My drink is good. The customer service was not. With no customers in the store, I spoke three times to the only worker and no response. I said "how are you" three times! While helping me she was not very helpful as far as answer questions regarding the drinks. Felt like I was being brushed off. Finally I asked her name. Litzy or Lizzy. I was really disappointed with my visit here. I came specifically looking for a fresh juice, only to be told that the orange juice is not natural and only comes from a bottle. What made it even worse is that they had real oranges in the store, but refused to use them to make a fresh juice. This place markets itself as a natural juice shop--how is it possible that something as basic as orange juice isn't made fresh, especially when the ingredients are sitting right there? When I took a sip of my drink the owner noticed my face and asked if something was wrong with my drink; I told him it tastes like peanut butter. Sure enough I ordered the wrong drink, he showed me the difference between the two and then remade my drink. I told him several times that it was okay I'll just take it but he insisted because he knew I was not a fan and it wasn't what I usually ordered. My bowls are always well prepared or my smoothie and my pretzels. Thank you for the consistency and service. I'm a locksmith based out of Orange County and I happen to do all the commercial locksmithing for the center this place is located in. Every time I get a work order in Fontana I always make it a point to stop by and get a Strawberry Wave w/ Pineapple. Now I've tried other Juice it ups and they're definitely good but there is a noticeable difference with this one. The owner Joe is a really friendly guy as well and you can tell he really cares about his customers which gives the place a good vibe. With this new way of life from Covid -19, it's good to see this Juice It Up taking the proper precautions. The staff were all wearing masks, there were graphics on the floor letting you know were to stand and the staff were friendly. This store has always been a reliable contributor to our community. Local schools, sports programs & recently supported Kaiser hospital employees with free drinks thanking first responders for their work through this Covid -19 pandemic. I've done it at this location as well previously and never had any issues until today. I don't even mind if the mediums are not all the way full.
