i came in at around 2:38pm on a Monday. I came because I read their food items were delicious. I was VERY rushed upon walking in. I had expressed off bat it was my first time here and the women still proceeded to rush me. I inquiried about a panini and she said I cannot order it because they close in 20 minutes. ok sure, I then inquired about a croissant and she denied while the male said yes. I order the egg and cheese croissant. it was okay. I order a matcha with sugar free banana foam. it also tasted ok, EXTREMELY sweet and rocky/sugary??!! I also ordered a viet coffee it was light in color and tasted fake and watered down: not real viet coffee vibes. all 3 items were $17.90 which is a GREAT price. however I will not be coming back. I'll stick to more expensive places that let you order whatever you want during their POSTED OPENED HOURS. I should give 1 star tbh. PS I overheard women talking about "her appointment was 15 minutes ago" which explains her VERY RUSHED AND PUSHY demeanor. Very rude and uncalled for, customers come first. Not whatever you poorly planned on your scheduled work day. read more

I recently visited InHouse Coffee and had a mixed experience. The customer service was kind and welcoming, especially since it was my first time there. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I tried a croissant that was honestly not edible, and the salmon bagel was also disappointing. The croissant, in particular, was the worst part of the experience. I really appreciated the friendly service, but the quality of the food needs improvement. read more

This place was amazing! Best coffee shop I've tried in San Dimas! I got their ice coconut macchiato and I felt like I was drinking one from Hawaii. My husband got a sugar free banana latte and a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a slice of turkey ham to die for. Definitely recommend it and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Such a cute little space with the best customer service! I work very close to this coffee shop and have always been tempted to stop by and try a new coffee spot. I'm glad I did because the options seemed to be endless! I wasn't sure what to get but the front desk lady was great with questions and challenged us to try something new. There is a small parking lot but I don't see that being an issue as I'm sure most people opt to simply grab and go. They have seating options but in the inside of the shop and outside; located near other shopping centers and a busy street. Not only do they have lots of drink options but other tasty bites- I will be sure to return and try something new! read more

Looked at a few different coffee shops around here and this one was our pick because the LOX BAGEL! Soooo good! Supreme Lox Bagel is more salmon, that's the difference Great amount of salmon and good price. Banana matcha tasted a little artificial but it was sweet how I like it Pistachio latte was strong, that's was my hubbys Strong pistachio taste at the end and he liked it. Too strong for my opinion Would definitely go back for the lox bagel and chicken pesto panini! Ps chicken panini is huge! Like a torta Service was quick and the owner said he gets the question "what's the difference between supreme lox and lox?" Not my fault sir Maybe you should include in your menu Such a clean and cute stop to hangout and talk read more

Customer service was absolutely fabulous. Some other coffee shops should come by and get some pointers on customer service. The lady that helped us on 8/,9 was fantastic and super friendly. She suggested great gluten free options. My daughter loved the bagel. I got a cinnamon roll (not gluten free) and it was great. The coffee was smooth and flavorful. They have a lot of sugar-free options. Totally recommend coming here. read more

I had a delicious lox bagel today in this ultra clean, organized coffee place. Plenty of seating inside and out. The coffee menu has everything you would want, and there are some bagels and pastries available. I chose the lox bagel mainly because it's only $10. If you have purchased cured salmon in the store recently you know it's over $1 per ounce, sometimes $2, so to find a lox sandwich for $10 is a real find. This one was perfect - as perfect as I have ever had. It had plenty of fish, capers, red onions and even had fresh dill. I can't wait to come back. Usually I vow to return to try the other items, but I'm definitely getting that delicious lox bagel again. read more

Took the opportunity to stop in here today, loooong after meaning to do so upon their opening several(?) years ago. Needless to say, it was about time! Staff members were pleasant and efficient, with our drinks and pastries ready in about the same amount of time it took us to move from the register to the pick-up counter. To our surprise, they had even warmed our pastry selections! Prices were comparable to other local coffee houses nearby, and there was a good selection of sandwiches and baked goods in addition to the wide variety of coffees, lattes, and other beverages offered on the menu. I look forward to trying one of their breakfast sandwiches on my next visit. Both indoor and outside seating are available, so we enjoyed our iced coffees and pastries at a small table out front while watching the morning commuters pass by. We thoroughly enjoyed our inaugural visit to Inhouse Coffee and plan on returning soon. read more

Delicious coffee! Scrumptious pastries and cakes! Love the atmosphere, amazing service. Overall, highly recommend. Skip starbucks and come here instead. I got a hawaiian macadamia latte and the husband got a coconut macchiato, both tasted amazing. The syrup added was high quality and not overly syrupy. Also got the cannoli, profiteroles, and a few croissants. All were absolutely delicious. They also have cronuts, raspberry twists, guava pastries, cookies, dubai chocolate cookie, paninis, small portion cakes, and so many more food options. Plenty of seating and parking spots outside. Really friendly owners who take pride in their work. Support your local small business and get some delicious treats~ read more

The food and beverage menu has a lot of variety. There are many choices for milk and or cream options. I got the spinach and feta danish. That was very good and a hot chai tea that was also very good and an iced Matcha. Customer service was excellent staff I believe is a husband, wife and son that were very very nice. I have been to In-House Coffee several times now, and their pistachio latte has consistently stood out as one of my favorite drinks. This was up until my last visit a few months ago. On first impression, the shop is very clean and well-maintained, and they have a large menu with plenty of fun syrups for customization. However, service is a massive part of the experience for me, and my most recent visit was incredibly off-putting. I brought a friend along and wanted to double-check if the pumpkin spice was still available since it's out of season. To my surprise, the owner herself was the one at the register, and she was extremely rude and snarky. She snapped that "if it's on the menu, they have it" instead of just giving a simple "yes." While the drink was decent, it is disappointing to see that kind of attitude coming from the person who runs the business. The coffee simply isn't good enough to overlook being treated poorly by ownership. I won't be coming back. read more

Amazing customer service during our visit, the worker was chatty and we had a wonderful conversation about the different coffee/flavors that In-house Coffee has in to offer. She helped us with our selection by guiding us by what we like in our drink (from sweet to bitter to creamy to simple to complex). I got the dirty-chai latte and got the dark chocolate cannoli. The cannoli is was a very guilty indulgence of chocolate for sure. It was sweet with a hint of bitterness from the dark chocolate. It was messy to eat but it was worth the mess. The dirty-chai latte was flavorful of chai tea and didn't taste like those artificial ones. For sure will be coming back to try some more. read more

TLDR: Mediocre coffee, rude staff. Unsure how their rating is so high. Highly recommend going literally anywhere else unless you like rationed on bathroom and slow wi-fi usage. And of course, nobody likes paying extra for a cup of ice and air. - - - - - - Inhouse coffee is probably the most out-of-word experience I'd ever experience I've ever experienced - and not in a good way! For starters, the staff was not too welcoming, and the only way to use the restroom was purchase a drink - understandable. If you're not one who makes easy decisions, good luck, because the large menu's bright green background and white text won't make your job easier, either. I came to study for a bit with a friend, and everything from beginning to end was unwelcoming. After getting a restroom code on the receipt, I received my drink, a classic latte. What's wrong? The latte was not made with espresso, and it came shaken already. Perhaps this is a style, but this was by far the weakest flavor ever, fairly bitter and acidic. Perhaps the biggest slap in the face was how it came with so much space after being stocked already with an entire cup of ice! See picture for amount of room... insane! Wi-Fi? If you need it, they come in one-time use codes. No sharing! This is understandable, but the limit is two hours, and the speed? Pathetically slow! Good luck getting any work done here. Why? Well, if you happen to stay towards closing hours... Say they close at 4:00pm... Sometimes they do. They'll start kicking you out around 3:45pm. After a quick prompt, they then warn you they are closing. By 3:55pm, they were staring at my friend and I, making us uncomfortable. By 3:58pm as we were nearly finished packing and about to head out, we were yelled at to leave, since they were closing. Return? Never again. Whether it was age or ethnicity; I really did not appreciate their treatment, their amenities, or their coffee. read more

Oh my gooooosh I loved my breakfast here. The place is very clean and filled with treats and teas and coffees and they're having some fun with the Halloween decorations. I had the madeleine hot latte and a supreme lox sandwich. The latte was delicious. The lox bagel sandwich was very fresh. The salmon was not fishy tasting. The I loved the fresh dill and capers! I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my first visit left a pretty sour impression. I ordered a large blueberry iced coffee, a ham and cheese panini, and a feta cheese pastry. The food itself was genuinely good. The panini and pastry were flavorful and clearly made with care, so no complaints there. The coffee, however, was a little too sweet, and the large size turned out to be about 32 ounces, which I was not expecting at all. The bigger issue was the overall experience. I was the only person inside when I ordered, and another customer walked in right after me. A coffee was placed on the counter, and since I was the first order at the time, I reasonably assumed it was mine and took a sip. Later, the barista brought out another coffee and realized there was confusion. Instead of handling it calmly, the situation turned awkward. I was met with comments like "Does that even look like blueberry?" which came off as dismissive and unnecessary. I immediately apologized to both her and the other customer, explained that I genuinely thought it was my drink, and offered to give it back. I was trying to be respectful and deescalate the situation. What really ruined the experience was hearing her talk about me to the other customer, who appeared to be a regular, while I was still a few feet away. Hearing things like questioning why I took the drink at all was uncomfortable and honestly pretty discouraging as a new customer. It felt like I was being judged and talked about instead of simply being helped. At the end, when I tried to hand the mistaken coffee back and asked what she wanted me to do with it, I was met with another snarky remark along the lines of "Well obviously I'm not going to drink it." That was the final moment where I realized I would not be coming back. I learned she is the owner, which honestly makes this more disappointing. I can tell she cares deeply about her regulars, which is great, but the way new customers are treated matters just as much. Especially when someone is polite, apologetic, and spending close to thirty dollars on a first visit. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the interaction overshadowed what could have been a good experience. I love supporting local coffee shops and becoming a regular somewhere, but this visit made it clear that this just is not the place for me read more

I felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience. My first time there, not much of a coffee drinker, so I didn't know the difference between the types of coffee drinks. All I know is I wanted something creamy, sugar-free and room temperature (not hot, but no ice). He even asked me if I ever had coffee before or something like that...kinda rude. He didn't suggest anything to me. But I did get some clarification through my questioning. They charge $1.99 extra to omit ice from "iced coffees"....so I asked if I could get mine room temperature...he said yes I could. But then he still gave me a hot coffee. I didn't even bother to taste it or say anything because I was irritated and just wanted to get to work. But again, that was my first time....and last time. Something tells me he could care less if I return or not. I had much better service and coffee at the Penny Coffee Roaster in the Glendora Public Market. But I need a spot close to work....still looking. read more

Vietnamese iced coffee no bueno. Thumbs down. Watered down, not strong or cold enough with minimal ice.

Wow, I didn't know this place existed! This used to be a Starbucks, and I'm happy to be able try their food. I believe I have been there at least 3 times, and have tried different things on the menu. I always see the same gentleman and Madam, and they are always nice and helpful in the orders. My go to here is the LOX Bagel. The Ham and Cheese Panini is HUGE. The coffee reminds my wife of the airport. You can add many different types of flavors to your drink. I like that their menu is simple, and that it is always clean when we come by to eat. The place looks modern and there is plenty of parking especially with Boston Market Closed. Look forward to come back again soon! read more

Inhouse Coffee offers affordable, large beverages. Its ambiance is cozy, and its service is fast. I waited only one minute and 15 seconds for my beverage. Unfortunately, the Ice Cafe Latte with Added Flavor - Tiramisu ($5.24) is tasteless and weak. Staff had recommended this beverage. The Ice Cafe Latte with Added Flavor (Tiramisu) is affordable and large; however, the caffeine content is watered-down and the primary flavor is watery milk. In addition, there's a light lingering aftertaste of liquified perfume that clings onto your throat. Most frustratingly, the drink's caffeine is low. It's weak, watered down caffeine in a big cup. Fortunately, Inhouse Coffee has friendly service and a comfortable, relatively clean location. The location is well-ventilated, and there's plenty of parking. It's an adequate place to bring a laptop since there's several tables and electrical outlets. Overall, Inhouse Coffee offers a place to study and work. Unfortunately, the recommended flavored iced coffee tasted watered-down, so I can't fully recommend. read more

I stopped by InHouse Coffee in the middle of the day and it was surprisingly quiet, which made it a great spot to sit and work or study since there was plenty of space available. I ordered the Tiramisu Latte and overall it was pretty good, though it leaned a bit on the sweet side. If you're not a fan of really sweet drinks, I'd recommend adding an extra shot of espresso to balance it out. The only downside was the customer service. When I asked a couple of questions, the responses were very short and came across as a little rude. It didn't ruin the visit, but it did make the interaction feel less welcoming than expected. Overall, it's still a decent place to stop if you're looking for a quiet spot to get some work done and enjoy a specialty latte. read more

First time coming in and i let the cashier know that. I was already blown away with the amount of items they had on the menu. I guess Mondays aren't everyone's day... but If you like Starbucks and want the same experience ... go here. I asked for a recommendation and they weren't very helpful and as soon as they seen another customer walking in behind me, they let me know... I just narrowed it down to an Americano... but now we got 3 sizes. I wanted to take a pastry, but I couldn't even get a quick recommendation for that when asked. 0/10 experience. I regret the americano as i sip and type this... if other coffee shops are closed on Mondays, Id take advantage and make this more of a prime day for customers coming by. Today was my first time visiting there but won't be last! I usually like strong coffee so drink black coffee or coffee with whipped cream at home but at coffee shop I like trying some sweet drinks and my recent favorite is Banana latte. At Inhouse Coffee, they has Banana macchiato so I tried that and my son got Raspberry one. The Banana Macchiato here is so good! I know it sounds weird (bananas + coffee) but TRUST me on this. You got to try Banana Macchiato! Not too sweet great flavor combination and you can still taste coffee I also got the Lox Supreme Bagel wow! That was also AMAZING!
