Not sure if it's a way to keep up with the rent, but this is absolutely unreasonable. I generally get saddened when I see stores close their doors, but if that was the case here I'd understand why. I will mention the staff is generally pretty friendly, it's due to them getting paid fair wages then it's a bit more justified.
