I love this shop! The menu changes with each season & the drink offerings are so creative & yummy! I typically order chai lattes and was very pleased to find a chai latte with strawberry flavored foam. (Beware that the foam is made from dairy) So good. Highly recommend ordering off the seasonal menus. Really love the creativity of the menu. The servers are so helpful in explaining what the ingredients of the drinks and recommending pastries. They have fun with their menu here; you can find a seasonal menu every now and then, and have menu items like their Pandan Vietnamese Coffee, which is delicious by the way, to a creamy Dubai chocolate latte, to a sweet citrus peach green tea and smores chai. I told you they are fun, right? They also have the standard fully customizable menu with Americanos, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brews, etc. My fiancé chose Pressed + Flower to be our Sunday morning treat, knowing I am a sucker for anything cold and sweet while the sunshine is out. We got a Cold Brew w/ Cold Foam + Pandan Vietnamese Coffee to sit inside. Originally we were just planning for a quick to-go order but decided to stay to enjoy their ambiance. The interior is decked out to be just like their menu - fun and whimsy. Upon entering, I was immediately distracted by all the shoppable decor items like their huge mugs, candles, glassware, stickers, and crocheted animals. See, aren't they fun? I would've stayed in this shoppable section for longer and bought something if I weren't so coffee-deprived, but didn't end up purchasing a crocheted animal, although I really wanted to. I will save this thought for my next visit to make sure I can take one home. They have a variety of comfy chairs, and tables for guests to chill on and take a relaxing break while enjoying their coffee or tea. There are games in the front of the store if you want to entertain yourself with friends and hang out. The staff we interacted with were both friendly and welcoming. Stumbled onto this café because me and my friends wanted to hang out and plan some stuff so I had this in the list and we checked it out! Food/drink: It was just okay! They did have some seasonal matcha drinks, but the drink didn't really leave an impression on me. I do think the cold foam overpowered the matcha, which made it slightly too milky. My friends also got a matcha drink and a coffee and they said it was alright as well. Service: Staff here was alright. I don't really remember anything memorable since they just took my order and called out my order. Ambiance: The place was pretty spacious and there was a lot of seating, but it does get pretty busy! Came by for some coffee. This is a very interesting store. They offer free coffee ground for customers for fertilizer. There were also local artist selling their arts. I had fun walking around the store while I was waiting for my coffee. There is also a wall with lots of post it notes on it. There were post it note and pens for customer to leave positivity/ encouragement for others! I love the idea! They also offered board games and guitar. I sense very chill vibes. I came on a weekend around 10:30am. There was only one printed out menu at the cashier so I had to awkwardly ask another customer if I could take a picture of it. There were several patrons sitting at tables. There are lots of games available which is cool! Apparently a back room as well but I didn't see it. I ordered the brown sugar and cinnamon latte with oatmilk and the vegan morning glory muffin. The star of the show was the muffin. I thought it would taste healthy since there were pumpkin (?) seeds on top but it ended up being like a carrot cake in muffin form with sugar crystals on top. Sooo good and very moist. The latte was great too. No complaints. Not overly sweet. Strong espresso - I got jitters after. And it's crushed ice! The only dock for the star was the organization system. The cashier said she would walk the drinks and food out to us when it was ready. But seemed to be a bit disorganized to do this. She got a couple orders mixed up and had to hunt around for the correct customer. I also noticed that I got my drink before someone who was already sat down. If you blink, you might miss this little hidden gem. I swear, I had never seen it before and drive up and down this street a lot. Last night, luckily, it all changed. Our Running Club met up here; after clocking in some miles and we stopped by this idyllic coffee N' Tea shop. A friendly person behind the counter. A nice little menu of coffees, teas and sweet treats. Super clean place! (It matters) Plenty of space to sit inside and along a wall full of little "things" to buy and gift. This is one of my go-to coffee spots, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. I've been a handful of times and usually try something from their seasonal menu. On my most recent visit, I ordered the churro matcha. Definitely worth ordering if you like something a little different. This coffee shop is super chill and relaxed. There's a lot of seating, and they have thoughtful, unique touches throughout the space. One of my favorites is the Post-it wall where people can leave little notes and messages. It adds such a personal, community feel. I've come here solo, with my kid, and with my husband, and it works for all of it. The service is honestly amazing. The women who work here are always incredibly kind, relatable, and welcoming, which makes you want to keep coming back. Parking is street only, but I have never personally had an issue finding a spot. Overall, this is absolutely a spot I return to when I want to mix things up from my usual coffee routine. read more

I love this place!! I try to come whenever I'm passing through Azusa if I can make it before close. The baristas are always really friendly and always have great recommendations if I want to try something new. The coffee is always so good, and I love that they have so many flavor options. Another bonus is that they always have unique seasonal drinks that you won't always find at other coffee shops. I love when places experiment with flavor combinations. Their cookies are good as well. Love this place for so many reasons - great for working, studying, and meeting up or hanging out with friends. They've got delicious drinks and I love that they still give ceramic mugs when you ask for it (a lot of other places have stopped doing this and just always use the plastic lined wasteful to-go cups). I will likely even bring my family or kids here too as it has so many activities like books and games for young and old. Huge variety of drinks, good breakfast foods like even hot oatmeal, and some lunch food items too, although I haven't tried those yet. The staff are always kind and calm adding to cool vibe. How have I not reviewed Pressed + Flower? I love this place! Pressed + Flower is like a community center and an elevated coffee place and also comfortable and social, but they also have a little corridor in the back with a more quiet place where you can plug your computer in and work. Plus the coffee is really, really good. But they're also really nice, so on the rare occasions where I didn't love my coffee they've been absolutely wonderful about fixing it. And you can bring your dog (or cat) and sit on the quiet back patio or more social front outside table. read more

I am beyond impressed with this coffee shop!!!! They use Stereoscope coffee beans which I LOVE. Now I don't have to drive all the way to LA to get stereoscope coffee! They also have PLENTY of seating, free wifi, outlets for chargers, and clean bathrooms. What a dream! This is a great place to get some work done while drinking yummy coffee. So I came here about 3-4 years ago and I did not enjoy the coffee at all. So I never came back UNTIL this past Saturday. I gave it one more chance and honestly I'm glad I did. The coffee was PERFECT not too bitter not too sweet. It was just what I want and their matcha has to be one of my faves in Azusa right now. I'm glad I gave it a second chance and thank you to Laura, her and her staff were so nice and lovely to talk to. The honey comb latte with cold foam is 10/10! I did not go to the location personally, but my cousin is a regular here.

Came there for their matcha, I had came here before and the matcha was pretty good and decent. But upon coming here today and orderng the exact same thing i had ordered before, it was awfully disappointing. they changed the matcha quality and it just taste like grainy sand, which was confusing. Although their decor and staff are friendly, I would not recommend coming back to this place, as I will not be returning. There is parking on the street but otherwise no parking. Edit: I understand the owner did reply stating that is was a shortage and they had changed the formula, it is disappointing/interesting and surprising to know that they don't quality check and just sell to consumers something that is a different version that may not be really drinkable (granular sand?). And also, despite the shortage, there are still some on sale, they're more expensive yes, but alternatively to cheap out and replace with a crappier version, charging the same, no notification, and then be surprised with customer reviews badly after they're called out is sad. There was no notice of the change on the menu or at the shop. I'd like to get messaged once the matcha shipment is back to give it a retry, but this was a honest disappointment of an visit to see their quality going down. finished a hike in Azusa and this shop popped up and im glad it did! the shop has a little boutique part where you can browse and ample seating for those needing to work/study or even catch up with people. the guy who took my order at the register was great. super kind. ordered the cinnamon roll late and crème brûlée matcha. the cinnamon roll latte was a 10/10 for me. you can tell the beans they use are good quality and it wasn't over sweet or artificial tasting like most shops these days. the matcha was good too, but in my opinion not the best compared to other matcha lattes out there butttt it's still solid. totally recommend their coffee tho because that's something I'll be coming back for whenever im in the area! read more

Tall tables, short tables, comfy chairs to hang, and a long table with lots of seats. First thing I noticed was the pastry rack. Oh! Mmmmm. I couldn't help myself... so I ordered 8. Yes, 8. Pistachio, almond, chocolate..... wait, why am I writing vs diving into one of those right now?! Got plenty to take home to celebrate our trip's 'almost last day of high school'. Texted the fam to show them this place and our girls immediately dropped notes back, "oooh been wanting to go there!" and "cuuute". The service is super friendly. Not packaged and branded friendly, but genuinely friendly. My pastries were bagged nicely and brought to my table by a gentleman. The girl who helped me brought over my for here coffee in a real mug and saucer. Love the saucer so much. Ha. I'm on a 12-6 fast so I'm waiting 45 minutes to have a pastry and grab a latte. I ordered the Vietnamese Slow Dripped Iced Coffee ($5.75). This strong, smooth coffee is reminiscent of a creamy foamy dark mocha. I relished in the potent, spike of energy. This succulent dark amber beverage is liquid happiness. I arrived on a weekday (around 8:30AM). Staff is quick and professional. I ordered at the counter and sat down. Staff delivered the drink in six minutes and 57 seconds. Pressed + Flower (Azusa) surpasses all expectations. The location is spacious, attractive, and functional. There are eight tables with many chairs. It's well-ventilated (almost chilly) and clean. There's a water station, game corner (primarily Connect 4), cute knickknacks, public wifi with password, and electric outlets for devices. Quiet music hums from the speakers. However, the electric outlets are limited. There's a couple by tall narrow tables, and there's several by a large sunny window. I noticed about three customers working on a laptop. Pressed + Flower is easy to overlook; its exterior's appearance is very plain and tan. It's also connected to Azusa's one-way street. In addition, parking is challenging. I noticed a "rear parking" sign; however, I struggled to find it. It's easier to park alongside the road. [NOTE: Most street parking spots are timed - Three Hour Parking Time Limit from Monday to Friday.] Overall, Pressed + Flower (Azusa) charmed me. The location is cozy and functional. It seems like coffee shops are fleeting these days and Pressed + Flower helps to fill that void! While parking is suboptimal (there is limited dedicated parking in the rear, and street parking)- this coffee shop hits all the right notes. The coffee is good, there are "specialty" drinks ranging from butterbeer and matcha, there are tables a plenty, and also a number of pastries/bakery products couple your coffee with. I was able to spend a couple of hours working at a table, and realized there's even more seating towards the back (in a bar style). This could just be my new go-to location when I need to focus and concentrate. read more
