Awesome service by the staff ladies working today. Welcoming and friendly accommodating for my order adjustments. Great smoothies to endure the hot days. Inside is bright, clean well organized. Barstools or low seating available inside and patio tables outside. Parking right in front plenty available among the variety of eateries and businesses in this shopping center. I am so disappointed in this smoothie. I paid $10 for a large smoothie to get shorted by a whole inch. The smoothie itself was bland and super watery. I get the same smoothie every single time but this was the has to be the worst smoothie I've ever had. I always get a lava flow, no coconut, no yogurt and add orange and raspberry sherbert. This was NOT that. I will not be returning. I'm so sad because this is the only juice it up by me too. read more

This is a great place to eat at! We love their Acai bowls and Chia puddings. Service here is great too. Unlike other Juice it ups, they know to use fresh berries in their bowls. Parking here is usually easy. There is plenty of spaces especially in the evenings. read more

My drink is good. The customer service was not. With no customers in the store, I spoke three times to the only worker and no response. I said "how are you" three times! While helping me she was not very helpful as far as answer questions regarding the drinks. Felt like I was being brushed off. Finally I asked her name. Litzy or Lizzy. They are interviewing people now and I hope they find someone with better customer service. read more

Been here when on the go, good juices, friendly service always quick too which helps when I'm on the run.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. I came specifically looking for a fresh juice, only to be told that the orange juice is not natural and only comes from a bottle. What made it even worse is that they had real oranges in the store, but refused to use them to make a fresh juice. This place markets itself as a natural juice shop--how is it possible that something as basic as orange juice isn't made fresh, especially when the ingredients are sitting right there? It felt misleading and honestly frustrating. I left without ordering anything. Definitely not what I expected from a place that claims to serve natural juices. read more

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years. I usually stop by after the gym to get myself either a protein shake or green juice. I have a couple of allergies, they are always accommodating and never fuss about my special requests. I've never had a problem with their ingredients or service. Love this location! (: read more

4/19 - 1:45 PM: we walk in and a girl is making a smoothie. Doesn't greet us, doesn't say anything as she continues working on multiple things. Not stressed, just looked uninterested in even smiling or saying hello. After 5 min we walked out. We won't be giving our money to a business that doesn't even have the energy to say hello or acknowledge us. read more

My husband ordered his drink at 2:10pm and received it at 2:42pm ‍ They made orders for people who walked in and ordered after my husband. I'm waiting in the car and decide to call my husband to ask what is going on. He's talking to the lady who took his order explaining to her that people who ordered after him are leaving with their drinks and she responded with, "oh well" Thank God I wasn't in there. I do not accept bad customer service or disrespect. We will never go back to this location. Sierra Lakes off of Citrus. Just horrible read more

I order from this juice it up often, today I placed an online order via the app and I accidentally ordered the zone instead of my normal drink. When I took a sip of my drink the owner noticed my face and asked if something was wrong with my drink; I told him it tastes like peanut butter. Sure enough I ordered the wrong drink, he showed me the difference between the two and then remade my drink. I told him several times that it was okay I'll just take it but he insisted because he knew I was not a fan and it wasn't what I usually ordered. I was very please because although my mistake he wanted to make sure I left happy. The best customer service by far! (Keep in mind I didn't complain he was paying attention to his customers) read more

customer service was amazing my drink tasted delicious everything done perfectly however the place it's self was so hot i couldn't even stand being in there. I don't know how those employees were still giving me a warm welcome and smile while they were covered in sweat. This is very unsafe for the boss to have two girls working in these conditions while they're running around the store. read more

Juice it up got a 5 star this time for the rewards received & they also satisfied my needs The Honey Comb Wafer was so tasty I got atleast 6 of them or so ! I still can't get over the Peanut butter Horchata flavor ! The employees were very kind & helpful this time ! While I ordered with one employee, the employee clocking in was servicing the shakes Showed good teamwork . I was a happy customer . read more

I placed an online order for a smoothie and when I arrived the gentleman who was there had not finished blending my drink all the way. The smoothie also not placed in a refrigerator so when he gave it to me he poured it into the cup straight from the blender. The drink was already warm and not smoothie consistency. There were chunks of dates not blended and pieces of the pit in my drink. read more

I usually get an açaí bowl, but sometimes I will get a smoothie and pretzel. The service I receive, no matter who it is that is working has always been cordial and friendly. My bowls are always well prepared or my smoothie and my pretzels. Thank you for the consistency and service. I have visited quite a few stores, and Sierra Lakes Fontana store is one of the cleanest, most consistent in their preparation of anything that I order. This store is my compare store to any other I may go to when I'm out of the area, and truly I have not been serviced better yet by another Juice It Up. keep doing what you doing, Sierra Lakes. The young lady with the black hair has no customer service skills. Also, the two smoothies were watered down with no sweetness to them. Had to go home and add juice to them. If you are unhappy at a job, find another one. Don't take it out on paying customers. read more

Service here was spectacular. I am not sure if I interacted with the manager or what but it was an older gentleman. They were sold out of the maple waffle that I wanted so I chose pretzel bites instead. When he handed me my order, he threw in the blueberry waffle for free just so I could try it. Joe the owner is absolutely wonderful. Very sweet and service is beyond kind and sweet. Thank you for serving our community!!

Young lady with black hair working is very rude, when I asked her a question regarding a bowl she gave me attitude

The drinks here have been really bad since they cut their staff. Very long lines to wait because often just 1 person working the counter and also making all the drinks and bowls, etc. drinks are runny and not very smoothie like, even after asking for them to be just a decent level of blended. read more

I'm a locksmith based out of Orange County and I happen to do all the commercial locksmithing for the center this place is located in. Every time I get a work order in Fontana I always make it a point to stop by and get a Strawberry Wave w/ Pineapple. Now I've tried other Juice it ups and they're definitely good but there is a noticeable difference with this one. The owner Joe is a really friendly guy as well and you can tell he really cares about his customers which gives the place a good vibe. Only downside is that it's in Fontana and I have to wait for workers to go. read more

good service and ambiance! the girl who helped me said her name was Anna and she recommended a yummy drink.

With this new way of life from Covid -19, it's good to see this Juice It Up taking the proper precautions. The staff were all wearing masks, there were graphics on the floor letting you know were to stand and the staff were friendly. This store has always been a reliable contributor to our community. Local schools, sports programs & recently supported Kaiser hospital employees with free drinks thanking first responders for their work through this Covid -19 pandemic. I'm very happy to see this store survive the shut down. I know that our community rallied together to support those who supported us. Thank you to all you do! read more

Leaving one star. I've been to juice it up for years and I've always ordered 2 large so they can split it into 2 mediums and 2 smalls. I've done it at this location as well previously and never had any issues until today. I don't even mind if the mediums are not all the way full. It's more so understanding the customers needs and I'm pretty disappointed how it was not met today and I was given 4 small drinks for 2 large drinks. read more
