I tried Nambah Coffee for the first time and I honestly love the vibe here. It's such a cute spot to hang out. You can tell they really put thought into the decor. Their coffee is so good! Little coffee spot sharing a building with several other businesses. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating but limited outlets. It's weird that they don't have prices on the menu. The area gets very busy on the weekends, so be prepared to spend some time looking for parking. The shop itself is fairly small and usually pretty packed. Nambah Coffee has such friendly staff and a really cute space that works well for both socializing and getting some work done. I thought it was interesting (and kind of fun!) that they double as a cafe with wine and beer!! There's seating both inside and outside! They have overflow seating in the lobby, which is nice & seems like it doubles into a Darty (day party) space on select Saturdays! As a study spot, only the indoor section had outlets, which made working a little tricky (unless you found a table inside) & the music inside was also a bit loud for my taste, but sitting in the lobby was perfect and much more comfortable! On the plus side, the WiFi was fast and stable, which is always appreciated. We ordered the brown sugar coconut matcha and the pandan matcha, and both were great! The coffee cake tasted good but was a little dry for my liking. While there isn't a dedicated parking lot, there's 90-minute and 3-hour street parking nearby, which was manageable. We stopped by Nambah Coffee a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday morning before heading to the farmers market, and it was such a great start to the day. We got there around 9 am, and there was a bit of a line already. Busy but not chaotic. I ordered the pandan matcha and my husband got the snickerdoodle latte. Both were excellent. You could actually taste the pandan in the matcha and it was subtle enough that it didn't overpower it. My husband's snickerdoodle latte was good as well. Warm, cinnamon-y, and just the right level of sweet. Parking is street parking, but we had no trouble finding a spot nearby pretty quickly. read more

On a Sunday there's plenty of street parking or park in a paid lot across the street. Accessible parking in front too. There's usually a long line to the door but moves quickly. Service is quick and friendly. Some pastries for sale as well. The coffee and matcha are great. There are basics as well as flavored specialties, all delicious. We visited on a late Saturday afternoon, and it was busy. Almost every table was filled, and there was a consistent line. Service: There were only two workers. The cashier that rung us up was nice and efficient. Throughput took a little over 5 min, which is pretty quick considering how busy it was. Drinks & pastries: 1) Snickerdoodle Latte - This contained brown sugar, vanilla, real butter, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. It sounds overwhelmingly sweet, but honestly the only thing I really tasted was cinnamon. Overall, I thought this drink was enjoyable especially for those who prefer their lattes on the sweeter end. 2) Heartthrob - This contained vanilla, white chocolate, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. The flavors mixed really well together. Nothing really overpowered each other. Again, this drink is enjoyable for those who like sweeter lattes. 3) Mango Matcha - This contained mango nectar, vanilla, cream, and ceremonial matcha. I thought the matcha part was okay. You can't really taste the matcha after mixing it. The mango was definitely overpowering. 4) Chocolate chip scone - This tasted as good as it looks. It's not too sweet, but it does get overwhelming. I recommend eating some and saving the rest for later. 5) Chocolate chip cookie - I looove cookies! Couldn't resist trying this too. The edges and middle sections were soft. There's a generous amount of chocolate chips, but it's not overly sweet! Pricing: Average prices for a coffee shop nowadays. We enjoyed their drinks and pastries. I prefer to come here when I'm in the area for a simple Americano, my litmus test of coffee temp and taste. Every brew is always delicious and flavorful. A recent recommendation by one of staff to try was an "Aerocano" which means airing the Americano just slightly to bring out those coffee oils to the top. If you like Americanos, try this once, you won't be disappointed. Great vibe at nambah and this place is a must. The only thing I will say is the line can be a little long, and there have been times where I've waited at least 15 minutes. Indoor and outdoor seats were very comfortable. Interior design and layout were well planned; the large exposed brick wall adds depth to the coffee shop's personality. Nambah has a modest coffee menu and pastry items. Moreover, they sell merch and coffee bags as well. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew. It was smooth and prefect thirst quencher on a very hot afternoon. I ordered the Matcha Calamansi and ooowhee did that get me alert! On a hot day, I was thirsty and drank it fast so the next hour, I felt some jitters. Warned myself of my caffeine tolerance is lower than before. The drink itself was really delicious and refreshing! I would definitely order again, just sip slower. I did try to get an hours worth of work there and I will say the internet is very spotty. I spent majority of the time getting laggy videos to load or getting signed on and off so I would recommend anything that needs a strong wifi. We stumbled upon this cute cafe randomly since we were looking for a place that was open on New Year Day. Props to them on opening on a holiday and it was nice to see everyone waiting so patiently since there was only two workers! I ordered a hot honey lavender espresso and it was delicious! There's both indoor and outdoor seating at this location, which is good for working or catching up with a friend over a latte. The ambiance is aesthetic and there's plenty of places to take Instagram pictures. There was a really long line during the middle of the day, but the line moved relatively fast and the drinks came out quickly. The menu has a good variety of matcha and coffee drinks as well as pastries. I purchased the SnickerDoodle Coffee, which contains brown sugar, vanilla, real butter, cinnamon, espresso, and milk. My niece got the Matcha, which contains premium matcha from UJ. Japan and milk. When I received my coffee, I expected a beautiful latte art design on the coffee... but I'm not sure what it is... Overall, I think this coffee is delicious and has a strong cinnamon flavor. This spot is a busy, well-lit coffee shop right across from the University of La Verne, always buzzing with students hanging out or studying. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it's a great place to enjoy a drink no matter the season. I've tried a handful of items, both food and drinks, and honestly, everything has been solid. From their zucchini bread and cookies to their breakfast sandwich and lattes, you really can't go wrong. My two favorites, though, are easily the Heartthrob and the Snickerdoodle (pictured).
