Maria was so incredibly kind and helpful during my visit. She explained all of my options thoroughly and with enthusiasm and even walked out my order to me. My refresher and pastry were delicious. Not to mention, this location is so spacious and has a lot of comfortable seating options. I will definitely be coming back and telling all of my friends to come as well because my experience was so great and because there are so many items to choose from. Upon entering, this place is immaculately clean & very fancy looking. Super cozy as well with all the comfy seating that's available. They have a wide selection of things you can order from drinks, desserts, & even food ! The two men behind the counter were friendly, professional & helpful. Stopped by today at lunch because I felt like a smoothie. It seemed closed at first because they were having electrical issues, but manager Randy let me in once he knew that I craved a smoothie because they could still do that. Both Randy the manager, and Saif the staff were friendly and welcoming. The concept of this place is great! Focused on the vibe first: a place where people like to gather for small group activities or studying. Lots of types of seating, and plenty of it. Bright happy colors and lighting. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie using the iPad. Currently, they don't have protein powder to add, but they're planning on doing that next. Choice of non-fat, milk, or oat milk. Perfectly blended, very refreshing. It's so close to my work, I'm sure I'll become a regular and will try different menu items. There are so many! So don't be shy! Come check it out! This is a litte gem tucked away in a La Verne shopping center, just across the street from Target and sharing a parking lot with Panera. The ambiance is particularly impressive for what I thought was a simple yogurt shop. You could take a date here, seriously. They also have a much larger menu than expected. Tutti Frutti is great! The refreshers are good. The coffee is amazing. Kiddos love the froyo! Tip- fill up as much as you can! You are not charged per ounce like typical froyo, you pay a flat price. Always clean! The staff are always super nice! Maria is so pleasant. Ali was the first person we met when they first opened and he has been great. Service was amazing Ambiance is beautiful. I didn't give 5 because I thought Americano was just okay and frozen yogurt is way over priced. The owner or manager said 9.50 for every topping plus refill. I don't eat too much yogurt so if you bring 2 kids, it is 20 dollars for frozen yogurt. If you love frozen yogurt, then 9.50 is Not a bad price, but those who don't have a big appetite, it is too pricy for yogurt. read more

Where do I even begin? From the hospitality, to the atmosphere, this place is seriously amazing! This place just opened, and it is exciting to see La Verne gaining new places! I spoke with Ali, who was very sweet and answered all of my questions. The customer service here is fantastic, and this place serves as a wonderful study spot. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping for some of their goodies as they have many things to choose from! This place has lots of potential and a fun variety of snacks but our experience here today was disappointing. We had a coupon for BOGO pizza or pretzels and we wanted to try the pizza. The worker(who was very nice) didn't even know they had coupons and they didn't have any pizza that day? Okay... so we decided on pretzels(even though they didn't have cheese sauce to dip it in) and they were very rubbery, dry, over cooked in spots and inedible. We tried a blended Crème brulee coffee and that was pretty good. I wanted to try some slices of pie but they only had the display pieces left so I couldn't try that either. I'm hoping to try them out again soon and I'll update if improvements are made after they're open longer. read more
