this place is called CHOCOLATE bash so of course I'm gonna try it. There were so many chocolate options- as a chocolate lover I was happily overwhelmed? I got the chocolate lava cake and it was as delicious as you'd imagine a lava cake to be. The service was quick and there was plenty of seating inside to enjoy the dessert.
It was ok. Maybe I didn't order it right or know what I'm doing. I was in the area and decided to try them out. Don't take my 3 stars as a bad thing. It's simply because I wasn't wowed and this thing was $15 lol Maybe that's standard. Maybe I'm cheap. Idk. Back to the food. This is probably my second time having a crepe. Ever. So I might not be the right guy to rate this. But again, this is my experience. The chocolate and white chocolate were good. A bit thick. And messy. You're going to need napkins lol I only got bananas and strawberries as toppings. The crepe was soft. But that's about it. So I won't be back. Not in a bad way. But there's other crepe places to try. Service here was really good. The workers were very helpful and informative. So shout out to them. Thanks for the unique experience. Keep up the good work.
First time at Chocolate Bash as I had been craving something sweet for days and knew I had come here after finding it on Yelp. First off, the sweet woman behind the counter (I believe her name was Mitra which was listed on my receipt) was so helpful and patient with me and my friend as we couldn't decide on what to get. Mitra answered all our annoying questions and gave us helpful suggestions on what the most popular treats were. We finally settled on the creppucini with cookie butter topping, strawberry spread, and fresh strawberries. This was very yummy and not overly sweet as I expected it to be and enough of a portion to share among 4 people I think. We ate as much as we could before I asked for a box to bring home and my family enjoyed it just as much as I did. I would definitely recommend Chocolate Bash and come back whenever I'm in the area.

The staff ARE the ones who make this place amazing. The beautiful woman and gentleman behind the counter made the experience super enjoyable. The location is in the middle of downtown and you can park in the structure if there isn't parking available elsewhere. As for the ambiance, loved the music and the sitting there was available. Food was too chocolaty for someone who has hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance, BUT I enjoyed a few bites! I had a strawberry which was delicious and the kinder crepe was yummy. The banana roll was pretty cool and also tasty. Hands down, if you're a chocolate fan, this place is a must go, and tell them I sent you!
Came here on a Saturday to grab some dessert. There was no line so I was helped right away. I ordered the bash burger and cream puffs. The bash burger is huge! It comes with 4 pancakes, 3 types of fruit, and drowned in Belgian chocolate. The chocolate is rich, but not to the point where it's too much. It goes well with the fruit and hot pancakes. The cream puffs are light and refreshing. It also comes with Belgian chocolate, but we were able to substitute it with cookie butter and apple fritter. Super tasty! I appreciate the server helping me out. He answered all my questions and was super easy to talk to. Definitely check out Chocolate Bash if you're in the area
The amount of sweetness that is used here can cause anyone in a diabetic coma to wake up and immediately run a marathon!!! Just from the smells and fragrance coming from this place, I probably added a good 2 inches to the waistline. They are one of the few establishments in downtown claremont that's actually open until 10 pm on a weekday. They have a pretty nice menu, though. From already made desserts and chocalate covered strawberries. To build your own desserts where you start with a base, such as a crepe, a waffle, mini pancakes. Then you add the type of drizzle or dressing you want (chocolate, honey, sugar, etc), then the type of topping on it. They make each one to order. I went with a crepe with a butter honey drizzle topped with cheese cake bites. Came out in about 5-10 minutes. It was a good amount of dessert for $12.62. It was really good. You can taste the butter and honey. The crepe was thin and soft. The cheese cake bites were just the right amount of decadence. I also had some of their cream puffs. They were pillowy and light with a lot of cream inside. Would go great with some coffee, which they also serve here. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is right after eating from here, I got an immediate stomachache. I don't know what it was from. Either the sweetness or the butter or what, but man, did my stomach hurt afterward!! But to satisfy my sweet tooth, I would come back and try their other menu items!!
The place is smaller than most stores, so I would not recommend staying here to sit and eat treats with a big group. However, the sweets and options you can get from here is great. I purchased chocolate strawberries, smoothie, fudge brownie, etc. and each item was delicious and nice for an after eating snack. The strawberries were especially fresh. The workers there were nice and efficient.
If you have a huge sweet tooth or a love for chocolate, this is the place to go! Quite expensive for what it is though. You have to pay for each additional add-on. We saw the Kinder Crepe on the window and decided to get that, but the worker told us that everything that was on the picture (strawberries, banana, kinder bar) had to be added on separately! It would have been like $15 for all of it, which for what it is, is super pricey. Also, some of the shakes are $10 w/ tax. We got the chocolate shake and it literally just tasted like blended ice with chocolate syrup. However, the Kinder Crepe was pretty tasty along with the chocolate covered strawberries. Would I come here again? No. But I am glad I tried it!
Delicious!! I got the crepe with cookie butter, cookie butter crumbs, cheesecake bites, and ice cream. I was honestly surprised just how delicious it was! It was around $18 for just the crepe, which is expensive for me, but it is a nice treat for when you can afford it! The employees were very nice and helpful. The inside was clean and enjoyable as well.
I was craving something sweet so I chose to get a crepe and this place opened recently near my work. It's all desserts, some european chocolate brands and some drinks. I chose a crepe ($4.99) with some nutella ($3.99) and mini marshmallows ($0.99) to put on top of it. My crepe was $8.97 in total, the price can vary depending on the toppings. It would be good treat once in a while. I got a first time visitor discount (10% off). They are running an online order only deal too on their site. The staff is nice and the place is clean.
Ok I had been craving a crepe so I found this place and this place was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful since I had never been there. Highly recommend as it was sooo good

The service here is so good! I truly felt welcomed and the cashier was so helpful and patient as I felt a bit overwhelmed by the many customization options. We ordered the waffle with chocolate, cookie butter, oreos and ice cream. It is so delicious, very sweet and decadent! The waffle is light and fluffy, such a treat! We happened to see this place after eating lunch nearby and it looked too good to pass up. We came in and got the different versions of chocolate pancakes and the nutella mocha coffee. The chocolate pancakes were yummy but honestly tasted like a spoonful of nutella. Also the mocha was just warm versus hot. The service was very good and they were very nice. I've heard good things about Chocolate Bash and they met my expectations half way through. I tried the mini pancakes with chocolate and strawberries at first and was left wanting more! It was a good way to sell me the fruit box afterwards, but it felt like highway robbery. Their mini pancakes were extremely expensive and I just simply wouldn't recommend it. You get a better bang for your buck with the fruit and box. I payed the same amount for the fruit and chocolate as I paid for the mini pancakes with chocolate and strawberries with an Arabic coffee. I've never had Arabic coffee and found out it was not for me. I'm not sure how to rate it considering that I may have an extreme bias but it was $7 for a large. id definitely skip the coffee and mini-pancakes altogether. The service was not bad and quite friendly. However, they were not helpful at all. It felt like I was robbed at first then it was redeemed with the fruit box which was well portioned and priced. I would probably come back but not to stay. It's a small location and not the type of place you'd comfortably eat at with a couple of people. I'm so disappointed, I love this place & it's always been my go to place to gift sweet treats. I'm willing to pay the premium for their quality & it just wasn't worth it this time. $45+ for a dozen half assed strawberries is so frustrating. I might as well just bought the normal ones. The only things that's giving me hope, that it won't be such a disappointment, is the size of the strawberries. The drizzle was suppose to be pink, but i got red instead. I did the Bash! I did the Chocolate Bash! And when I mashed, it was a tastebud Smash! After I mashed n bashed all the chocolaty deliciousness let me tell ya what I ordered. I started off slow and had a couple of the Oreo bites, these circular morsels are dipped in Belgium milk chocolate and even though it was chocolate on chocolates it worked very well and I'm personally not an Oreo lover so that says a lot. Next up I had a couple of their strawberries which were also on point and fruity sweet mouthful. Before I go on with my last order I must mention I paired up my chocolatey adventure with a Belgium white mocha and their infamous Ferrero Rocher shake. Honestly,I was at a loss for words. It's one of those times were after the first sip or slurp it's so damn good that you just have to giggle and laugh. This was definitely one tasty tongue tingler! And last but not least I ordered the sushi crepe. This visual beauty of deliciousness is a sushi style crepe wrapped in Kinder chocolate then topped with Belgium chocolate goodness! Oh wow! What an exclamation point this delightful plate put on this total Mouthgasm adventure! As for me I'm not a big chocolate person but I have now been converted! Nice little spot I was craving for something sweet. I got the fruit bowl with strawberries & pineapple and also a crepe with a vanilla ice cream scoop. Crepe was too thick and way too chewy not the best but on the other hand the fruit bowl was delicious & a good portion. It was also super clean and the staff are really nice. read more

Today is new year's eve and I am craving for dessert, browsing on yelp and found this place, saw the photos and immediately "i have to go there" moment, so i went! Once park, I couldn't find this place because google map didn't show the correct location, i had to walk a bit to find it. Entering the premises and it was clean and neat, looking at the menu and everything look so good!! I want to try them all but today i am only getting nutella bash roll special with banana and kiwi. I'm glad there's a local spot that caters to desserts only and so late in the night!! I was having a craving for a sweet dessert and it was almost 9pm. Normally by that time everything is closed so to have Yelped this new place and open so late made me happy. Chocolate Bash specializes in chocolate desserts for the most part. With crepes, waffles, pancakes, chocolate covered strawberries and fruit. Including coffees! The only thing for me was that the pricing for a crepe would be pretty expensive. They charge each thing individually. So the crepe itself is $4.99, the spread you pick ( I picked Nutella) is extra. I think $3.99 and the toppings you want vary, between $1.99 - $3.99 so it adds up. I also bought 2 chocolate covered strawberries. The chocolate covered strawberries were delicious! Fresh and a subtle milk chocolate taste! The crepe was great as I expected. The Nutella was amazing & they put a lot of fruit which was great. I still like it regardless if it's pricey, because the quality was good and I love the fact that there's something available locally got those late night dessert cravings. read more

These aren't actual crepes unfortunately. They are so thick and kinda taste like a scrambled egg/pancake. Even when I was watching them make the crepe you can see how extremely thick they are. Giving 2 stars because the people were nice but otherwise these aren't legit crepes. read more

Minus the coffee, this place is Buddy the Elf's dream come true. We got the Cream Puff Stick with Belgium dark chocolate drizzled on top. The cream puffs were decent, but the dark chocolate wasn't as dark as my taste buds prefer. We also ordered the Sushi Crepe, which is a Kinder Bar wrapped in a crepe and sliced like a sushi roll. You also get two choices for a topping - we got milk chocolate and Nutella. The crepe itself wasn't bad, but it was a bit overcooked. We're gonna give Chocolate Bash another try and maybe get a shake next time. Note: Monday - Thursday from 12pm to 4pm is Happy Hour where everything is 20% off. read more

If we aren't even going to look at the fact act everything you get from chocolate bash will bash your tastebuds with delicious richness and tastes fists that punch with bliss, there's still plenty to admire about this guilty pleasure dessert establishment. The boxes that contain these precious works of culinary art are neat and crafty and gently sealed which is a really nice touch to the practicality and presentation of these fascinating desserts. Also, all of these desserts are customizable from which type of candy bar topping you want to what kind of German butter chocolate you want drizzled over your creation. It's a real treat yoself kind of spot, and when going here one definitely will. For example: #FerreroRocherShake & #SushiCrepe are a thing. read more
