, girl in the front cleaning asked me if I had a mobile order, I said no and asked if they were still open because the sign saids 7 and she said yes but I close in 20 so I'm just doing some smoothies! I then replied oh so no bowls? She looked annoyed and said "what bowl" I instantly just said never mind and walked out. I am 8 months pregnant and struggling to eat and this is the only thing that I felt I can keep down after going around the shipping center. This is not how you treat customers 30 minutes before an establishment closes! read more

I stopped by here after a long day of studying. I wanted to recharge without relying on that caffeine and what's better than a nice pressed juice. The first thing I noticed is how chilly it was in there and I love that !! I was welcomed at the door but the worker was busy working on a drink. It took her a bit but eventually I was able to order my juices. The store is clean, they have board games and it's cozy. I ended up getting two juices and a ginger shot. Both my juices were the same color and by the time I got home I couldn't tell which one was the apple detox or the greenie. I think labeling them with a marker like Starbucks would be nice. Either way the juices were amazing and refreshing and it gave me that little push to keep studying. Taste 10/10 price point 8/10. If you compare the main juice giants Jamba, juice it up, and nektar, I will always say nektar tastes the best. read more

WORST SERVICE! Employee with the worst ATTITUDE! I will say the owners need to hire more help! I was asked to wait 10 minutes so she could catch up, so I waited about 30 minutes only to have someone jump in front since I grabbed a seat to wait! When the young lady caught up she took the order from the other guy and said that I got out of line! No apologetic demeanor just attitude! Will not be going back to this location! Been a long time customer of this spot for 3 plus years now; consuming and purchasing the product 5 days a week during that 3 years. To the point I'm known there by name. and the quality and service has gone down dramatically. Tonight was the last straw A rude employee who seemed he didn't want to be there; was very dismissive of me when asked about my order. And he only filled my açaí bowl half way. No way to treat or handle a long term loyal courteous customer. You have lost a customer now. Sad day indeed. read more

Parking: Plenty available! Ambience: Very clean, open, and minimalistic aesthetic. Definitely an issue with management's need to hire more employees :/ Taste: I always get the Health Nut Superfood Smoothie and it has yet to disappoint! read more

when I walked in, the employee was in the back, which is fine, but when she came to the register, didn't even greet me all she asked was what's my order. When I was telling her, she seemed very irritated and very bothered that I was even there. Then she made my açai bowl while I was sitting there, waiting finished it put it on the counter didn't even say it was ready just threw it in bag and walked to the back.. she seemed irritated that I was bothering her by making her work second it look like she just rolled out of bed not even presentable. Very horrible service. The owner should be aware. This is not good employees like that make people not want to come back and spend their money there. read more

Not a fan I was craving an açaí bowl and theirs was so disappointing. I got the açaí mango bowl with a few customizations and it was so bland. The base was lightly sweetened and there wasn't any mango flavor at all. Honestly, all I could taste was the banana. The reason I gave it two stars instead of one was for the vanilla chia pudding. This saved the bowl. It's so good. The price was average for the size. Lacking in quality tho. read more

After receiving my sister and I bowl lastnight I asked the worker why was it so little inside of it and she responded "if you get more than this you are lucky and the people who makes it is being nice." I have been going to this Nektar every morning for a very long time and have never received a bowl so skimpy. I did come on here and look to make sure i was not trippin & as we can see bowls usually come more full than this one. I'm very disappointed! I was also charged for more peanut butter after i asked for extra as if my bowl was complete. This is in acceptable service to pay full price for something you're used to buying and getting half the serving. read more

Walked in while a delivery was being made. It took awhile to get service. There was two associates working a male and female. I ordered a chocolate bowl with chia pudding on the side with no agave or granola. The lady asked me after she already made the bowl if I had asked for granola. Which I told her no, no granola. You would assume she would make a new one nope she just scooped it out of the bowl and gave it to me. Without even wiping the edges or sides. The bowl was a hot mess and for spending $20+ on this transaction best believe I was disappointed. read more

This is our favorite smoothie spot. Thet have delicious Acai bowls as well. All made fresh to order. Unlike competitors, never had a bad drink or bowl here. They also have a fridge section with bottled juice shots and cleanses. The service is decent. They always are prompt making our orders. Can get busy if a workout class let's out. It is located right near LA Fitness. Plenty of tables and chairs. Also, they have a few table top games to entertain families. My favorite bowl here is seasonal. The Pumpkin Protein smoothies and bowls are delicious. They whare only here during the fall season so be sure to stop by in between your Pumpkin Patch and Haunted Walk Through adventures. read more

I am a new Nekter addict so I was happy to find this location next to Costco where I shop a lot. On our visit with six of us there was only one associate and she worked her buns off. The Acia bowls were excellent as usual and the shakes for the kids were amazing (at least that's what the kids said). The best thing I liked about this location was that it smelled very clean. The bathroom was immaculate. Obviously this associate "Fatima" keeps busy during not so busy hours. Lastly if you eating in they have kids games ( Jenga, Uno and over sized Playing cards) at this location to keep them busy while the adults eat. We will be back! read more

In the last 6 months, I have ordered over 30 açaí bowls from this place. I'M OBSESSED! The Nectar app makes it really convenient to order and pick up. I absolutely love the option of splitting a bowl! I typically can't finish a whole one on my own and for just a few extra dollars, you can split it with a friend or family member and it comes with the same amount of delicious toppings! My go-to bowl is the Açaí Banana Berry Bowl with manga added inside and a metabolism boost. Seriously cannot go wrong with this place! read more

Terrible service. The girl working refused to make a simple juice because since she's "under the weather" she took it upon herself while still open to clean up shop and put everything away. I had a terrible experience today at this location! I walked in and didn't even get a hello , hi or anything ! Walked in at around 1PM 7/19 and the girl working looked extremely overwhelmed she actually looked irritated that we walked in. After about 4-5 minutes of me standing there she finally said "do you want to order" rude as ever! I said yes, please and then she proceeded to finish whatever she was doing didn't even say "it will be a few minutes" nothing ! After 4/5 minutes go by she stands in front of the register and stares. Doesn't even say a word! Then she completely got my order wrong and to top it off charged me for protein didn't add it , and the strawberries used were rancid. I get the feeling they're busy and understaffed but this is NOT the consumers fault. A simple " I'm sorry I'll be right with you" would have done the trick. This location sucks, they added agave even though I said NO agave ( 'my wife is allergic) I ended up giving her bowl Away. Total waste of $21!!! I will NOT be coming back to this location ! read more

I'm on the fence. Was craving a healthy snack. I ordered the chia pudding from the breakfast menu. It was really yummy. I thought it was going to be on the smaller size given it is a breakfast item and the very reasonable price. But, it was pretty big and I had some left over. My doubts about this location was that the staff were not very welcoming. I wasn't greeted--despite being the only person there. When I walked up to order, I was at the "wrong end" of the counter. The young lady ask, "you gonna order?" When I said yes, she told me, "then go over there," as she pointed to the opposite end of the counter. Never a smile. Our entire exchange was stone cold. I guess it was the end of her shift because after she left my order on the counter, she disappeared. Again, no customer service, "order's ready" or anything. She just made eye contact with me as she pushed my pudding across the counter. The facility smelled as bleach which I'm not sure is a bad thing, but did not make for a pleasant sit down. Although things were bleached, the floor was a mess. Maybe they had a rush of customers before I arrived and hadn't swept yet. Not sure. If you order quick and take it to go, that's probably your best bet. Just be sure to order from the right end of the counter when you go! read more
