The banana flavor is present without being overwhelming, and everything is balanced so well that no single ingredient takes over. We were in the area for the Lemon Festival and were looking to cool down with some ice cream. This place was featuring 3 different kind of lemon flavors for the festival (Lemon Cheesecake, Lemon Custard, and Lemon Sorbet). They were generous enough to let us sample the flavors before we finalized our choices. They have split scoop options in case you weren't sure what to go with. I ended up going with a split scoop: Lemon Custard and Lemon Sorbet. Lemon Sorbet was light, refreshing, icy. It was the perfect cool down. Lemon Custard was sweet and decadent. Not too overwhelming. Both these flavors had the right amount of lemon without it being too sour or tangy. The place had plenty of tables and seating for us to enjoy our cool treats there. There was no restroom available for patrons unfortunately, so if you're bringing kids or are just a messy eater, I'd suggest bringing water with you to wash your hands afterwards so you're not all sticky. They had a lot of other ice cream flavors that sounded so good. A great find for the summer months ahead. read more

The folks here are friendly and they have a great selection of flavors that include traditional ones as well as some creative limited ones. Went here for the first time with my wife, we got the green tea and banana rocky road. First bite, we both looked at each other and simultaneously said "this is the best ice cream I have ever had." Both were creamy, rich (but not too rich) in flavor, texture awesome. So, we bought a pint of the banana rocky road back to the family and same exact response. They have a smaller sign on the building and a sandwich sign on the sidewalk, but the sign on the sidewalk can be easily overlooked when there are cars parked on the street. The place is immaculate...clean, bright, cheery. There's ample tables and chairs inside to sit and chat over your dessert. The staff is always pleasant and helpful--I've always been welcomed immediately upon entering. They use reusable golden spoons to try their flavors and they're generous with the samples. They offer single or double scoop size. The single scoop size looks really small in comparison, but it's honestly plenty! Today we got the lemon sorbet and rainbow sherbet as well as the taro and coconut pineapple flavors. We loved them all!
