Only one worker on shift, but he handled it well -- greeted us right when we walked in and let us know he'd be with us shortly since he was finishing up other orders. Once he got to us, he patiently answered my wife's questions about the drink menu. We ordered a Maui Wowie and a Strawberry Matcha -- both were great. The dine in area is quite small so I'd you have a large crowd consider to go. They have games to play inside while you wait or drink your drink as well. I ordered the tropical crush 1/2 sweet because I don't like sweet drinks. It has green tea, pineapple, orange, lychee, mango, and dragon fruit. It was refreshing and has a bright taste. Wow there were busy!! Two employees working at this new location and they were swamped however handled it efficiently. The gal at the register was taking orders, answering the phone and assisting with a smile!! I've worked in retail and working with the general public can be quite a task! She did this without appearing to be frustrated, and managed the wait time really well. I was observing that she took enough orders before stepping away to support the other worker. Once they knocked out a few orders, she promptly got back on the register and took more orders. fortunately the customers in line were all busy perusing the menu thereby the wait time perception was already minimized however may be an issue in the future once the locals know what they want. This shopping plaza in Rialto have so many options however there's only one other spot that serves boba. IMO I think Krak is going to do well here only if they have the staff to support the traffic. First time trying it. The location is clean and well lit. At 1pm it wasn't extremely busy which was nice. I promptly ordered the peachapple green tea which was only $4 and waited maybe 5 minutes for the drink to be ready. The drink itself was delightful with hints of apple peach and green tea. The flavor wasn't overly strong or bitter and had an appropriate amount of sweetness.
