Krak Boba is a cozy neighborhood boba shop offering a diverse menu of classic and specialty beverages in a welcoming, laid-back setting. The café features a handful of tables, a collection of board games for customers to enjoy, and even a large community puzzle near the counter that guests can help complete. Having been to Krak Boba a couple of times before, we were disappointed that this visit didn't live up to the positive experiences we'd had in the past. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We weren't greeted upon entering, and despite placing our order before several other customers, our drinks were prepared after theirs. What frustrated us most, however, was that both beverages were made incorrectly. We ordered two Wintermelon Green Teas with no toppings, one at 75% sweetness and the other at 25%, but the sweetness levels had been switched. The stickers on the cups clearly indicated which drink was intended to be which, making the mistake easy to identify. To make matters worse, both drinks also came with a topping we hadn't ordered, suggesting a lack of attention to detail during preparation. **Wintermelon Green Tea: 3/5** The Wintermelon Green Tea itself was refreshing, balancing sweet, caramel-like wintermelon notes with subtle hints of brown sugar and molasses, while the green tea contributed a light, delicate finish. However, because the sweetness levels had been switched and an unexpected topping was added, we weren't able to fully enjoy either drink as intended. While previous visits to Krak Boba had been positive, the multiple service and order errors we encountered made for a disappointing experience. We hope this was simply an off day and that the shop returns to the quality and consistency we've come to expect. read more

Nice clean place located in a big plaza with an AMC Theater and lots of shops and eateries. There are plenty of parking. There are enough indoor seating. I like how there are board games to enjoy with your friends/family. There is also a puzzle by the cashier open to anyone. Server is friendly and my drink came out in decent time. There is a wide selection of drinks. My favorite is the Dragon Slayer (lychee slush with dragon fruit and mango bits). It is the perfect drink on a hot day. I like the mixture of the dragon fruit and mangoes. Sweetness was perfect and love the lychee taste. Highly recommend this place! read more

We were around Azusa area and youngsters are looking for milk tea. So I went with a deal I saw thru an app. Krak Boba of Glendora is located in a plaza next to AMC theatre. Service is friendly with just a couple of them handling the shop. Vibe is trendy Krak boba, clean, simple and catered to younger generations. It has a restroom in the back. We have two signature milk tea with reduced sugar + boba. Boba is soft and milk tea is flavorful. read more

Had a great visit at Krak Boba - Glendora! From the moment we walked in, the space felt clean, modern, and welcoming, and the overall vibe made it a really enjoyable place to relax and enjoy a drink. I ordered the Cocothai Butterfly, and it was absolutely delicious. Not only was it beautiful, but the flavor was just as impressive. It had such a refreshing balance--light, creamy, and fragrant without being overly sweet. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients, and everything blended together perfectly. It felt unique compared to your typical boba drinks and made the experience feel a little more special. You can tell they put thought and care into what they serve, and it definitely shows. Highly recommend trying the Cocothai Butterfly if you're visiting. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu! read more

This is a really nice spot. They have a pretty extensive menu. The inside is really lively, and there are games and puzzles. My only complaint is that the seating is a bit weird, and I wish there was more space. The drink I ordered was really good and wasn't overly sweet. Overall solid spot! read more

Krak Boba (Glendora) offers quick, sweet drinks. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte (Large - $6.85) with boba (additional 85 cents). Staff completed the drink in 41 seconds. Fast!!! Concerning the Strawberry Matcha Latte, I enjoyed its intended ingredients. It's a blend of good-quality matcha, fresh milk, and powerful sugary sweet strawberry jam. Unfortunately, its preparation tasted rushed. I did not enjoy the globs of bold jam which lingered and stuck in my cup and throat. The cup's outside also felt somewhat sticky. Most unfortunately, whoever prepared the boba topping did a subpar job. The boba were not bouncy; rather, these warm boba immediately broke apart like unset pudding when bitten into. Staff was also somewhat awkward. The staff members appeared to be playing with the music, and they had Christian Rock Music blasting loudly in the speakers as they were giggling. Regarding ambiance, the location is charming. The inspirational words on the walls were uplifting; the puzzle section was cute; and the main dining area is fairly clean. Krak Boba (Glendora) also includes a gender neutral bathroom with a number lock. The location also shares the huge parking lot with the AMC (Glendora) and Barnes N' Nobles. Overall, Krak Boba (Glendora) is an unusual experience. It's an adequate drink with poorly made boba, but its base ingredients are solid. If prepared with more careful attention and thoughtfulness, I'd probably happily "lift up" such a aesthetically pleasing beverage. I hope it improves. 3.5/5 read more

Krak boba is one of my favorite boba spots! I normally don't get boba drinks and milk tea all the time but when I do I like to get stuff from this place! The drinks are either really refreshing or very sweet and creamy. Drinks are delicious! You can decide on your sugar level with each drink. Boba here is great! I also like the ambience and look inside. It's a chill location and usually has places for you to sit. I haven't had any bad service from the people in front; they are friendly when I ask questions or have a hard time deciding on my drink. I do recommend this place if you don't plan on traveling far from Glendora to get milk tea and boba! read more

My family and I stopped at krak to have some refreshing drinks. The place was clean. They have one thousands pieces Hello Kitty puzzles on a puzzle table for the customers to work on while they are waiting for their drinks or hanging out there. It was fun and gave cheerful vibes to the shop. The baristas were very friendly and genuinely warm. We ordered; - Strawberry Matcha 5/5 Well balanced between the strong taste of matcha and the sweetness of strawberry. It was excellent drink for strawberry matcha lovers like me! - Strawberry Milk 5/5 Refreshing and light drink. The sweetness was perfect. - Mango Snow 5/5 It is creamy, perfectly sweetened with only 50% sweetness, refreshing and dessert- like taste. I will order one for myself next time. We enjoyed our drinks. They were really refreshing and perfectly sweetened. It's a nice place to stop by, have fun working on puzzles, enjoy your drink and get a fast service. read more

We were greeted by Aidan and he recommended some drinks and helped us out greatly! We got the matcha storm and added strawberry (it was yummy!), the Thai milk tea, the strawberry Thai milk tea, and Maui waui. All the drinks were delicious! Aidan even asked us if we had an account, the Krak bobas that I have gone to before usually never ask if we do so it was refreshing that he asked! The ambiance is nice, just like all the other Krak bobas where they have games if you want to have games and a good amount of seating! We will definitely come here again! Thank you Aidan for your recommendations and refreshing personality! read more

Came here today with no greetings and the workers looked like they partied last night and not wanting to be there... They were talking to each other and slow on making drinks. Brown sugar milk tea looked water down and their weren't any drizzle inside. They basically poured the leftover into another cup.. Dragon slayer didn't have any mango just a lot of syrup. Drinks here used to be good but I feel the staff gotten lazy or not motivated to be there. read more

After having a good meal next door at Georgie's Mediterranean Cuisine, I had to walk on over to Krak Boba to see why my dear Yelpie friend is so hooked on it. You know who you are LOL. It wasn't too busy at the time... only a couple other customers in front of me. However, by the time I left, the line was out the door kid you not. It's a good thing... that means business is good. This was my first time visiting Krak Boba. Glad they are here in Glendora. Welcome! There are no kiosk for self-ordering. Counter ordering works just as fine. Ambiance was okay with inside seating. They do have one all gender restroom available for customers only. The lady who took my order was friendly and pleasant. She was very gracious in answering my questions. The only gripe I had was that I kept on leaning back to look at the menu that is right above the counter. It would have been nice if the menu was also on the counter for ease of reference. I sometimes forget what I read or saw. Anyway, I usually order 3 drinks - 2 for my daughters and 1 for me. Got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea + crystal boba, Wintermelon Milk Tea (Jasmine green tea) + egg pudding, and Peach Tea (Jasmine green tea) + lychee jelly all with 100% sweetness and no ice. My youngest daughter said her brown sugar milk tea was good. As for my eldest daughter and my drinks, the tea flavor was a bit strong... it had a bitter taste to it unfortunately. Maybe we should have gotten them with black tea instead of jasmine tea. Other than that, drinks were fine. Despite of my bitter milk tea, I'll still come back here should I be in the area. I may just try their other drinks. Thank you Krak! read more

Krak Boba has been highly recommended by my Yelp friend Joy J (I'm finally trying Krak, are you proud of me now lol). This location is right beside the European Wax Center in the Glendora Marketplace. I wasn't sure what to get so I opted for my default drink which is Matcha Milk Tea, light ice. It was really good. Mildly sweet (like how I like it), w bold matcha taste (I like my Matcha strong). The boba was chewy and fresh. I got here at a time when it wasn't very busy, plenty of parking. The inside was clean and staff were friendly. read more

This is one of the BEST atmosphere I've ever experienced! They have puzzles, board games, cards, and a free water station. Came here randomly to work on my stuff. Happy that there are outlets by at least 3 tables. There was a gender neutral bathroom in the back with a code. When I walked in, I was the only one there, however, it was a Sunday night. As I stayed, people came and went as they ordered their drinks. Staff were patient as they answered my questions. I liked that the menu was labeled what was non dairy, and what had dairy in it. I also liked that they randomly had a Disney puzzle up by the cashier that was opened. They also got board games here if you want to hangout. What I was not a fan about was that they charge an extra dollar for milk alternatives such as almond, oat, and soy. It's like you're getting penalized for being lactose in tolerant. I ordered an ice matcha with no sweetener and oat milk. I asked if there was milk powder in the matcha and they said no. I was not a fan of the drink because it just tastes like powder. The next time I am here, I'll order something else. This restaurant is located in a large lot with Tilly's, old navy , Victoria's Secret, and etc... I am not sure how busy this lot gets during the day , but I am sure it gets pretty packed. read more

It's cool to have a boba spot open in the Glendora area. There are a few other spots open, but ive heard negative feedback so I was a bit skeptic to try this spot. Walking in, the place was actually quite busy which is usually a good sign! I actually came with my friend who has been here before and she loves this spot. She recommended for me to try the brown sugar boba which is what I was craving. I will definitely say that my order wasn't bad at all! I took the mango slushy drink to go for my mom and I honestly liked that better! I recommend this spot if you don't want to go out to Rowland heights for some good boba, but I definitely need to try some of their other items. read more

Krak Boba - Glendora - King Brulee (Large) & Jasmine Green Milk Tea (Non-Dairy, Large) - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Glendora, California

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE STAFF. I was big dummy and left my huge tote bag here with all of my stuff in it overnight and they kept it behind the counter and it was safe with everything in it the next day when I came to pick it up! Super friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, after COVID, so many boba places aren't staying open that late anymore, but luckily Krak boba is open until 11 PM. Good stuff. It seems like they also host lots of community events, do fundraisers, and they even have a BOGO FREE Happy Hour. It's nice and clean, well lit, some neat pop/street art inspired decor inside. It's also really nice that they have board games there too for people who want to hang out and catch up. I got their King Brulee half sweet, which was still pretty decently sweet, especially with the brulee, but still quite yummy. Sweet fresh milk poured over creamy crème brûlée and caramelized brown sugar. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon , Honestly the boba was good. It was perfectly sweetened and they put a good amount of boba and ice. The reason I'm giving them a 3 star is because of the service, we walked in and waited in line for a Minute , when we walked up to order I said hi how are you to the girl at the register she just looked at me with no response and said what did you want to drink , I thought the bare minimum she could do is say hi but nope that was too much to ask for , after we paid and still left a tip I said thank you so much and she just walked away. Her attitude left such a bad taste In my mouth I would not come back due to it. I have worked in the service industry I understand being in a bad mood at work and having a hard day but it takes absolutely no energy to just be polite and acknowledge your guest. read more

not too bad vibes here are good, they have these puzzles out for people to solve collectively overtime which is super cool! restaurant is clean they have a deal at a certain time of the day buy 2 get 1 free! mon-fri 2-6pm! so come with 3 ppl hahaha i only rate it 4 instead of 5 bc imo the recipe isn't too thoughtful, it just tastes like a standard boba shop- not amazing, not bad. i got a strawberry matcha which i thought would be sweetened by the strawberry syrup but i believe it's sweetened by both the syrup and extra sugar (i got 25% sweet and it was killer on my diabetes) but if u like super sweet to each his own and go for it! no hate to the employees makin it ik yall just work there and follow the recipe, so shout out to you guys but as for the owners who make the recipe... - i think the boba should be cooked longer or maybe u need a diff brand cuz its not that chewy - keep up that taro coffee recipe its actually fire - maybe the ratio is off or something but the drinks taste more milky/sugar than flavorful yk? like i wanna taste the flavors and not just sugar or milk, but i understand thats the foundation of boba but i hope you understand what i mean when i say more of the flavors overall i would come back for the taro coffee hell yes, i also want to try the butterfly drink read more

Me and the kids really love boba! It's been a minute so we decided to try this new-to-us location. Walking inside, it's very clean, vibrant, and inviting. So much so, that they make games like, Uno, chess, and jenga available to patrons. Their menu is diverse with offerings of tea, snow, coffee drinks, and milk teas. Service was prompt! My kiddos went for mango and strawberry snow both with boba. I had a drink with ginger ale, mango, and lychee jelly - very good and refreshing! I'd definitely come back and hangout awhile. Again the inviting atmosphere makes you want to stay for a spell - but we had errands to run. Until next time!! read more

We tried three different drinks today & they were all great! We got the Moon Princess, Strawberry Banana smoothie, & Taro coffee which were recommended by our server. Been coming here and only here since they've opened a year ago! Their teas are authentic and strong, so you know they use quality tea leaves. Bobas are always fresh and chewy, never hard. Although I'm sad that the previous inhabitants of this storefront are no longer there, this spot is a great replacement. I got a brown sugar milk tea and although the boba isn't what I expected (I thought it would be sweeter and softer), it was an overall enjoyable drink and I will definitely be back to try some other drinks. Friendly service and my drink was delicious! Boba was the perfect texture which can often be hit or miss with other Boba places. Will definitely be back. I am slightly confused though as the two gentlemen who were testing a key on the front door told me that this was their first day open. Yet per the reviews this location has been open for several months. Maybe it's under new ownership? Regardless, my concern is more about how the drinks taste and the customer service which were both spot on! read more

I come here for the king brûlée and the kids come for the queen brûlée. They usually have a steady flow of traffic.

I was in the area waiting for my Crumbl cookies to be ready & saw this place next to it & immediately YELP'd it. I gotta say, the name is what got me "KRAK BOBA" I love it! To my surprise, this was right up my alley. I am a new found fan of Boba, Teas, etc. So I had to come try it while I killed some time. Let me tell y'all........ IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! I walk in an immediately loved the decor and comfortable seating and not to mention the variety of drinks they have! It was so hard to decide what we would get. Ultimately we agreed on the popular menu item drink: Dragon Slayer ($6.85) + Lychee Jelly ($0.85). Allen C. behind the counter helped us out and he was great! Thank you for the Lychee recommendation, I am a fan of Lychee now too thanks to you! The drink looked so pretty that I did not want to drink it but I did and we finished it so fast! It was delicious and refreshing. I cannot wait to come back and try more of their menu items when I am around the area again. 10/10 RECOMMEND! read more

Who run the world? Boba (sorry Beyoncé).... Krak offers Great customer service thank you Eissabella! I wasn't sure what to get. They were patient with me and made recommendations. They have a sweetness level based on color (which I saw after ordering) very helpful. Maybe I should have toned down the Brown Sugar Milk tea because it was very sweet. 4/5 King Brûlée comes with boba something was lacking. It tasted like a brown sugar boba drink. 3.75/5 Brown sugar milk tea (added boba $0.87) was overly sweet it really jumps out at you. Thought my kids would be bouncing off the walls with this drink. Even took my wife by surprise on how sweet it was. 4/5 Krak Coffee (added boba $0.87) is exactly what you'd think it would taste like....krak! Very strong coffee, which is exactly what I needed. Too strong for my wife but I'm the coffee fanatic. A quick drink of the brown sugar milk tea then the coffee had a nice mix to it (what? No unwritten rule about mixing drinks). FYI this isn't sweet (sugar lovin' peeps, you know who you are) which isn't a problem for me. Not too impressed, honestly. I went here to get some boba while running errands nearby, and my first impression is the sticker shock. $8+ for a drink with boba topping? Fortunately, I eyed a paper that said $2 off first order with the app, so I went through the process to download the app and make the order. It says up to 15 minutes, okay. I even went up to double check if the order went through, and they said yes, and just proceeded to clean up the area and chill afterwards. It was 20 minutes after and then a huge wave of customers went in, and theirs arrived after mine, calling numbers higher than mine. I then went back up to check, only to realize they had made the drink all along, just sitting in the fridge for 20 minutes. That partly affects the preparation and quality: I ordered the Guerilla Thai which is a slush with Thai tea, matcha, and sea cream, and of course I also added boba. As beautiful as it is with the orange and green, I only really tasted the Thai tea. I tasted none of the matcha and sea cream. I guess in their preparation, Thai tea and matcha just don't go well together. Boba is of average quality. I requested 50% sweet and it was still way too sweet, so I wasn't even sure if they even adjusted the level of sweetness. Overall, while the drinks sound and look interesting, I was underwhelmed by the price and quality. It is a skippable place unless you really want boba and want to try something new in the area. read more
