Sigh, we skipped Dutch Bros and Sbux to come here and we probably shouldn't have. We wanted to try this place so we stopped by. So many regrets and a waste of $15 is all we took away. The young man at the register doesn't know if coffee contains diary or not, charges me, then realizes it doesn't have milk, but since he charged me - he added oat milk. My coffee tasted watered down and flavorless. We tried to go back to fix it, but the gentleman adding a cream or soft top did absolutely nothing to save the drinks. Needless to say I didn't drink it, it went straight into the trash can. The young girl working there looked high as a kite. We didn't even bother infiltrating her brain. My hope is that staff making drinks was the issue, they need better training. Sadly, I will not be coming back. I tried to support, but it's a no for me. Back to my SB & DB I go. read more

I visited this place for the second time today, and unfortunately I had a disappointing experience at checkout. When I was about to pay, I was holding my card and waiting, but the tip screen moved forward automatically. When I looked at the total, it was higher than expected. I had seen $26, but the final amount showed $31 because a tip had been added even though I DID NOT select one. When I asked the employee why the total changed, I was told that I must have selected it myself. However, I had not touched anything and was simply waiting to pay. I asked them to go back and remove the tip, and the amount was corrected, but the whole situation felt very uncomfortable and left a bad impression. Because of this experience, I don't think I will be coming back. - Ordered 4 drinks. The smoothie drinks were sweet and enjoyable, but the matcha latte and brown sugar latte were way too bland and lacked flavor. read more

The Taro Milk Tea Blended was sweet and just how I expected. In comparison to other Taro blended drinks, you can tell this is more artificial like and miles away from the Sunright Taro Frostie that has fresh taro in it! Overall the service was great. The staff were efficient and answered my questions. Bathrooms are clean. Comfortable seating is available and was perfect for some light gaming on my Steamdeck. read more

If you're familiar with this area, it should be easy to find. It is in the plaza area opposite of Sierra Lakes, by McDonalds and Sierra Noodle House. So GPS will take you there. When I got here it was pretty empty. I'm not sure if it's new as I remember something being here last time I was in the area. I took a look at the menu. There are a lot of items to choose from, as well as "special" drinks they had posted along the walls of the place. I usually opt for a milk tea when trying new places. I ordered a Thai milk tea with boba and regular milk tea with boba. The girl helping me at the counter was nice and helpful. But if I didn't ask if you can adjust the sweetness and ice level I would not have known (it's just something I always ask at every boba shop cos I don't like my drinks too sweet). So fyi you can adjust sweetness and ice level here, you just need to ask. I wish they had it posted somewhere on their menu thought (unless I missed it). Service was fast, maybe since I was the only one there. There are a lot of seats and tables for you to sit and enjoy your drinks. And a few "aesthetic" decor where you can take pictures with your drinks. My review of the drinks: both milk tea and Thai ice tea were great. It was too my liking. Not too sweet. The boba had good texture. Not too hard and not too soft. It had a good chew to it. And side note, I usually get a second drink for the next day. And the boba the next day didn't seem to get too hard. It still had a good chew to it. Overall I would go back here to try their other drinks. read more

This quaint shop has signature, BYOT (Build Your Own Tea), and various categories of drinks to choose from. I love that my signature drink contained fresh fruit slices and was perfectly sweetened. I've been to multiple boba spots that are very known and I came across this one closer to home and it's such a cute little vibe! I love the color scheme and decor of this shop. Their menu has some yummy drinks and I decided to try the Grey Earl Milk Tea Boba and omg it's so good! I didn't think Grey Earl would mix good with milk lol. Awesome service! Loved the welcoming seating so cute almost like a children's play space but for adults. A few games in the back to take to your table, restroom in back, plenty of parking available, clear digital menu with customized adjustments for your drink. The night was brisk. Finally a great boba place in Fontana! Stopped by on a weekday with my parents for a drinky drink and were so pleasantly surprised at the ambiance and service. The drinks are reasonably priced and soo good! My mom got a pumpkin pie drink which was delicious - not too sweet. I opted for the banana matcha which was mouthwatering. My husband and I came here hopeful and excited. The interior is adorable, seating is short but comfortable. The menu is expansive and has milk substitutes if you're lactose intolerant. The service was quick and friendly. Our disappointment was with the drinks themselves. I got the Strawberry Matcha Latte with Oatmilk and boba, while my husband got the Thai tea with boba. Both drinks were on point with sweetness and the boba consistency was good, but mine lacked in matcha flavor (which surprised me with how green it was lol) and both were very watery. I'm not sure if this was due to the oat-milk sub for mine, but even taking that into consideration I think there was too much water added to the matcha. The Thai tea was also watery strangely enough. I can't speak for the other drinks but I would definitely not order either of these again and am not sure I'll be back. read more

They have some really rude employees we came in an hour before closing and before we even got to the register the emo one with the huge septum ring turned us down and said no blended drinks or boba, So basically there was nothing from the menu we could order since half of their menu is blended and has boba. Very rude and lazy, I have had very similar experiences with this lady I hope they talk to her she works late night shifts I was there on Monday, it seems like this behavior is is common I have no problems with the rialto location but I definitely will not be coming back to either. read more

Such a cutie store! Just opened, brand new, super clean and lovely environment. Music was great and the worker was very kind and helpful :) They had their AC on too, makes it a comfy place to come study or work during the summer, and has a bathroom for customers to use. The place offer good selection of drinks so I advice you read thru the menu before going in or take your time because there's a lot of drinks!! They have fresh fruit tea, fruit tea blended, milkshake, milk tea, milk tea blended, matcha, vietnamese coffee, etc. They also offer milk alternatives, sweetness level, if you are curios. Lots and lots of parking space. I ended up ordering three fresh fruit teas and all of them are really good (Citrus blossom tea, Tropical fruit tea, and Berries Lover Tea). My 74 year old mom - who does not drink boba or fresh fruit teas, says it is "very good"! Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of the teas. I usually go to the Rialto location since its closer to me and was in the area so I went to Fontana store, it was good but as I reached the end of my drink there was some sort of black seed and it was spicy when I bit into it. It left a bitter taste in my mouth after that and my tounge was tingling, I am not sure what that was since I always get that drink at the Rialto location and this has never happened to me.
