As far as the ambiance, it's located in the mall so you can easily fine places to sit and enjoy. The matcha was great and with triple the amount of matcha it will give you that energy boost and focus you need. ( in the same mall but different area) Place is cute and quaint, nice upgrade and perfect for a grab and go while doing some shopping. Staff is friendly and service is quick. I honestly can't believe what happened to the banana matcha here. It used to be a large drink for around $7.55, and now it's basically a small for almost $10. Going from a large for $7.55 to a small for $10 is absolutely crazy and makes no sense from a customer perspective. What's even worse is that the quality seems to have gone down at the same time. The drink is smaller, doesn't taste as good as it used to, and costs significantly more. If you're going to raise prices that dramatically, the quality should at least stay the same or improve not get worse. I used to enjoy coming here, but it's hard to justify paying nearly $10 for a drink that's smaller and lower quality than before.
