The line was out the door, but I knew she'd love waking up to a nice cup of coffee, so the wait didn't bother me. I ordered coffee along with three ham and cheese croissants to go. When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

I have always received a warm hello and greeting from him every time I have taken the short route and cut through the Klatch coffee on my way to the Sprouts deli. He made the perfect recommendations for some lovely beverages the last two times. Loved, loved loved my cappuccino shake. Andrew always followed up to ensure my drink was good. A special shout to the fantastic Jennica as well. She is spunky and just a bundle of energy with great and natural customer service. I was also lucky to meet the Regional Training Manager Candice who sets the tone for this level of excellence. She was magnificent! I love that these coffee encounters have led to some great conversations about driving to NY, the movies( The Obsession) that are playing right now and babysitting. Love these kids. This Klatch location is impeccable and spotless. This team with perpetual smiles gets through the line in a jiffy. Huge props to the owner and Manager who have brought together this wonderful, warm and solid team. Klatch Coffee is my new go to coffee spot. Stay tuned for my photo and review of the Honey Bacon Biscuit.

One day I came in and she was the only one there because others had called out, and she was still handling everything like a boss. That kind of consistency and customer service really matters. She's a great manager, and I truly appreciate my coffee mornings because of people like her.

It's a very cold windy morning for us Californians so I truly appreciated this. The level of service the worker of Starbucks had was above and beyond. She was friendly and kind. She also knew the items she was demoing. The ambiance of this location is simple and casual. It's inside a grocer so not the best location to come and enjoy coffee with friends. There were plenty of seating but I can see them getting full. There was plenty of outdoor seating. Service here is lacking. I ordered a few things. I had questions about sugar free options. I was interested in the ube matcha or the lavender matcha . I didn't want both of them! Since I was asking about both of them, cashier rung me up for both of them. One of them had the sugar free option I wanted and the other didn't. They call your name when it's ready. They forgot to call my name on the ube macchiato. I happened to notice it sitting there with my name on it. I didn't order it though so I stood there confused. No one was interested in helping me. She finally called my name for the drink I did want. I asked her if both were mine, she said yes. I'm really confused and looked at my receipt. No wonder my bill was $30! I didn't want to go through the trouble to get a refund. I'm now hyper caffeinated and sugared up! Sad thing is I didn't care for the coconut ube macchiato. It tasted weird to me. I let my teens have it since I can't finish both. They didn't care for it either. I did love the lavender matcha though! I do appreciate that they are now using glass cups for in house drinks. I got the spinach, feta and egg wrap. It was flat and lacked taste. My son liked his sausage wrap which was more like a burrito.
