We got the strawberry Nutella crepe. One of the best tasting crepes I've ever had. Soft and fluffy while super thin. They load it up with Nutella and tons of strawberries. It's not too sweet. The crepes are amazing here! & for the price you can not beat it ! I work at Ontario Mills & these crepes are my absolute obsession! The service is always amazing, being a mall worker myself I know it is difficult at times to always be happy & friendly to everyone especially during the holidays when most people are not very nice at all. But he is just such a genuinely nice guy & he really does know his craft! I've had really expensive crepes & his are better by far! Definitely stop by if you are in Ontario Mills! THE BEST crepe I've ever had in 20 years. I love crepes but there's always something missing. But this one HIT THE SPOT. I got the strawberry banana, & it has the right combination of sweetness & sourness. The amount of Nutella is just right, & they make the pancake right in front of you. We've been looking for a good crepe place near where we live. We ended up finding this kiosk here while at the Mills. The service is great and the Strawberry Nutella crepes are delicious! There is a bit of tangy/vinegar taste from the sauce they added which worked well with the rest of the flavors. Spinach was nice and fresh, can taste the natural flavors of the mushrooms. The egg whites were cooked/pan fried with beautifully crispy edges. Inside is not bad. There are some tables and seats and some cute decorations. If you're in a hurry, don't order here, especially if it's a savory crepe. Two orders after me with sweet crepes were ready before mine was ready...I waited 20 minutes. Only two staff members were there to prepare food and drinks. There are two kiosks for placing orders. They now have $4.99 mini crepes from 12-5pm daily, but they only had a few to choose from, none of which are savory crepes. Lots of parking spaces in the plaza. Love the food (5 stars), but just minus one star for the wait.

Love love love this spot! The crepes are delicious! They offer a variety to choose from, I've tried most of them and they're all delicious and are sold for a fair price, I haven't tried their lemonade but it looks very yummy, they make it fresh so it must be good, apart from delicious sweets the workers are so nice, I work at the mall and unlike other food places the sweet spot is very quick to give you your Order and that is amazing! They also do coffee promos in the morning, coffee and crepes for breakfast? Yess please! I have been going to The Sweet Spot off and on since they opened at Ontario Mills. The staff is always top notch, the food is always flavorful, and their little seating area is always nice and clean. I am leaving this review,though, due to the exceptional service of the young lady who was working their yesterday, 9/7/2024. I ordered the berries and cream crepe, and not only did it have the perfect balance of cream cheese to fruit, the crepe was PERFECTLY cooked. Nothing special. Around $10 for a crepe (whipped cream add on and tax included) which I think is kinda pricey for a mediocre crepe. They are charging $1 for whipped cream, which is not even chantilly cream, but just cheap whipped cream you can buy at the grocery. I picked the french crepe and there's probably one whole strawberry in there which they sliced in thin pieces. The strawberry is fresh, not candied, and I unfortunately got a super sour one which didn't make the crepe any better. read more

The shop is small but cute, perfectly placed in the middle of the mall! Tables and chairs say that it's meant for customers only, which is totally fair. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and The Sweet crepe. Filled with delicious strawberries, Nutella, bananas, and condensed milk. It was fresh, delicious and definitely hit the sweet spot! While shopping at this huge mall filled with cooperate stores, and in need of a quick snack this your spot.. truely family owned, the owners are some of the nicest people you will see just conversaré with them ! Our second time coming here was near closing and he was willing to give us quick and friendly service. I also love that you can you add in nuts and syrups for free on your own. The flavor completely took me by surprise in the best way possible, and I'm absolutely in love with it now. The place itself is small but cozy, with a warm atmosphere. They are very generous with the walnuts they sprinkled all around my crepe topped with crushed graham crackers. It went well with the whip crème. I wish they would have added more crème though for the size of the crepe. It wonderfully complimented the crepe. So so good but I would definitely ask for extra crème next time. As far as ambiance, the place was beautiful and immaculately clean with colorful pink flower theme, and very interesting chairs. If you love crepes or never tried one before, you should try it here. You won't be disappointed.

I…read moregenuinely loved Ontario Donuts and have had great experiences here in the past, which is why this was so disappointing. During my recent visit, a customer came into the shop with a very large dog completely UNLEASHED. The dog was visibly DIRTY from being outdoors, with grass, leaves and debris throughout its coat, and was allowed to freely roam around the dining area and tables. I was sitting at a table eating when, without warning, this large dog came underneath my table, pressed against my leg and startled me enough that I literally jumped out of my seat. The owner did not apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. He attempted to call the dog back using a clicker, but the dog repeatedly did not respond and continued wandering around the shop. What bothered me even more was the complete lack of response from the staff. There were approximately four employees working at the time. Based on the way employees greeted the owner by name and made no attempt to intervene, this did not appear to be an unusual or unexpected occurrence. Not one employee asked the owner to leash or control the dog, even after it was roaming around the dining area, approaching customers and making physical contact with me while I was trying to eat. We ultimately took our food and went outside because we were uncomfortable continuing to eat under those conditions. The employees did not acknowledge why we were leaving or address the situation at all. The customer was simply allowed to remain inside with his unleashed dog. I have absolutely no issue with legitimate service animals. What I have an issue with is a large, visibly dirty and uncontrolled animal being allowed to wander freely through a food establishment and approach customers at their tables while multiple employees stand by and do nothing. This wasn't simply an inconsiderate customer's behavior. The staff saw what was happening and allowed it, and their familiarity with the customer made the situation even more concerning to me. I really did love this place, but cleanliness and the ability to sit down and eat without an uncontrolled animal coming underneath your table are pretty basic expectations for a restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't justify my original five-star rating after this experience.
