This place is super cute and much larger than I expected . I honestly thought they were serving thrifty ice cream at first but after I sampled some flavors I knew this wasn't just thrifty ice cream- they have more flavors . Was in the area and looking for dessert. O's came up and we decided to try it. They have a good assortment of flavors available, including some seasonal ones. I went with macadamia nut ice cream and my wife did a bing cherry. The flavors are delicious and balanced. Not overpowering or artificial. The decor is cute and classic. It has a retro vibe but also a modern feel with the artificial plant wall and neon light sign. There is plenty of seating which so many ice cream shops don't have. We were able to try samples and the folks working were super friendly and answered our questions about flavors and letting us try multiple. read more

This ice cream shop is located very close to home so we decided to check it out. Parking is on the street but was fairly easy even for a weekend visit. It's quite a large space for an ice cream shop. It was nice and clean with lots of seating available. The folks behind the counter were very nice and knowledgeable about all the ingredients in each of their flavors. They had a banana rocky road and that was a delicious, unique flavor. My kiddo had taro. It was all pretty good. Would definitely stop in again when I have am ice cream craving to sample new flavors. read more

The service was okay the staff was not the friendliest. The ice cream was good nothing spectacular. I got marshmallow cones as a topping and they were stale and rock hard. The tables were mostly all dirty. It's okay if you're in the area but not something I'd drive out for. read more

Wow! I fell so in love with the Dubai ice cream cup! It was so delicious! The Dubai chocolate craze is definitely everywhere now and this place really does it justice! $13 for this cup is extremely affordable and it was so good! Stopped by for a sweet treat with a friend! The staff was nice. We were the only ones so they let us take our time choosing and giving us samples. I chose Chocolate Chip and my friend chose Oreo. I really enjoyed my Chocolate Chip, it was tasty. It tasted like normal ice cream though so don't expect to be blown away. It feels spacious inside and is very cute! This place is so cute! Nice new addition to Downtown Upland! They have a smaller sign on the building and a sandwich sign on the sidewalk, but the sign on the sidewalk can be easily overlooked when there are cars parked on the street. The place is immaculate...clean, bright, cheery. There's ample tables and chairs inside to sit and chat over your dessert. The staff is always pleasant and helpful--I've always been welcomed immediately upon entering. They use reusable golden spoons to try their flavors and they're generous with the samples. They offer single or double scoop size. The single scoop size looks really small in comparison, but it's honestly plenty! Today we got the lemon sorbet and rainbow sherbet as well as the taro and coconut pineapple flavors. We loved them all! They have some interesting flavors available such as banana rocky road, which I'm going to have to come back and try after reading some of these Yelp reviews! We came to try the new O's ice cream shop in down town upland and I was was more than pleased that I did. Great looking place with a great selection of flavors. I tried the brownie Sunday with French vanilla and banana rocky road, the ice cream was perfect! Not overly sweet and very creamy! We also tried the waffle cone which is made in-house with strawberry and pistachio ice cream. Strawberry was soooo good. I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and there were a good amount of people inside. Parking is street and a lot to the side. The inside is very cute and spacious with a good amount of seating. Customer service was great. We got a double scoop on a waffle cone. We liked the banana rocky road and the green tea. I liked that the ice cream didnt melt easily which makes me think its higher quality than other ice cream. The waffle cone was good. The scoops were generous and affordable! I would recommend. The bits of pie crust in the ice cream complements the flavor perfectly. Make it a double scoop paring it with Lemon Sorbet. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the associates. It was my first time coming in and while I was looking at the wide variety of flavors, the associate helping me asked if I'd like to sample any of the ice cream. I tried the Horchata & Banana Rocky Road flavors. I would recommend both! Very delicious. It was just under $14 for 2 waffle cone single scoop ice creams, which is more than reasonable for the delicious and unique flavored ice creams and for the very large portion size. They put 2 different types of boba balls, one which popped in your mouth. So delicious. Their menu had a lot of options of teas, smoothis, and bites. Staff was friendly and helpful when I placed my order. Will have to return next time i'm in the area and try their organic acai bowl. Some seating inside. Parking was easy. Cute little wall art. I found that they had a delicious variety of coffees for me to choose from. My favorite has become the Horchata latte, and it's my go to every two weeks. I've liked this place so much so that I have came back for a crepe! They have many crepe options to choose from. I was looking for more of strawberry and Nutella crepe & it did not disappoint. It also helps that this place has extremely nice staff. The location is so welcoming and makes you feel like you're in a giant candy store. That said, once I took a bite, I was genuinely impressed. The cookie was gooey, rich, and packed with great chocolate flavor. It definitely tasted much better than it looked. One thing that was frustrating was the promotion they were advertising. There was a huge flashing sign saying you could get a free cookie if you joined the membership club, but the QR code was so tiny that my phone couldn't scan it. The code only flashed on the screen for a couple of seconds every several minutes, and it honestly didn't seem to work very well. In the end, I paid the $3.95 for my cookie and went on my way. While the presentation and promotion were disappointing, I do have to admit -- the cookie itself tasted really good. Sir was really cute. It was very small in the plaza in Claremont.

The young lady who took our order was nice & friendly, efficient. The shop is cute with cat themed decor. Got the matcha milk tea with crystal boba--yummy! Half-sweet is the way to go! I had to get the Meow Tea Special because of its pretty colors. Luckily it's more than just for looks, it tasted very good as well. It's not too heavy so it was easy to drink. I forget which flavors it comes in, but I recommend giving it a try if you're not sure what to get from the menu or if you're looking to try a new drink. If you plan to go here a few more times, remember to ask for a stamp card because they do not automatically give it to you. They also have a promo where if you leave a comment on Yelp, you get a free topping. Service was very quick, and for those with social anxiety, there's a kiosk to order as well and the lady is very patient while waiting to see which drinks you need made. Interactions are very quick as well so you don't have any awkward conversations.
