Classic Coffee is a staple in Downtown Glendora!! Everyone who works there is just the sweetest ever. I always have such a great experience here because of the connections the baristas get. I typically get their dirty chai it is so so good. Or if I'm not in the mood for coffee I'll get their tropical tea and add Splenda! Today I was recommended to get the cookie butter latte half sweet. I'm so glad I got it half sweet because that alone was pretty sweet for me. My drink was delish tho! I would totally get it again! Classic Coffee I will be back! read more

I read about Classic Coffee frozen hot chocolate and I decided to try it. The coffee shop is located in downtown Glendora. We went there on Sunday morning. The shop was very busy. They have 4 baristas. We ordered the following: -Large coffee. 3.25 - 2 Medium Frozen hot chocolate . 4.75 each The coffee was ready right away, I got it while I was paying. We had to wait around 10 minutes for our drinks. If you are in a hurry, it may be hard to grab a quick drink and go!! May be you can place your order in advance to save your time. The frozen chocolate was amazing I really liked it!! But the coffee was okay but wasn't particularly special although it was cheaper compared to other places. I will go to try other drinks but probably skip the coffee next time. read more

#10 in my SOCAL COFFEE SHOP SERIES A cute little classic coffee shop in the middle of Downtown Glendora. Their name is definitely fitting haha. Overall, if you're looking for a community, neighborhood feel, this is the place for you. Everyone seemed like they knew everyone. The staff is really nice and friends with each other so they're constantly talking to one another. If you're the type of person that needs noise to study or do work, this is the place for you! As for their drinks, they have all of your classics along with some seasonal specialities. I got the fall seasonal jack-o-lantern latte and turkey & pepper jack croissant. They ended up giving me the wrong croissant which was totally fine because it was tasty. As for the latte, it was also delicious. I wish there was a bit more pumpkin or cinnamon flavor, but the foam on the latte was great. The espresso was more mild and tame. In all, Classic Coffee is a spot I would go to for a grab and go coffee, not necessarily for workability or aesthetic. read more

Love having Classic Coffee in downtown Glendora. Some of the employees are wonderful. Shout out to Maddy, who went out of her way to make an order right! Unfortunately some employees don't care, and under fill the drinks in the cup (not good when you're paying so much for drinks!) or chat with each other while you are waiting for your order. The place is small and quaint and has games where people can play while enjoying their order, and there is wonderful seating outside too. Over all would recommend visiting this place. read more

This coffee shop is nestled in downtown Glendora. It had a cozy vibe with plenty of seating. The staff were very friendly and suggested drink options and told us about specialty drinks. The menu had a good variety of drinks and food to choose from. We ordered 4 different coffee drinks a few pastries and breakfast sandwiches. All of the items tasted great. They also had several different items for purchase such as stickers and magnets. I love collecting these items from new places I try. I would definitely visit again when I am in the area. read more

Love this local spot! They have great ceremonial grade matcha. The staff is always so friendly- especially Mackenzie!

The environment is warm and cozy, You can sit and play games with friends or work on your laptop or make a quick run in by ordering online & the coffee is next level. Personally recommend the cookie butter latte, Spanish latte and from their seasonal menu the chocolate covered strawberry latte' it's a mocha with strawberry cold foam soooooo good read more

Used to come here all the time as a student to come study. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with any of their drinks although the food is a little average. I love the indoor hallway space for when you need a quiet place to study and the outdoor seating for when you want to sit in the sun and hang out with friends. Also in a cute downtown area in case you want to walk around and explore. read more

Classic Coffee is a cute little coffee shop in the heart of Glendora. The coffee is delicious and made fresh. They have breakfast items that looked good although I did not try them. The service was excellent and friendly. It seems like a really nice place to come hang out with a friend for a coffee date or alone to get some work done. read more

I visited this establishment this past weekend for the first time and I was not disappointed. I was helped by a short, brunette female, I believe her name started with an M but I cannot recall. She was so lovely and created a positive start to my day. The drinks were amazing as well. A bit pricey but great for the occasional outing. I would absolutely recommend! read more

Not a local to the area but since I love trying out different coffee shops and had a great rating I made the little drive from Montebello with my doggo. Honestly, I had no clue what to order since all the menu items sounded delicious and the drinks other people were ordering looked so good! so, I ended up getting The Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk 1/2 sweetened and a chocolate chip cookie both delicious! It's located near cute shops and restaurants to walk around with a public restroom located outside, as well as a restroom inside! Environment has a nice ambiance with plenty of room to eat, sit, chit chat or study! read more

This is a popular coffee shop in downtown Glendora. I enjoy the many options from lattes, coffees, frappes, non caffeinated drinks, and sweet treats. I like the Spanish latte and my kids enjoy the macarons. It's clean and often has a lot of cute mugs, being sold in the seating area. They offer gift cards perfect gifts for teachers and locals. Outdoor and indoor seating available. read more

Good service. Nice food and coffee. Really good for study or enjoy your time. The environment is clean and cozy.

I had the blueberry lemon black tea. It smelled and taste so freakin good. Parking was Okayy I drove around twice to find any. A little overpriced $7/piece for baby donuts. Service was good. Very clean inside read more

I came in for a quick 30 minute break from momming. It was pretty busy for 8:30am on a Tuesday, but I guess it's everyone else's holiday break as well. I requested a medium latte with one pump of sugar free vanilla. I don't like my coffee very sweet, and usually get it plain, but wanted a tiny bit of sweetness today. When my drink came out, I don't know how much sweetener they put in it, but it was way more than I asked for. I had to wait till I got home so I could cut it with milk and more espresso from my dad's machine. I will say this was more frustrating than it normally would have been, as I don't often have a chance to get away from being a mom. I also got a chocolate croissant which was super disappointing. I only took one bite. I'm not sure if anyone here has been to Tous Les Jours, but few things measure up after having their pastries. The young lady who took my order was really polite and sweet. I like their little outdoor seating area. The ambience inside is really nice as well--good for a little remote work or a time out. I'm only vising from Utah, or I'd probably try again. read more

Ambience is great, I like the indoor seating inside the shop and the nearby wide hallway. They also have outdoor seating, very clean and many options for drinks. I wish the prices were lower, because as of right now (sept 2024), the prices for some of the drinks are close to $10. It really deters me and others who like tea and coffee. I'd like to support it, but $7-$10 for 1 drink is definitely not worth it, especially for the smaller sizes. Unless the prices are adjusted, I'll just be going to other cafes. read more

reasonably priced a coffee shop very cozy a lot of people studying very youthful crowd and clientele. I plan on having their food next time I visit, but I've only had their Matcha and a few of the coffee options and I haven't been disappointed yet. It is one of my favorite local coffee shops in the SGV area. They have a customer for life. 7/10 read more

Pros:This place totally gives me East Coast vibes. It smaller like pastries and fresh bagels in here. There was a more hustle and bustle vibe which is different than a lot of other specialty coffee shops which tend to be more chill but that aspect made it fun. Pecan bar was super tasty. Cons: I got a French toast iced latte and honestly it had a fake flavoring taste to it like they put too much syrup where it almost had an alcohol after taste. I was kinda disappointed since I was excited to check it out. I will give this place another try another time and update my review. Hoping I get a better drink next time! read more

I enjoy going to different coffee shops, sadly this place was not what I expected. Servers/Cashiers are rude. At least on the day I went they were. One Server in particular was very friendly and helpful in making my decision due to everything I wanted or asked for was apparently out. I agreed to his suggestion, and it was ok. I was not thrilled, my little one did enjoy his grilled cheese and chocolate milk. They are located in downtown Glendora. I love the feel and the atmosphere of the downtown area. I am not sure what happended but I think they lost thier touch on coffee. They had good reviews and I was really looking forward to their coffee flight but they informed me that ended becuse of covid. read more

Best coffee and tea in Gel Dora hands down. Great for kids because they have a little book corner and tasty snacks and right outside are the city provided games you can play. Service is always good. Never seen this place empty. read more

This coffee shop is located on the downtown path off of Glendora Blvd. Parking is decent in front of the business, allowing 3 hours of free access. Coffee is made fresh for you and takes a few minutes. As I waited, a woman took my dark roast coffee and walked out with her family members. I thought at first it was her coffee. When I asked the staff, they told me it was mine and not hers, especially since she didn't place an order. She was long gone by the time I looked outside the premises. The staff brewed another fresh brew and apologized for the mishap. I didn't think this would happen during a weekend afternoon in downtown Glendora. read more

Good drinks, good bakery items. I enjoy coming here when I'm in Glendora. However, it seems like the place needs a good deep cleaning. The floors are grungy, trash cans are kind of gross looking, and the bathroom was very dirty. The bathroom floors look like they haven't been cleaned in a few weeks at least. It's a high traffic coffee shop so I'm sure it gets dirty quick, but it needs a little more attention in this area. read more

No stars are now deserved. I'm a 50+ year resident of Glendora and have regularly patronized the downtown Glendora shops and restaurants for decades. I've been a customer of Classic Coffee ever since they first opened in 2004. That's 20 years worth of lattes and pastries. During the 'Covid shutdowns' from 2020-2021, when small businesses were being driven out of business by County and CA state tyranny, I went out of my way to further my $ support to our downtown restaurants & Classic Coffee in particular. Including several $100 tips thrown into their tip jar to do my part in helping staff survive. That along with strong statements/comments made at Glendora City Council Meetings in support of Classic Coffee and other impacted downtown restaurants fighting county regulations, taxes and most recently, new local outdoor dining fees and regulations. Over that same Covid period, I serendipitously met a handful of other men and women of like mind and we soon started regularly meeting at Classic Coffee in the mornings to socialize and quite frankly, fellowship. Included in our group: four veterans who served and saw combat duty in Vietnam, a local Pastor and retired LAFD Captain, a Deputy CA DA, and a retired LA County Superior Court Judge. We regularly spent a lot of $$ there each week. But today, Flag Day 2023, we were all permanently banned from Classic Coffee. Why? We evidently had the nerve to bring food and drink items purchased from other local stores IN ADDITION to what we regularly purchased at Classic Coffee. Fred the owner, actually called Glendora PD to come out and give us formal notice to leave and never return else be subject to criminal trespass. I left prior to that exchange but will never set foot or spend another dime there ever again. I encourage everyone reading this to do the same. So, that's how this place treats their best long term customers; & Veterans and women on Flag Day, no less. Go elsewhere. read more

Authentic lattes with very great recipes! You can tell they really took the time to test and try out their combinations and flavors. I come about once every weekend and they do not disappoint! The staff is very friendly and have great recommendations. There was a visit where my latte tasted a little off and they took it back and let me switch my order without hesitation. Great customer service! Will definitely keep coming back. read more

Whether you're 55 or 5, the frozen hot chocolate is a must. Stop by this place whenever you get the chance!

I ordered a pretzel croissant sandwich from Uber Eats and got this instead! Don't know wtf it was. It looked like sausage and egg but had no flavor, was cold, and tasted disgusting. It tasted like one of those Jimmy Dean microwaveables or something from a hospital cafeteria. I had to eat it trying not to puke because I was hungry and already paid for it. Not sure how they could get this confused with a pretzel croissant. If they ran out they should be calling the customer. I feel like they took advantage of the situation because I ordered from Uber Eats and not in person and gave me whatever they felt like. Will never order from here again and will tell people I know not to order from them. They obviously don't care about getting people's business and the people that work here are incompetent. read more

This is such a cute homey coffee shop! It's located right in downtown Glendora and has been voted SGV's best coffee shop for 5 years in a row. They have outdoor seating and indoor seating. I would totally study here next time I'm in the area. There was a long line when I got there at around noon. I ordered the Nitro cold brew and my boyfriend ordered the horchata frappe and cold brew. The nitro was nice and refreshing. I love the vibe it gives off too! They even had cute holiday decorations and holiday drinks! Would definitely stop by here again next time to try them out. read more

I left a negative review here after my sister brought me a chai latte and I hated it. I didn't realize that they used sugar free syrup by mistake. I feel sorry that I never saw the owner's response and that I was so quick to leave a review.. So I gave it another shot and got chai latte again, it was made correctly and It was WAY better than the first time around. I'll be back if I'm ever in the area. I went to Classic Coffee today at 8:30a, this a.m. I ordered a strawberry & banana smoothie ( I use to order these all the time & loved them); well not today. I watched my smoothie being made- approx 1/2" of banana flavoring & 1/2" of strawberry syrup-then 1" of water & an entire large cup of ice. It was mixed together. After calling the wrong name of Susie- & watching it just sit, I decided to check if it was indeed mine. I just knew it wasn't mine. My name is not Susie. Well, it was mine & they called the wrong name although my correct name was on the cup. I retrieved my smoothie walked outside & took 2 gulps and threw it away ($8.40). It tasted like water with a DROP of flavoring; not what I expected for $8.40! I will never go back. It was such a complete disappointment. read more

Room for improvement: The staff feels hardly fake friendly at the surface. Not authentically warm and inviting. The environment is clean and sterile feeling, but doesn't have a comfortable community vibe. Maybe some better cozier furniture might help. Regular drip coffee is always burnt and bitter. I've thrown mine out the last several times after leaving the place. Disappointing. Not interested in buying earrings and other random items at a coffee shop. The prices are WAY too high and need to come down a good 20% ... at least! There fancy drinks are way too costly and beyond regular budget for students! read more
