Belgium CHOCOLATE is all you need to know if you're a chocolate lover. The menu features made-to-order pancakes, waffles, crepes, filled with fruit and several toppings. I had my eye on the Lava cake but decided to have the Bash roll filled with strawberries and bananas. Covered with two types of chocolate. It was light, yet filling, definitely worth trying. It comes with 4 pancakes, 3 types of fruit, and drowned in Belgian chocolate. The chocolate is rich, but not to the point where it's too much. It goes well with the fruit and hot pancakes. The location is in the middle of downtown and you can park in the structure if there isn't parking available elsewhere. As for the ambiance, loved the music and the sitting there was available. Then you add the type of drizzle or dressing you want (chocolate, honey, sugar, etc), then the type of topping on it. They make each one to order. I went with a crepe with a butter honey drizzle topped with cheese cake bites. Came out in about 5-10 minutes. It was a good amount of dessert for $12.62. It was really good. You can taste the butter and honey. The crepe was thin and soft. The cheese cake bites were just the right amount of decadence. I also had some of their cream puffs. They were pillowy and light with a lot of cream inside. Would go great with some coffee, which they also serve here. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is right after eating from here, I got an immediate stomachache. I don't know what it was from.
