We ordered two Wintermelon Green Teas with no toppings, one at 75% sweetness and the other at 25%, but the sweetness levels had been switched. The stickers on the cups clearly indicated which drink was intended to be which, making the mistake easy to identify. Concerning the Strawberry Matcha Latte, I enjoyed its intended ingredients. It's a blend of good-quality matcha, fresh milk, and powerful sugary sweet strawberry jam. Unfortunately, its preparation tasted rushed. I did not enjoy the globs of bold jam which lingered and stuck in my cup and throat. The cup's outside also felt somewhat sticky. Most unfortunately, whoever prepared the boba topping did a subpar job. The boba were not bouncy; rather, these warm boba immediately broke apart like unset pudding when bitten into. Staff was also somewhat awkward. The staff members appeared to be playing with the music, and they had Christian Rock Music blasting loudly in the speakers as they were giggling. Regarding ambiance, the location is charming. The inspirational words on the walls were uplifting; the puzzle section was cute; and the main dining area is fairly clean. Krak Boba (Glendora) also includes a gender neutral bathroom with a number lock. The location also shares the huge parking lot with the AMC (Glendora) and Barnes N' Nobles. Overall, Krak Boba (Glendora) is an unusual experience. It's an adequate drink with poorly made boba, but its base ingredients are solid. We got the matcha storm and added strawberry (it was yummy!), the Thai milk tea, the strawberry Thai milk tea, and Maui waui. All the drinks were delicious! They do have one all gender restroom available for customers only. The lady who took my order was friendly and pleasant. She was very gracious in answering my questions. The only gripe I had was that I kept on leaning back to look at the menu that is right above the counter. It would have been nice if the menu was also on the counter for ease of reference. I sometimes forget what I read or saw. Anyway, I usually order 3 drinks - 2 for my daughters and 1 for me. Got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea + crystal boba, Wintermelon Milk Tea (Jasmine green tea) + egg pudding, and Peach Tea (Jasmine green tea) + lychee jelly all with 100% sweetness and no ice. My youngest daughter said her brown sugar milk tea was good. As for my eldest daughter and my drinks, the tea flavor was a bit strong... it had a bitter taste to it unfortunately. When I walked in, I was the only one there, however, it was a Sunday night. As I stayed, people came and went as they ordered their drinks. Staff were patient as they answered my questions. I liked that the menu was labeled what was non dairy, and what had dairy in it. I also liked that they randomly had a Disney puzzle up by the cashier that was opened. They also got board games here if you want to hangout. What I was not a fan about was that they charge an extra dollar for milk alternatives such as almond, oat, and soy. It's like you're getting penalized for being lactose in tolerant. I ordered an ice matcha with no sweetener and oat milk. I asked if there was milk powder in the matcha and they said no. I was not a fan of the drink because it just tastes like powder. The next time I am here, I'll order something else. Walking in, the place was actually quite busy which is usually a good sign! I actually came with my friend who has been here before and she loves this spot. Been coming here and only here since they've opened a year ago! Their teas are authentic and strong, so you know they use quality tea leaves. Bobas are always fresh and chewy, never hard. One thing that stands out to me is that the staff and owner finds ways to include the community by laying out puzzles for guests to put together and by hosting karaoke Saturday nights!
