This was my first time trying a smoothie from here. Our son goes to karate next door and always gets the açai smoothie. I have to be careful due to blood sugars so I thought let me give it a bash and try one called the glow. The service was great. The lady was very helpful and I have to say the quality and taste was outstanding. I really enjoyed my smoothie and went for one with lots of greens with limited sweets. If you're in the Neighbourhood, I would definitely check them out. read more

Beyond Bowls and Blends - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Glendora, California

I saw Beyond Bowls and Blends at The Historic Route Promenade in Glendora. It got me curious on what's "Beyond". Came here when it first opened on a beautiful Saturday morning. It sure covers a lot more grounds than your typical bowls, smoothies, and juices spot. They also serve lemonades, shots, toasts, sandwiches, and bubble waffles. Get your eats and drinks in one stop shop! Cool!! Free parking is plenty. Very cozy and comfortable space with some inside seating. Clean and cool atmosphere. Menu is on the right wall immediately upon entry. Honestly, their current menu placement may not be the best place especially if they get super busy and a crowd of people is near the front entrance all looking at the menu. Just my 2 cents. Fruits and dry toppings look amazingly fresh. Prices are reasonable. Super nice young lady staff offered some drink recommendations. Thank you Miss! Drinks come in 3 sizes... small, medium, and large. Medium is perfect for me. I got The Wave smoothie and The Greens juice. Wow, there is no better way to quench my thirst than with a nice cold refreshing smoothie like The Wave. Coconut milk, mango, strawberry, pineapple, coconut sorbet, and agave all blended together makes one exceptional drink. Loved it! Will get again!! The Greens juice was different. You gotta love your spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, pineapple, and lemon in drink form. I enjoyed it, however, it would have been better if it was colder. I asked for no ice so no fault of theirs. Maybe I'll get it with easy ice next time. Highly recommend! Come get you some Beyond. I'll be back to try their bowls, bubble waffles, and more refreshing drinks. read more

I had a good experience at Beyond Bowls (Glendora). The "Make Your Own Bowl" ($12 - 16oz - Medium) uses fresh, healthy, & delicious ingredients. I selected the Mango Base, Coconut Base, Blue Majik Base, Chia Pudding, Honey Oat Granola, Sliced Banana, Sliced Strawberries, Blueberries, Shredded Coconut, Shredded Toasted Coconut, and Drizzled Honey. It's a lot! My "Make Your Own Bowl" ($12 - 16oz - Medium) arrived picturesque and tasty! I arrived at Beyond Bowls (Glendora) on Tuesday (9AM - Opening Time). Parking is very easy. The parking lot is very big. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Staff seamlessly guided me through the process, and Staff happily answered all my questions. First, Staff receives the order and selected bases. Next, the customer pays at counter. Then, Staff leads customer to each topping section (ex: Granola Section, Fruit Section, Dry Topping Section, etc). In the end, customers can choose "for here" or "to go." Unlike other Acai Bowl locations, Beyond Bowls (Glendora) ordering process felt very smooth and well-rehearsed. I especially love how each section had a tiny sign, detailing the options. As mentioned, I enjoyed the "Make Your Own Bowl" ($12 - 16oz - Medium). It's affordable, very filling, and healthy. I especially love how the bases and chia pudding tasted fresh. These ingredients were not frozen chunks. To my immense joy, Beyond Bowls (Glendora) had chill, velvety bases. The strawberries and blueberries were plump and juicy. And the banana slices were fresh and bright. The shredded coconut and toasted coconut also added a friendly, cuddly sweetness. Each ingredient tasted fresh & delicious! "YUM!" Concerning ambiance, Beyond Bowls (Glendora) was not the cleanest despite arriving at the 9AM opening time. Even though I was the first customer of the day, a table was already sticky and covered in crumbs upon arrival. Fortunately, Beyond Bowls (Glendora) was mostly clean. The tall spacious ceilings had no cobwebs. The reflective window front entrance was not smudgy nor dirty. Also, the floors appeared relatively well-swept. This location also has no restrooms, but there's two bottles of hand sanitizer for customers. The location also felt well-ventilated and fresh. The location is small, but it still felt welcoming. I enjoyed the soft, smooth music. I also liked the dangling hanging fixtures. There's even two electrical outlets that are reasonably accessible to customers. There's about six tables. However, it was somewhat strange how the electronic menus said "Happy Easter" despite it nearing Thanksgiving. Also, the two tiny chairs hidden in the corner looked smudged and poorly kept. The front counter's base also had many faded shoe print marks and black rubs. Unfortunately, Beyond Bowls (Glendora) is showing the creeping signs of age. Overall, Beyond Bowls (Glendora) offers delicious, fresh, & healthy options. I left full & happy. If you enjoy Acai Bowls, I happily recommend. 4.8 out of 5 read more

Lately, my daughter and I have been into açaí bowls. Since we were in the city of Glendora at almost 8pm, we decided to try this place and it didn't disappoint. The smallest cup is priced at $10 which is reasonable. The amount of fresh goodies in a small cup makes it all worth it. They had many sorbets, fruits, puddings to choose from and how they arranged the fruits and nuts on our cups made it even more appealing to eat. Service was fast and they were nice. The place had many tables. Perfect place to eat and chat while having an açaí bowl or shake. Will be another go-to when in Glendora. It's in a good location. The complex has a Stater Bros. grocery store, a good number of small restaurants and this place can serve as a healthy dessert after a nice meal or refreshment in between errands. read more

Great experience! Asked the server to please place bananas on the side and separate from the "Basics" bowl we ordered, as my daughter has an allergy and we were both sharing a bowl. I used to frequent this establishment before they rebranded. They still offer açaí bowls and smoothies but they've expanded their menu to feature other snacks like toasts, paninis and bubble waffles. I liked that the bubble waffle came with option of drizzle and dry toppings, but sadly it was inedible. I was disappointed by not only by the preparation time, but also by the fact that the waffle was raw throughout the middle. It was a little pale and doughy. I think it could've cooked a bit longer even though the wait was already notably long. read more

After weeks in hospital, I was craving something light and healthy. Their protein bowl hit the spot!

Workers were friendly! The bowls were really good for the price and they packed it. There were a lot of fruit options not seen at other places like papaya, blackberries, and watermelon. The bowls themselves were really good!! Unlimited toppings!! read more

I went to Stater Bros and was craving a fruit bowl and found this cute gem next door. As soon as you walk in you see the amazing staff and toppings bar! I grabbed an acai bowl here and it was delicious! The base was thick, smooth, perfect -- not too icy or sweet. The toppings were super fresh: crunchy granola, perfectly ripe bananas and strawberries, and a little drizzle of honey that tied it all together. Portion was generous without being over the top, and everything came out quickly. Definitely one of the better acai bowls I've had in the area! read more

I ordered this on behalf of my allergic daughter. The server was stalling by shifting to other tasks just because I did not tip for a takeout order that I picked up. Dietary restrictions: The server was good about excluding granola oat & nuts from this allergic in-person order. read more

This is what it looks like when I got my drink. The cup was not full. When they handed it to me it looks like someone already took a sip of it. Also the drink tastes like nothing. Very light strawberry taste and other than that, it doesn't have any other flavor or fragrance of the fruit. For 8 dollar drink this is not really worth it. read more

I'm currently on a pretty strict health journey and have been searching for places that offer high-protein, low-calorie smoothie options. I decided to give this spot a try, but right away I noticed there were no nutritional facts listed for any of the items. That made me a little unsure about what I was ordering and whether it would fit into my diet. I was really hungry, so I ended up ordering the MVP, which was absolutely delicious, by the way. No complaints at all on the taste. For sure a 10 out of 10 there. However, when I asked the staff about protein content or calorie information, they weren't able to provide any details and seemed unsure. Unfortunately, I do feel a bit bloated afterward, which tells me it probably didn't align with my current goals, but that part is on me for taking the risk. That said, I do think if a place is promoting healthier options, it would be really helpful to have nutritional information available or for staff to be knowledgeable about it. If I knew the macros and it fit within my plan, I would definitely come back because the smoothie itself was so good. For now, I'll have to keep looking but I hope they consider adding that info in the future read more

I've been coming here a couple times now since I've been having Acai bowl cravings. Coincidently I came my first time when they were still their previous franchise, and the next time it was Beyond Bowls. I've tried other local spots, but one thing that I noticed is that their prices are affordable and worth it for the sizes you're getting! Today I tried their "The Classic" strawberry banana smoothie with oat milk, plant protein and agave and "The Glow" which is a green juice. I love the fresh taste of the glow. The Classic has little oat bits that sort of bother me but the taste is still good and filling. The classic was $6.86 for a medium and the glow was $6 for a small. Highly recommend trying them out read more

Ordered from their protein menu, the "classic" which essential was a strawberry banana flavor with vanilla protein. Slightly disappointed as it tasted very "icey" - in order for a smoothie to be creamier they must use frozen fruit and no ice! That's just basic smoothie making 101.
