It is a place to see if you are going to Big Bear. They sell the best jerky I have ever tasted in my entire life. It's worth the drive just to buy the jerky. They also have soda, pops and chips and miscellaneous groceries. Anyone can get their fishing tackle there, also bait or even their fishing license, make sure to get your fishing license before you go fishing because you will get a ticket. They do check at the local lake. You can pick up miscellaneous groceries for your ice chest and a six pack of beer. It starts the bottom of the mountain so if it's snowy, you can always buy some chains there if you need them to finish your trip. They have exceptional service and kind people working there.
