Classic Coffee in Glendora Village is a nice spot to hang out, study, work, or read. There is plenty of seating inside and outside, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. The coffee is good. I would not say it is the best coffee, but it is still enjoyable and worth stopping in for. I just wanted to update my review, I have been coming back quite a few times as I love the location and I'm really more into boutique coffee shops over the big corporations. I haven't experienced any negatives in that at least 8-10 times I've been in. The service has always been good, haven't seen any of the tables be left dirty. And the lines have been moving. Classic Coffee said no matcha today, but the short-haired queen behind the counter was so sweet I got emotionally guilt-tripped into staying... and honestly, no regrets!! Ended up with a Ghirardelli white mocha latte and two pistachio macarons, which felt like the universe saying, "fine, have dessert for coffee instead." The latte had that rich nutty chocolatey vibe with a solid white chocolate flavor, and the macarons were the perfect little side quest snack. There's public lot parking or street parking. There's few seating but it's best to grab a drink and go. Otherwise it can be a nice place to meet a friend. The line could be long but it moves quick. The staff are nice and friendly. The noise level is decent. There's a restroom key that might be a bit tricky to open the door. They'll call your name for your drink. I got the glendora fog. It was hot so I waited before drinking. It's pretty good. There's a few pastries I'd like to try. I'd return to try more of the menu. read more

Tucked in the middle of downtown Glendora classic coffee has something for everyone. Inside of the shop is cozy and quaint with a good amount of tables and chairs throughout the cafe. I stopped in a decided to try the first thing I saw since I was in a bit of a rush and could not make up my mind which was the banana bread latte and I was happy with that choice. Their monkey matcha coffee was so balanced and the banana flavor was very rich, it felt like the name should be banana bread batter instead. I loved the combination of the two and would definitely recommend to anyone here. Price point is fair for about $5 I get an awesome coffee. "Classic Coffee (Glendora) is one of THE BEST coffee locations in SGV!!!" I ordered the Spanish Latte ($6.70 - Medium - iced). This unique, memorable drink includes espresso, sweetened condensed milk, and a touch of cinnamon. The Spanish Latte immensely impressed me with its delightful flavor, caffeine's strength, and high-quality ingredients. The iced Spanish Latte is exceedingly delicious. It's strong yet its sweetness is almost gentle. To my immense joy, Classic Coffee (Glendora) does not water down their drinks. Rather, the professionally brewed espresso lovingly shines through. With a soft sigh, the gentle aftertaste of cinnamon only brightens this splendid, wondrous beverage. Classic Coffee (Glendora) is a college student's paradise. This clean, well-ventilated location has public wifi, soft music, gender neutral restroom, and many electric outlets for devices. The location is fairly busy, yet it's quiet and cozy. It's a popular location, yet there's many tables inside and outside. Classic Coffee (Glendora) is located in the family friendly Glendora Village Shopping District, so there's plenty of free nearby public parking. Staff is cordial, professional, and efficient. Staff moved smoothly like clockwork. The staff at the register (receipt said Jonathon) is hardworking and welcoming. The drink arrived in four minutes and 36 seconds. Classic Coffee's ambiance is cozy and comfortable. The interior's colors and decor are calming and relaxing. The tables are very clean. If I were to nitpick, the trashcans in Classic Coffee (Glendora) fill up quickly; I had difficulty putting my empty cup in the nearby trash since it's full. In addition, the floor needed a couple more sweeps since I noticed bits of trash (ex: food crumbs, paper bits) under a couple tables. Regardless, Classic Coffee (Glendora) is relatively very clean. Overall, Classic Coffee (Glendora) is simply outstanding. Its "Best Coffee Shop Award" awarded 9 times from the San Gabriel Valley Tribune's Readers Choice Awards is well earned and justly deserved. Its location is exceptional for study groups and customers needing to work on their devices. In addition, the iced Spanish Latte is memorable, strong, and exquisite. I was in between getting the cookie butter or the banana bread latte so I asked the girl taking my order what she recommended. The banana bread latte was her recommendation and I was surprised how good it tasted. It was the perfect taste of banana it didn't have a fake taste to it like most banana flavored things can have. While strolling in downtown Glendora with my family, I noticed a lot of people coming in and out of Classic Coffee. That piqued my curiosity and we decided to go in and take a look at the menu. Right away, I saw cookie butter latte and decided we had to try it. I also ordered a nitro cold brew because I like the creamy and smooth taste. With the first sip of cookie butter latte, I was immediately blown away. It was by far the best cookie butter latte I have ever drank hands down. It had a really good balance of coffee to cookie butter. The taste of cookie butter hits you first and then you get that coffee taste after. We made the mistake of ordering a small and will order a large next time. I was impressed with the nitro cold brew as well. I could tell they use good quality beans here. Since we went close to noon, a lot of the pastries were gone. We will need to come earlier in the day next time to give the pastries a try. The staff was great and friendly as we were immediately greeted upon walking into the shop. They have maybe 5 tables inside, but because they were busy, it felt small and cramped. They have a great selection of drinks to choose from, including several sugar free choices! They also offer several different non-dairy milk options, such as macadamia, almond, and soy. The coffee is really delicious and smooth! My favorite has been the spanish latte, but every drink I've tried so far has been great. The cookie butter latte was a yummy treat! We've been customers of Classic Coffee for a long time and keep coming back because the food and drinks are consistently high quality. This review is about customer service. When an order has occasionally been incorrect and we've politely asked for it to be fixed, the response has sometimes felt cold or annoyed. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. The issue is the attitude that can follow when a customer raises a concern (i've witnessed it as well). It's especially disappointing because it isn't the cheapest place around. We don't mind paying premium prices for quality products, and we've happily supported the business for years. With those prices, however, we do expect a higher level of customer service when issues arise. It's disappointing because we enjoy supporting this business. The quality keeps us coming back, but the customer service experience can sometimes leave a different impression. This is intended as constructive feedback. I've had the cold brew and seasonal iced French Toast Latte from Classic Coffee. I've enjoyed both drinks I've tried from there. The coffee shop is located in a nice area in the Glendora Village. Inside you have your cute coffee shop vibe with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff member that helped me on my first and only visit (cold brew was delivered to me) was very friendly. Talked to me about the drinks I was considered getting. He was very knowledgeable about the taste of the different drinks. Didn't make me feel rushed or seemed annoyed that I wasn't ready. My husband, mother-in-law, and I visited for the first time on Saturday, 10/18, around 8 a.m. We wanted to try something new and support a small local business instead of going to Starbucks. Big mistake. We waited in a moderate line, which was fine, but the chaos behind the counter was shocking. The staff had no structure or system -- everyone was scrambling, working on random drinks, and getting in each other's way. It looked like three different people worked on my order alone. Unfortunately, the disorganization carried over into the drinks themselves. We ordered three different drinks, and every single one was awful. I had requested cold foam on my latte, but the preparation was a mess -- foam was splashed everywhere, most of it ending up on the counter. One of the employees even admitted that I got "the bottom of the barrel" foam and asked if I wanted more. When I politely said yes, they rolled their eyes. Completely unprofessional. Given the prices and extra add-ons I paid for, I expected much better quality and service. To make matters worse, we had also ordered a snickerdoodle cookie for my husband. When it never arrived, I checked the receipt and saw it was charged as a "sticker" instead. (Thankfully, I asked for a receipt!) The cashier apologized, which I appreciated, but when she went to fix it, she said we owed an additional 30 cents. We were shocked -- they made the mistake, yet we were expected to pay for it. At that point, we'd had enough and asked for a refund instead of the cookie. I calmly explained that the cookie wasn't the main issue -- it was the repeated mistakes and lack of accountability. We'd spent nearly $50 and were simply asking for basic courtesy. The cashier didn't know how to process a refund on a credit card and offered to give us cash back instead. Then a male employee in the back chimed in sarcastically, saying, "That cookie is worth that dollar though." Completely uncalled for. We left deeply disappointed. It's clear this coffee shop is being run by young, untrained staff without proper management or guidance. The owners desperately need to hire someone with business and leadership experience to bring structure, training, and customer service standards to the team. My family and I rarely complain, but this experience was so bad we felt it needed to be said. $50 wasted on poor-quality drinks, pastries, and an unpleasant encounter with staff who showed no respect or accountability. If I could give this place zero stars, I truly would. We're patient and kind people, but this was beyond unacceptable. I remember loving their frozen hot chocolate, but I ordered a mango fruit smoothie and butter croissant. Everything was great and yummy! Milk is very high in sugar. My sister was watching, thank God, and asked for half and half. Again the barista was agitated and told her there would be an up charge. Whatever. My sister said I didn't really want milk or half and half I just wanted the coffee and syrup. We opted for a refund instead. Another ridiculous transaction. Nothing is open super early in this area that has caught my eye. I needed a quick coffee before clinicals and this place definitely made my Monday morning! There were 2 people opening (both super cool and friendly). They both gave great recommendations of the burritos, (I ended up getting a chile verde burrito 8/10).
