I concur with the last recent reviewer, this is just your average Rite Aid, hidden under the view of those gorgeous mountains & Oak Glen behind it. That alone is probably a good reason for me to go here when I'm in town. Times I've gone, it's not really crowded, they are well stocked and seem to have more out here, than the locations where I live near LA. And yes, best excuse also is Thrifty's ice cream. I've never had any issues here, service has been Ok to fine, but never encountered anything that was poor customer service. I don't go there for prescriptions, but that seems to be the case for all drug stores, as far as long lines, prescriptions out of stock or whatever. I really like this Rite Aid, I hope it remains here for a long time. And they never card me like the one in downtown El Segundo, nor do they have a bunch of panhandlers (under disguise of World Mission Org helping themselves, not the addicts or homeless). I'm not sure who is in charge but whoever it is needs to be replaced, at least where ice cream is concerned. One side of the freezer is always closed down which is fine to an extent but why is the only ice cream available the same flavors that can be found in pre packaged tubs and not the ones that we can't buy from just anywhere. Reading the reviews on this Rite Aid right away made me be in fear for my life. I questioned the customer service, location, integrity and even the faith of humanity itself. I being a lone warrior regardless decided to go in to the Yelper zone. To my surprise it was just an average older rite aid. They are well stocked, it was clean, good location and the people working were friendly and provided good customer service. I even rewarded my bravery with a Rite Aid ice cream cone. read more

I went to this pharmacy to get some medication for my mom. My regular Riteaid pharmacy didn't have it and they said to go to Bryant Street. My Moms Dr sent a prescription. The Bryant Street Pharmacists told me when I picked it up that, "he would fill this one, but not to ever come back, that he wouldn't fill anything else for me. He needed to keep medications for his customers." What was I? a customer??? I was offended. I didn't know Rite Aid could refuse a paying customer with a prescription. I thought they were all access. Was there this afternoon when an old woman made the cashier aware that there were people not wearing a mask walking around the store touching stuff. The cashier said it was corporate policy to do nothing. What? There are signs everywhere saying wear a mask. Stay out of this Rite Aide if you don't want Covid. What is going on with this Pharmacy? Either they're being allowed to treat customers like trash or they're swamped with no support and taking it out on customers. Either way, we did not deserve to be treated so harshly. Our Dr sent in the prescription, my husband went to pick it up and was told it would be ready in an hour, so he came back the following hour and was told it would be another 45min with an unnecessary attitude. Went back for the second time to find out it would cost $150, which is odd for our plan but not their fault. So we call our plan to figure out why and come to find out CVS is our preferred and we're told to request a transfer from the pharmacy. Call Rite Aid and the same young girl asked what exactly a transfer means (how would they not know this, I am not sure) and we explain it to them. She tells us we need to call CVS and request them to call Rite Aid. We call CVS and they understood our request and said they'd do it right away. Call CVS an hour later and they said they've been on hold for an hour with Rite Aid... I call Rite Aid to let them know they've put CVS on hold for an hour and a lady with an Asian accent says "yeah I was talking to them right now. Do you want me to talk them or you?" in a very aggressive/annoyed tone, I said that's a very rude comment but obviously yes talk to them. Why would they even answer my call if she was just talking with CVS? If that's the company's policy is answering a call within a certain amount of time but allowing them to be placed on hold for an hour and then taking another call? Makes no sense. Get your work together, Rite Aid. Im sure it doesn't matter but we won't be back, what a mess. read more

I asked about a certain perceptions that they have to order sometimes and she said yes all if them are ready... I asked her for a blood thiner and she said yes again all the high blood pressure is ready,I said Xerato is a blood thiner not a blood pressure and thats the one I am asking about. Great for ice cream, horrible for picking up your prescription . The wait time is always bad. They tell you one time, than it's always a lot longer. WTH. This will be the last time I come here for prescriptions!!!! Walgreens is a lot fas So, I thought I would give them a try again being that I live a Mile from there. Bad move on my part. They got my prescription in the morning, it wasn't right at 7:00 PM. I have to wait tell tomorrow to pick it up. Good thing it wasn't urgent medication. My family has used this pharmacy since it opened in this location, probably 10yrs ago. I've not had any problems until this last year. They have lost prescriptions, don't answer the phone (actually hang up on you multiple times) and just in general rude, unhappy employees. For you to pick up your medication seems to be asking the world of them. You can bet I'm done with this crappy customer service and am taking my business else where. This review is only about the pharmacy which is all I have had experience with. It doesn't even deserve the star that I am forced to give them. I had nothing but problems just to get one Rx filled. I went in on Tuesday afternoon with my empty Rx bottle. I gave it to a girl behind the drop-off counter. I explained to her that this Rx was given to me thru Kaiser and that I no longer have Kaiser or any health insurance at all. I want to get this refilled and I will pay cash. She was very nice and told me that wouldn't be a problem. She then gave me the price and told me that it should be ready by the next morning and that they'd text me when it was done. I got a call that evening from Rite Aid. I was out to eat with family but since I was sure it was about my Rx, I excused myself and answered the call. It was a guy saying that he's from the pharmacy and he needs my Rx number. He seemed lost when I told him that it's on the bottle and that I left that with them. He again asked me for my Rx number. Are you kidding me?? So I reiterated that they were the only ones who have that number. Now I'm getting concerned that they lost it. So after going round and round with this guy, he says "Oh I see the bottle now, never mind." So that's a complete waste of family time that I'll never get back. I never received a text the next morning so around 2 pm I went in to check on it. A different lady goes to check for me and says they have nothing. It took me a good 10 minutes to explain my story all the while this lady is looking blankly at me. By now though, this doesn't surprise me. All of a sudden I see a head pop up and say "Is that the Kaiser one?" So then they tell me that they called Kaiser to transfer the Rx to them and Kaiser keeps asking them for my member number. So they did not call me for something that I actually could help them with? They waited for me to come in to tell me they'd hit a roadblock and needed more info from me? So, I give them my member number and then decided my wife and I would like to get our flu shots while we were there. They give me some paperwork. As we're sitting in the waiting room filling them out, someone calls me up to the counter. She asks me for my insurance card. I told her I just gave them my number. I am really getting so confused by this time with the blatant ignorance that every one of these employees seem to be displaying. I mean, come on! But believe it or not... She asks for my insurance card again. And take note that her tone is that of one that I'M the idiot here. So after a few more rounds of 'give it's' and 'I already did's, she explains more that she's asking for insurance for the flu shots, not my Rx. So I tell her like I've told everybody in there already, "I don't have health insurance." I'm really getting tired of repeating myself and how every little step feels like I'm pulling teeth. I don't even know why I was supposed to know she was talking about the shots when we hadn't even turned the paperwork back in yet, which I filled out saying that I have no insurance and am paying cash. So then we turn in the paperwork and waited for about 20 minutes. There was ZERO other people waiting and yet we're still sitting here?? Finally we decided to leave. When we came to pick up my Rx that was ready on Thursday, we went through the drive thru in hopes of avoiding whatever else they have to throw our way. When they finally decided to come to the window, the girl asked for our phone number. We give it to her. So then she says "Do you have a wellness card with us?" Omg.... Really??? Just give me my meds and let me drive away!! I will NEVER walk back into this rite aid again because of their joke of a pharmacy. I can only imagine how much time they could save if they only learned how to make notes for other employees so that everyone is on the same page and the poor customer doesn't end up going through such a mess of idiocy like I did. Horrible pharmacy. The people who work in the pharmacy are incompetent. Claimed they couldn't read the date on the prescription. Then called the doctors office and didn't understand why they were closed in a Saturday. After dealing with this for a couple days. I took the prescription to wal greens down the street. The prescription was filled in 15 minutes. You've lost a customer forever rite aide. Get rid of the idiots and maybe things will get better. read more

It's also a decent place to grab some drinks for a party, or pick up something you forgot to get at Target when you were in Redlands. Haven't really dealt with the pharmacy, but they have answered general questions I had, so I doubt they are that bad. The line can be slow sometimes, but most of the time it's pretty fast. read more

Went to pick up a REFILL of a prescription and was told it was a "new prescription" and since the pharmacist wasn't there I wouldn't be able to receive it. This is already after the rude pharmacy assistant took her sweet time waddling over to help. By far the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with!!! They claim to make workmans comp perscriptions easy to fill but refuse to fill a perscription from an out of city dr. Really?!?! Second experience with them, went to have my sons perscription re-filled & was told that medication doesn't exist. Really??? Because this is the pharmacy that filled it last month! Pharmacy staff are rude, they left me standing at the counter waiting for 10 minutes while they discussed who was taking their lunch break first. This place SUCKS!!!! read more

Just moved here to Yucaipa few months ago and this rite aid right around the corner from me I'm always going there I really like the service and I just got my flu shot today and everyone there was very nice pleasant and even doing jokes so far haven't had any bad experience I really like this place hope it stays that way read more
