I love Krak boba and this is my second visit at this location. I decided to try a tea drink this time, Sunbright and it was yummy. Highly recommend getting drinks here because I love their Guerrilla thai. I wish I could get their coffee one day, but they open too late for me to have it. Ordering through their kiosk was easy too.

I'm glad they opened a location in Rialto, because trying to find parking at their Rancho location is impossible at times. The shop is bright, nicely decorated and was very clean. Plenty of parking available. Our order: Large strawberry matcha latte 6.85 Boba 0.85 Large dragon slayer 6.85 Boba 0.85 The total was 15.40 for two drinks, kinda expensive. The texture of the boba was good and both drinks had a good flavor. Service was fast and friendly.

Wow! I am continuing my journey of trying new drinks, so today I stopped in and purchased a Strawberry Banana Smoothie. This was an absolutely unbelievably incredibly tasty treat! It is blended perfectly and its very flavorful. The service was excellent, as I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment, and the place is very clean, and eye pleasing. The digital menu is nice, huge, colorful and readable, and all of the people working were very friendly.

Wow there were busy!! Two employees working at this new location and they were swamped however handled it efficiently. The gal at the register was taking orders, answering the phone and assisting with a smile!! I've worked in retail and working with the general public can be quite a task! She did this without appearing to be frustrated, and managed the wait time really well. I was observing that she took enough orders before stepping away to support the other worker. Once they knocked out a few orders, she promptly got back on the register and took more orders. fortunately the customers in line were all busy perusing the menu thereby the wait time perception was already minimized however may be an issue in the future once the locals know what they want. This shopping plaza in Rialto have so many options however there's only one other spot that serves boba. IMO I think Krak is going to do well here only if they have the staff to support the traffic. Tip: sign up for their rewards program they have BOGO for 1st time registers and weekly specials

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I went in at 9:48 pm. Emily and Micheal were noticeably bothered that we went inside at that time. Emily was rolling her eyes because I wasn't ready as soon as we walked in. How rude right. To be mad to help customers when you're still open. Emily clearly doesn't know great customer service.

This was the best boba I've tasted. I ordered the King brûlée it tasted like milk tea but way sweeter with caramel. It was so delicious. I did order 50% less sweet but it tasted like 100% sweetness. I normally order simple drinks like regular milk teas but decided to try something different and I'm glad I did! The employees were really nice and the place was clean and inviting inside. There was cool artwork and sofas to sip boba.

boba shops are the cheat code if you wanna get some sort of unique artisanal flavored iced coffee, but yah know... in LARGE quantities worth your money. be honest, you want a sugary iced latte but think you're too good for boba shops. I KNOW YOU WANT THAT BANANA CREAMY TOP YOU CANT HIIIIIIIDE. stop pretending ur a connoisseur and stop by Krak. this large stinkin cup was BOGO and still probably costs less than a coffee shop using the same colombian beans tbh. it was so sweet (if ur feeling something dessert) and the banan flavor was so real, not like laffy taffy or anything. UGH I LOVE HOW BIG THE CUPS ARE!! and the service was absolutely wonderful. the blonde girl taking our order was SO SO patient with me... i literally kept flipping between banana coffee, matcha, and milk tea and this girl sat through it all with a fat smile. will definitely be back and racking up those loyalty points :P read more

Ordered King Brûlée milk tea; wish the tea flavor is stronger. Sweetness is on point not too sweet yet sweet enough for my liking. Ice also very light which what I like on my drink. Customer service is also great; as soon as I come in; they greet me but I ordered through the kiosk. Have card game inside and plenty of seating. Great ambience and place to relax specially after work just across the street. read more

First time trying it. The location is clean and well lit. At 1pm it wasn't extremely busy which was nice. I promptly ordered the peachapple green tea which was only $4 and waited maybe 5 minutes for the drink to be ready. The drink itself was delightful with hints of apple peach and green tea. The flavor wasn't overly strong or bitter and had an appropriate amount of sweetness. Since this location is new there is bound to be some issues but nothing that can't be resolved in time and with practice so give it a try. read more

We now have another boba spot and I couldn't be happier! They just opened so it's a soft opening, everyone is still learning but I can tell this will be a prime boba spot. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and are very attentive. The vibe inside is very chill, with a very chic and airy look. Definitely a good spot for studying or to just hangout with friends. On my first visit I went with lychee green tea. It was tasty but needed more sugar, that's on me since I got it with 75% sugar. I recommend 100% sugar or as recommended. Second time around I got the signature Milk Tea. That was made to perfection. Great flavor, not too much ice and the boba was very good. Third time around I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I liked it so much I have not ventured on trying others, but I must breakaway soon! I highly recommend this spot! read more

It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. Service is good and the tea is good. The space is small, but there are some tables to sit and hang out at. Would not be at the top of the list to return to, but would return in the future.

Honestly there is a full staff that are all working together get orders ready, cleaning up tables for the next guess, servers getting orders out. Was honestly a great group of staff all working together to get things done. They were all very friendly, and quick to get orders out. But let me move on to the food because it's not just coffee and donuts. My little ones wanted a grilled cheese and quesadilla.. let's me tell you it was delicious yes I tried it and it was perfect! To get my kids to just sit and eat and not complain that's also a plus but I tried it and really enjoyed it. It's too bad they are not open more days out of the week because I'd definitely come back. The large iced Abuelita latte was 7.50. Flavor was really spot on, exactly like Abuelita chocolate. Would definitely get that again. We also got a medium iced Hawaiian latte (7.00) that was made with coconut milk. That one actually lacked coffee flavor. Couldn't tell there was espresso in it. Overall, I would recommend this place and would love to come back to try some of the other crepes.

The young man at the register doesn't know if coffee contains diary or not, charges me, then realizes it doesn't have milk, but since he charged me - he added oat milk. My coffee tasted watered down and flavorless. We tried to go back to fix it, but the gentleman adding a cream or soft top did absolutely nothing to save the drinks. Needless to say I didn't drink it, it went straight into the trash can. The young girl working there looked high as a kite. We didn't even bother infiltrating her brain. My hope is that staff making drinks was the issue, they need better training. Sadly, I will not be coming back. I tried to support, but it's a no for me. Back to my SB & DB I go.

My second favorite is the Hermosa Oscuridad. It is bold, smooth, and complex without being overpowering. What truly sets Mi Flor Mayor apart is that their syrups are made in house. You are not getting the same generic flavors you can find anywhere else. These drinks are unique and clearly crafted with care. You can genuinely taste the difference. And the pastries deserve their own spotlight. They are some of the best I have ever had at a coffee shop and they are made fresh daily. Flaky, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with any drink. You can feel the love and attention behind everything they do. I cannot rave enough about this place. If you are anywhere near it, go.

To begin with the girl taking out order, Emily was very rude. After every question I asked she rolled her eyes. She stated that there was no boba, but How can a boba place run out of boba? Then why is their only one size? It's such an inconvenience to have to get a large drink when trying a place out. After the face that we received an attitude when ordering the drinks took long to come out despite the fact that there was like 5 people working on the drinks. As a new establishment I understand it takes a while for things to get into the groove but with just one visit, I would not recommend coming here. The customer service has been great. I have visited this location several times during their soft opening and grand opening. This location seems very inviting, bright and clean. I have tried several different drinks and they have all been amazing. My favorite so far has been the queen brûlée. This is a must visit. I was here during the soft opening and the grand opening and both times were exceptional. I only drink Taro and out of all the different boba establishments Krak Boba sells the best Taro smoothie called Taro Twist. Also, Naomi, working at the raffle station was very kind and helpful answering all my questions. 10/10 read more
