Loved this new little coffee spot. I ordered the Linda Latte, iced. It had a toasty light caramel taste to it and the cold foam they added was very creamy. I hate cloyingly sweet drinks so thankfully this was well balanced and delicious. They warmed my poppy loaf and it had a buttery crisp to the edges but the inside was moist and yummy. I'll definitely be back. Cute sitting area in back to boot.
It's a small cafe that's located on a busy street. There is four hour street parking and there's also a parking lot in the back. There are only two tables inside so it's not an ideal place to work/study. The person who took our order was friendly and i appreciate that the drinks were made with careful consideration as I saw the other employee using a scale for exact measurements. There were two pasties left when my friend and I got there and my friend got the banana loaf. I had a bit and it was good, very thick though. I ordered the mucho matcha and my friend got the cookie butter latte. The matcha was... okay. I didn't initially like the flavor. I don't think the agave paired well with the matcha and made it taste bitter. Once the ice melted, it tasted better, but overall I've had better matcha. My friend liked her drink although once the foam was mixed in the cookie butter was overpowered by the espresso.
Bonita Coffee was BONITA! The downtown San Dimas area needed a cute little cafe like this. The staff was so sweet and helpful, did not rush me at all. My pumpkin spice latte was delish, not too much pumpkin. There was indoor and outdoor seating. The perfect place to get some homework done. Thank you Bonita Coffee I will absolutely be back!
More like 3.75 , but I'm rounding up! I'm always excited to see a new mom-and-pop coffee shop open up, especially in an area like San Dimas that doesn't have a ton of local coffee spots. Bonita Coffee is a cute little shop with street parking plus a lot in the back, which makes stopping by pretty convenient. We tried the Teddy Latte and the Americoco. The Teddy Latte was just okay for me. I picked up a little bit of cinnamon flavor, but overall it didn't stand out as much as I was hoping. My daughter, however, was VERY into the little teddy grahams that came with it, so at least someone was thrilled . My husband really enjoyed the Americoco and was surprised by how strong the coffee flavor was. Overall, I love supporting new local businesses, and I'm happy to see Bonita Coffee bringing another independent coffee option to San Dimas. I don't live in the area, so it's a little out of the way for me, but I'd definitely stop by again if I'm nearby!

I prefer a sweeter coffee (where you can't taste the coffee at all) and these were more coffee tasting. This new coffee shop is located pretty close to me, so I decided to give it a shot! Upon arrival, I recommend finding parking in the back, as opposed to street parking. The interior is pretty small, with limited space and seating. I ordered the cookie butter latte and my dad ordered a hot latte, both of which were rather underwhelming. I couldn't taste the cookie butter or espresso flavor in my drink, since the sweetness overpowered both. Tbh, it just tastes like a vanilla latte. However, I thought the biscoff cookie on top was a cute touch! The hot latte was watery, with minimal espresso flavor as well.
The wait is over, the first day of the Soft Opening was today and love that a 3rd party coffee shop (not Starbucks or Coffee Bean) opened up down the street from me in Downtown San Dimas. They did not have any pastries/food available quite yet and we're only serving a limited soft opening menu of drinks. I heard them talking to another patron saying that they should have pastries in the next couple of days. As for the coffee, me and my girlfriend got and iced 143 (Love You) latte and an iced vanilla latte. The 143 latte was very tasty and well put together, smooth and not overly sweet. The iced vanilla latte showcased the coffee beans with a hint of vanilla, just the way I like it, and the coffee itself has decent flavor. The only thing hindering a higher rating is speed of service which is understandable in their first day of their soft opening. They had only two people working (taking orders and making drinks) when I first arrived and a third person showed after about 30 mins. From arrival to getting our drinks it was at least an hour. I'm sure after a couple weeks of being open they can work out the kinks and streamline things for quicker ticket times. The venue itself is a bit small and narrow but they make great use of the space with 3 bar stools up against the counter at the front and two small two-seater tables towards the front with more behind the building as well. Not sure if they have free wifi (I didn't ask) in case you want to work onsite. Overall I enjoyed it and would love to come back in a few weeks to see how things smooth out and hopefully see a full menu available.
I got the Cookie Butter Latte and it was really good! The inside is pretty small, but they do have some seating available. The customer service was great, and the ladies working up front were really nice and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back to try more of their lattes!
I got the Linda latte it's delicious! Absolutely delicious. It tastes like the caramel on a flan. Sooo good! I got it with oat milk. I came here a week ago and had to come back again for it. It's delicious.
We have a new coffee house in town! They are still in their soft opening and plan to do their grand opening hopefully the end of July. Parking is limited on the street or you can park behind U.S. Bank or in the small parking lot in the back. This morning I ordered a cookie butter latte, which was absolutely delicious! I also ordered a strawberry Matcha and let me start by telling you that they're cold foam is made with condensed milk, talk about delicious! These ladies are very friendly and very helpful when you come into order. It's a cute little store and very clean. Definitely worth stopping by and checking them out and welcoming them to town.

Teddy Bear Latte is a winner! I ordered the Teddy Bear Latte with an extra shot of espresso and it was excellent. The espresso flavor comes through beautifully, and the cinnamon is still nicely noticeable even with the added shot. Balanced, flavorful, and really well made. Service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Big plus that milk substitutes don't cost extra, which is always appreciated. This place is definitely fiancée-approved and I'll be back!

New coffee shop in San Dimas. If you are in the mood to support your local coffee shop, come down to Bonita Coffee, located on Bonita Ave....get it! It's pumpkin season, so I got their Pumpkin Cheesecake Cold Brew. Delicious. Perfect amount of sweet with a good strong cold brew. Bonita Coffee is a new and a cute coffee shop located in San Dimas. They opened one month ago. It has Youthful vibes. There is parking spots behind the shop. Street parking is available too. They have limited seating inside and outside. I went twice in less than a week .For the first visit I got: -Teddy bear latte 5/5 -Linda latte 5/5 -Manzana de caramelo 5/5 -Strawberry matcha 5/5 All the drinks were refreshing, rich with perfect sweetness and espresso. I got also: - Turkey and gruyère croissant 5/5 - Banana bread 5/5 The turkey gruyère croissant was flaky, buttery, the gruyère cheese added nutty flavor then turkey filling complimented the richness of the croissant. Banana bread was moist, sweet, rich in banana flavor. On my second visit I ordered Teddy bear latte, turkey gruyère croissant and banana bread. The Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The service was excellent. Bonita Coffee is a hidden gem in San Dimas. I will be back soon. read more

I swung by this cute coffee shop with my girlfriend and got a few drinks and pastries. I got the Teddy Bear Latte and it was the perfect balance of sweetness to coffee. Walkable, independent of chain coffee houses, Super friendly, full-of-joy service, tasty lattes that aren't overly sweetened! I love supporting the "little guy/gal" who are bold and try to make something of their own! I wish them much success! I ordered The Linda Latte and The Cookie Butter Latte. Both were perfectly sweetened, not over the top sweet, which I prefer. There were 7 patrons while I visited. 3 had their drinks and pastries already. My two drinks were ready within about 7-8 minutes from ordering. Looking around, everyone seemed very pleased with what they had ordered! I will definitely go back again! read more

My husband and I live locally and decided to try the new BonitaCoffee this morning. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted and felt an immediate positive energy. My husband is not much of a cold latte lover and happens to absolutely love café de la olla. I choose the teddy bear latte, which happens to have the cinnamon you would find in the Gioia along with Honey iced. For myself, I ordered the cookie butter latte, simply because I was immediately sold on the cookie butter foam cream. It was chopped with. When our order was ready, to my surprise, the honey bear latte had a honey bear cookie sitting on top along with a cookie butter biscotti cookie sitting on top of mine. I've never tasted anything more delicious than my cookie butter latte, and my husband was pleasantly surprised with a flavor of his and absolutely loved the hint of Honey. I cannot wait to go back and try every single flavor they make along with their strawberry Matcha iced tea. The ingredients sound absolutely scrumptious. read more
