Can I give this coffee 10 stars?!! This coffee is hands down the best damn coffee I've ever had locally. If you see this spot open, don't think...just walk in and order at the little kiosks. That part is self serve and super easy to do. I ordered my normal coffee beverage a cold brew and added sweet cold foam for $1 extra. When I tell you the foam changed my life I'm not even kidding! It's so worth it!!!!! This cold foam was so thick it could save your life if you fell down. If you had a leaky faucet at home, just order some cold foam and it'll stop that drip in its tracks. Like this cold foam can save on plastic and help the environment because it's so thick you don't even need a lid! I wish I could upload a video. Just go try it please. So good! It's such an unassuming little coffee spot next to a laundry place and Chuck E. Cheese in a shopping center that doesn't look like anything special. The interior is minimal with slashes of green plants, some of which are for sale. I haven't tried any of the other coffee drinks because I'm a creature of habit so cold brew is all I need. I was in the area and was craving for coffee. I found this place because of the nice reviews. This place is very spacious with lots of plants. They are also selling their own products. I ordered from the special drink menu. Ordering is self served. I ordered Sea salt cream dark, brown sugar latte and Iced lavender Matcha latte. There was only 1 barista working behind the counter. He smiled at every customer as they walked in while he was busy preparing for our orders. Nice services. The drink came out very tasty! It was not watered down. This has been my go to spot recently. This place is in a medium size plaza. It is pretty close to a Chuck E Cheese. Parking may be challenging during the weekends but during the weekday mornings parking is great! Staff is very friendly. I am always greeted upon entering. They have 2 self-serve kiosks. I've recently been drinking the Ventana iced coffee and have been adding the sweet cream cold foam for an extra dollar also had the iced vanilla bean latte with the cold foam. Both are VERY GOOD! I also order the cheese croissant and it's was so flakey definitely a must try! Inside is all bench seating there is plenty of room to sit but not ideal for studying or officing with a laptop. Nice environment to work in. They dont have WiFi, but luckily I had my portable wifi with me. Not exactly comfortable to sit and do homework/work at. They ONE 8ft. table that is occupied by plants and is used for blocking their storage space. Restrooms are available you just have to request it. Serving time is a little bit slow, but they do their best to hand you your drink as soon as possible. The color of this place is pleasing to the eyes. My Butt hurts from sitting on their bench. Their are 2 "tables" spacious enough for a laptop and MAYBE a notebook on the side. The place was busy right after ordering my drink. I had their Ventana which is their take on a Vietnamese drink. My drink was solid. I would only comeback here if I was ordering to go. The place just doesn't have comfortable furniture to be at ease and I'm sure it's by design that they chose this type of furniture. read more

The shop has benches for seating and some low tables to place your drinks on, but this definitely isn't a study spot. I think it's more of a grab and go or grab and chat spot. I got an iced large latte. I like that they have the option of a large cup! Most coffee shops only have the standard 16 oz cup for iced lattes, but Ventana Coffee offers 16 oz or 20 oz for iced lattes! I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago and it's my go to cafe. I usually get a pastry and a chai (they have some of the best chai I've ever had) and sometimes a sandwich. The pastries are always tasty and the drinks are excellent. Right now they're serving a double matcha and it's not powdery nor too milky, just perfect (I'm very picky when it comes to matcha)! The people working behind the counter are always so kind. The service may be a bit slow if it's busy the wait is always worth it. I just wish they'd bring back the tables! They had tables out before the pandemic but they took them away and never brought them out again. This place would be a great place to study/work in. Oh and the music they play is always really good! I'll start off by saying I love ventana coffee. This is probably one of the greatest hidden gems in the Covina community. Owners are very friendly & always greet every costumer with a smile. Place is cozy and quaint with a variety of plants are a part of their decor. Coffee itself is amazing, I enjoy both the vanilla bean & horchata iced latte. Both of these coffees are the perfect balance of sweet & strong which is my favorite combination of all. If you'd like to add a little more sweetness you could never go wrong with their cold foam which pairs perfectly on both drinks. I have also had their limited time double matcha latte which was perfect as well. The drink comes with matcha cold foam which gives it some sweetness as well. One can order and adjust their drink preference on the self order screens. It's a great accommodation to visualize the drinks and order based on your preference! Two self-serve kiosks located inside this coffee shop. Based on some of the reviews, I decided to go with an iced vanilla bean latte and for an extra $1, added the sweet cream cold foam. Damn, that cold foam is so good. It's super thick and I couldn't get my drink out of the cup without a straw. I did have to leave my drink in the fridge later for at least four hours and the cold foam was still sitting on top and tasted good. HIDDEN GEM in Covina , I had no idea there is a local coffee shop in this plaza until my friend took me here. The decor is so chic and cute with quite a few plants. You can order your coffee on the terminal kiosk , super easy and pay with credit card. There are alot of specialty coffee that you can pick up or you can customize your coffee. This place is so cute! I don't know if it's true, but the interior reminds me of an old Yogurt shop remodeled. The vibes inside the cafe is really chill with indie music playing in the background and several plants arranged in the store. The Ventana ice coffee is dark and rich in flavor. But not too much where you can't drink anymore. Similar to a Vietnamese coffee. It's something perfect if you want to wake up! I am currently addicted to two things -- coffee and planes and Ventana Coffee has both of them. They even sell plants and propogate them onsite. Anyway, I had an iced latte with almond milk with sugar free hazelnut syrup and it made my morning. Ventana Coffee is AMAZING! I ordered the Sea Salt Cream Dark Brown Sugar Latte with whole milk and default sugar sweetness (100%) with added sweet cream on top. The drink costs $7.50 because "sweet cream" was an additional dollar charge. This beverage is sweet and superb! I felt flabbergasted since it tasted like a liquid cream milkshake with velvety brown sugar flavors. The caffeine is also delightfully strong! It's a memorable, flavorful, and powerfully caffeinated beverage. Yum! However, Ventana Coffee is intimidating despite the friendly staff. I arrived on Thursday (around 8:40AM) and there's already customers pouring inside. The two staff members kindly welcomed me; however, they quickly resumed their coffee making duties. Customers are mostly expected to use the self-service stations. It's intimidating but worth it. Customers can modify the milk type, sweetness level, and shots added; however; there's extra charges for the non-defaults. I'll attach a photo showing a couple of those additional charges. The staff is hardworking. I only waited 6 minutes and 37 seconds after my order. Strangely enough, the self-service kiosk's many options took me about two minutes to navigate. Ventana Coffee is well-ventilated and clean. Light pop music played on the speakers as customers waited. The location is small, but the decorative plants helped brighten up the ambiance. However, this location is primarily a "order and go" location. This is not a location for a laptop or studying. It's simply a place to quickly grab delicious, high-quality coffee. Ventana Coffee has a large parking lot. It shares the plaza with the big Chuck E' Cheese. Ventana Coffee is small and easy to overlook; it's absolutely a hidden gem.
