My review is just based on their matcha milk tea. My company hosted an event and provided us with different milk teas from Yocrepe. Since I wasn't able to adjust the sugar level, I opted for the matcha milk tea thinking that it would be less sweet. At the standard sweetness level, the matcha milk tea was still a bit too sweet for me. The boba pearls also weren't the best in texture or flavor. Overall, the milk tea is just okay. So what I found here was an interesting Korean BBQ Crêpe that had nice bite sized pieces of marinated beef with cheese and mushrooms! I'm all about those Shrooms! I also had their strawberry crepe that was portioned just right and I only say that cause after having that first one I was already half way full! Sometimes I'm just so undecided and don't know what drinks to get so I went with two of my favorites. This place has good drinks and good waffles (must be eaten hot and fresh), but their service/product is always inconsistent. The drinks are different every time and the customer service is iffy. The reason I make this review is the horrible experience i had today. I ordered a strawberry nutella waffle with whipped cream and no maple syrup (which the girl repeated back to me.) When I finally get my order, i open the box and it's a strawberry banana waffle, NO nutella, WITH maple syrup. Mind you, I forgot to take pictures of the first 2 times they messed up our order and the maple syrup is in the same compartment as the whipped cream, so the whipped cream couldn't be salvaged. Had they just gotten it wrong the first time, it wouldn't have been that big of a deal because accidents happen, however, i went back in and told them what was wrong, and the owner keeps asking if it's okay if she just gives me a frozen yogurt cup with nutella in it. I explained very politely and multiple times that i ordered a STRAWBERRY NUTELLA waffle NO MAPLE SYRUP, which would obviously mean a new order with nutella and no maple syrup, right? One of the employees finally takes back the incorrect order and i wait for them to fix it. I get my order back, and they took the bananas out, but left the messy maple syrup/whipped cream mess, and give us the container with nutella. I have to go back in YET AGAIN, and explain to them that we don't like maple syrup, and we don't want it with the whipped cream. Because i was so tired of having to get my order fixed, i let the container with nutella slide although i found it really unprofessional since usually the nutella would be in the same compartment the maple syrup was in, but nevertheless, they take the order back and i wait AGAIN. I get my order back a third time!!! I open up the box and guess what? The box is finally without bananas or maple syrup but it also has no nutella. At this point i am SO tired of having to speak to them about my order that i just let it be, but they gave us the same waffles 3 times in a row, and by the time they finally got our order 80% correct, our waffles were cold and soggy. And to top it all off!!!!! When i finally got the "correct" order, they put NO forks or napkins in the bag!!!! and i had to go inside a FOURTH time!!! The owner gave me a little bit of diced strawberries in a container as what i assume to be an apology for the inconvenience, but they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or really do anything to makeup for me having to go back and forth 4 times about an incorrect order.
