There is a ton of coffee spots in this area and this was the one that was highlighted driving back to Vegas. Coffee: The one I got was their popular item the vanilla sage latte. The gentlemen explained that the beans sit in sage to give it a more balanced taste. He was not wrong, i loved it, and I can't wait to get another one. Service: Friendly and on time on a fairly busy sunday morning. ambiance: this place is awesome, people were either studying, vibing, hanging out with family, rolling solo. There's also a BAR in the same vicinity, which is awesome. There's games to rent, a nice water station. Very hip. This place has all the components to make it a must to stop by. parking: free parking during the day for two hours.

Their roast is phenomenal, the staff is personable and knowledgeable, and their most recent remodel made every corner picture-perfect. I would highly recommend any of the specialty lattes, as they are well-thought out and are full of flavor. The wait is usually around 40 minutes from the packing house doors (a typical weekend line), but I have never regretted the wait, as the coffee is genuinely delicious.

Usually I go straight to the food reviews before ambience, atmosphere, staff and such etc., but my focus has reversed a bit starting with the atmosphere. The minute my family strolls in, we had this young lady totally stare down my family. I have not ever felt our presence would strike such an unwelcoming or unwanted tone from an establishment. The gentleman at the front counter was pleasant and made some conversation so my mood was put to ease slightly, but he was next to the mean girl and it was hard focusing on the order placement. Excuse the rant but that almost ruined my morning. We sat to try our lattes and it was astonishing to see smiles given to other patrons from a woman who nearly frowned the whole time we were there? This young lady was so rude to me and my children. I can only speculate and I'll keep what I feel off the grid for now. On to the positive stuff (2 stars) the lattes were very tasty. Unique flavor options, a few different types of food items to accompany the latte or teas. Our selection: ham and cheese croissant (mid), Courageous latte-Old Forester Bourbon, Brown Sugar, Organic Cream, Pink Salt- very good HOT. It's nice and clean inside. Iron & Kin, please remember, every paying customer should be welcomed into your establishment no matter what they look like. I mean, why did you start this business anyways? Wasn't it built on a dream for success, entrepreneurship, to serve the community?

Calm, relaxed, and easy to settle into. It's the kind of place where you could picture yourself staying for hours. That said, it was running a bit warmer than comfortable inside, which made it harder to fully unwind. My iced caramel latte came out looking and feeling more like a room-temperature drink than an iced one. It wasn't unpleasant, but when you order something iced on a warm day, you're expecting cold. The bigger issue for me was the Wi-Fi. I came specifically to work, and while the signal showed up fine and I had the correct password, I couldn't actually get connected. I tried on multiple devices and others were unable to connect as well. That essentially defeated the whole purpose of my visit. Sanctuary seems like it could be a solid spot, the aesthetic is there, but they'd benefit from dialing in the drinks and making sure the Wi-Fi is actually usable for remote workers (especially since they offer a meeting room, a little pricey per hour though at $40). Might give it another shot someday, but with lower expectations.

When I walked in, it was already busy, with around 10-12 people waiting for their orders. Even so, the line moved quickly, and my order was taken in less than 1 minute. It was completed within about 5-7 minutes, which says a lot about how efficiently they run things. Credit where it's due to both the front and back-of-house staff, everyone clearly knows their role, and it shows in how smoothly the operation runs. The menu is extensive and a bit overwhelming at first. They also had Valentine's Day specialty drinks alongside their regular offerings. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and went with the cookie butter latte, mostly because I've been into cookie butter lately and wanted to see if it actually worked as a coffee flavor. The interior is genuinely impressive, stylish, well-designed, and very photo-friendly without feeling cramped. Plenty of seating and a comfortable waiting area, which helps when it's busy. Customer service stood out. The cashier was moving fast, almost too fast, accidentally skipping the option for a text receipt before I could select it. Still, he fixed it immediately and sent the receipt manually, which I appreciated since I wanted accurate pricing for this review. The coffee itself was strong but well-balanced, rich, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I haven't had coffee in a while, so I was half-expecting it to be too much, but it ended up being one of the most satisfying cups I've had in a long time. The ham and cheese croissant was also very good, fresh, filling, and larger than expected. It's easy to see why this place is well known. I've seen friends post about it online for a while, and after finally trying it myself, I can say it lives up to the hype. I'm not disappointed at all. 1 16oz cookie butter latte $6.12, 2 Ham & cheese croissants ($4.50 each), + $1.59 sales tax, + $2.51 tip = $19.22 5 out of 5.

I usually hit their San Marino spot, but this location still delivered the goods. The shop's a bit small inside, but service was nice. Grabbed my ride-or-die Koan-Im Oolong Latte and paired it with a donut from my favorite donut shop like I was assembling the perfect duo for a late night snack. The tea was lightly sweetened perfectly to my liking, smooth, and clearly crafted by someone who respects tea leaves more than I respect my sleep schedule. The cloud top was basically dalgona candy foam and felt like a bonus dessert after finishing the drink. Even with a lot of people waiing, service moved fast, in & out in about 7 mins. Quality tea, speedy service, and enough creamy foam happiness to make a milestone review feel deserved!! Highly recommend!!! Now for some poetry that's inspired my 1000th review: Warm glazed memories sift through my reverie. A pink box opened in the summer of 24. Days were bleak and hollow like a bakery shelf at closing. I saw the saddest eyes, soft as powdered sugar falling. Sweet like a dalgona cloud top koan-im oolong latte, but carrying a quiet ache no frosting could hide. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut. Still, I'm grateful as the world is as it should be. I pass by the donut shop on 66 and smile. People think it's just about donuts. But once.... a long time ago, one saved my life. You can find there menu on a projected screen facing the wall where you order (which can be hard to see once you walk in). There is also a menu up against the walk where the self ordering kiosks are (but doesn't seem to be working). I ordered the popcorn milk tea with brown sugar tapiochi and tried the jasmine matcha latte. The popcorn milk tea with brown sugar tapiochi was just as I remembered it. It was delicious. Nice and toasty, just like popcorn. You get that milk tea taste as well. And the brown sugar tapiochi balances the toasty flavor you get from the popcorn. The jasmine matcha latte tasted like straight up matcha. Didn't really get any taste if the jasmine. But I guess that's cos matcha is such a strong flavor. I wish they had an option for light ice cos it seemed like the drinks were full of ice. The guy who took my order was nice. Received great service from him. He was very friendly. As well as knowledgeable about the menu when I asked for drink recommendations.
