First-time visitor, and it will not be my last. Immediately upon walking in, my wife and I were greeted by two employees with a "welcome. We will be right with you" greeting. I am a fan of being acknowledged with a simple "hello" or "welcome" when I enter any business. Not because I want to feel special, but to let store employees know, " I am here to spend money in your business". Returning to my visit, I noticed that the shop was spotless, the AC was working perfectly, and the shop had an aroma of fresh fruit. The young female employee who took our order was very friendly and helpful when asked a couple of questions regarding the ingredients for a drink or two. I ordered a protein-type smoothie, while my wife ordered a drink containing her favorite ingredient, peanut butter. In less than three minutes after placing our orders, my name was called as our drinks were ready for pickup. What?! That was lightning-quick speed. I was genuinely impressed with the service. We took a seat inside their very comfortable shop and sampled our smoothies; it was sheer bliss. Our smoothies were PERFECT! I was able to taste every ingredient used to make my smoothie, which was well prepared, cool, refreshing, and delicious. My wife had the same reaction. Bad enough the largest size I can get is a 16 oz cup, and on top of that the oats were filled half way to the top and very little toppings. The overnight oats have absolutely no flavor. I've been coking here for awhile now & am never disappointed. Juices and avocado toast got me through my pregnancy cravings! The service is always quick and friendly. My husband went to pick up the bowl and they had no record of my order. The door dash app sent me a notification that the order was ready. I called to talk to a manager, the manager was not there. The person answering the phone would not give me a name. They wouldn't give me the name of the manager so I can't call back and speak with the manager. If they're going to use DoorDash, they need to make sure that the DoorDash app works with their store. Bottom line , I paid for a bowl and never received it!!! I will have to try and dispute the charge on my credit card... good luck to me!! read more

A chill, small spot. I got a bowl of oatmeal at around 11 a few days ago, and it was really good. I'm used to hot oatmeal, but having it cold for once was interesting, a 2 fruit, 2 topping oatmeal runs you around 7 dollars, which for most quick breakfasts is relatively cheap. People with allergies BEWARE! I ordered my bowl to share with my daughter with sides (ie. bananas) separate from the bowl because my daughter cannot eat bananas as this is an allergy of hers. The girls at the front informed me that they could only do it but they would need to charge me extra! I responded that they don't need to pack my bowl with the bananas and to prevent using an extra cup, to place the bananas on the lid as it is done shaped and can hold the sides with no issues. This is a win win solution. The girl in the back continue to inform me that she would still need to charge me. Tbh I didn't appreciate her tone when she spoke to me. Ownership and management need to be more involved. Is this company really going to place profits before customer's health?! They have plants on the left side of the wall as you enter and a sanitzer dispenser on the right side. They also have tables and single sofas to sit on. I tried something new on this visit. I normally get 12 oz. matcha bowl. This time, I opted for half matcha and half coconut. The coconut base is delicious. It has the perfect amount of sweetness. I added blue chia pudding, almond butter, Himalayan Salt, almonds, blueberries, mango, strawberries, goji berries, bee pollen, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of agave. All the flavors came together well. I was also able to get some reading done while I was eating the bowl. They do not wifi available. They have a rewards program if you would like to get set up with your phone number.
